Men's lifestyle brand Xyxx has announced that it has launched the first ever seamless vest for men. The 'Element Invisible Vest' expands Xyxx's everyday essentials offering and is designed to mix technical precision with comfort.
'At Xyxx, we believe that what you wear underneath is just as important as what you wear on the outside," said Xyxx's founder Yogesh Kabra in a press release. "With the launch of the 'No Show: Invisible Vest', we're addressing a real need for innerwear that not only performs but also elevates the wearer's confidence. This is a step forward in helping the modern Indian man feel more put-together, every day.'
Engineered to deliver a clean, non-restrictive fit, the Invisible Vest is crafted from ultra-soft, breathable super combed cotton, offering twice the softness of regular cotton, according to Xyxx. The seamless construction ensures no visible lines, irritation, or bunching, allowing it to sit smoothly under both formal and casual outfits.
The No Show vest reinforces Xyxx's focus on innovation-led design and its commitment to elevating innerwear for the contemporary Indian consumer. The brand was launched in 2017 by Kabra and is based in Surat, according to business intelligence platform Tracxn.

De Beers draws interest from billionaire Agarwal, Qatari funds, sources say
Diamond giant De Beers has drawn interest from at least six consortia, including billionaire Anil Agarwal, Indian diamond firms and Qatari investment funds, sources close to the companies told Reuters. De Beers is being carved out of Anglo American as the London-listed miner refocuses on copper and iron ore but the move comes with global diamond prices under pressure. Agarwal, chairman of Vedanta Resources, which has mines in Zambia and South Africa, is among the interested parties, as part of a bigger group, two sources said. Anglo and Agarwal both declined to companies including KGK Group and Kapu Gems, which dominate the domestic cutting and polishing trade, and are De Beers's biggest customers, have also expressed an interest, two sources with knowledge of the matter said. KGK Group and Kapu Gems did not respond to requests for comment. Anglo American, whose book value for De Beers stands at $4.9 billion, following $3.5 billion in impairments over the last two years, said it has retained financial advisers Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Centerview to help with a sale or a demerger and potential listing.

Swedish hair care brand Sachajuan launches in Indian market
Swedish hair care label Sachajuan has entered the Indian market with Kutub Ariwala, founder of BeautIndia. The brand aims to bring its minimalist, performance-driven products to a growing base of ingredient-aware consumers. 'I was tired of seeing clients overwhelmed by shelves of products, unsure of what actually worked,' said brand founder and hairstylist Sacha Mitic, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. 'Everything felt overly engineered. I wanted to go the other way- to create something intuitive, elegant, and honest.' Sachajuan's range includes leave-in treatments like In The Sun, After The Sun, Hair Repair, and Dark Volume Powder, the latter formulated specifically for dark hair tones. At the core of its products is 'Ocean Silk Technology,' combining marine algae to strengthen hair without weighing it down, according to its Facebook page. 'India's beauty and personal care industry is experiencing tremendous growth," said BeautIndia's founder Kutub Ariwala. "Today's consumer doesn't just read the label, they research every ingredient. They don't fall for fluff.' With an emphasis on scalp health, simplicity, and function, Sachajuan aims to engage shoppers in India's increasingly sophisticated premium haircare segment. 'There's such deep hair culture here,' said Mitic. 'What surprised me most was how people balance modern routines with traditional values.'

Skin Beauty Pal & Per Active Lab (SBP & PAL), a global skincare-tech company from Taiwan has officially launched in the Indian market with their skincare line 'Pers Active Lab' and analysis device line 'Skin Beauty Pal'. The brand claims that its mobile app 'Skin Beauty Pal' offers dermatologist-level accuracy in identifying concerns such as acne, pigmentation, wrinkles, and redness. It further offers customised skincare solutions from the 'Pers Active Lab' range. Commenting on the launch, Grant Kuo, founder CEO of Digital Doctor, the parent company behind SBP & PAL said, 'With over 40 years in tech, I believe the most effective way to solve every problem is to start with root-cause analysis, then target solutions that deliver better, fast results. It's the 'Power of Less' approach.' 'With a rising demand for personalised skincare and a tech-savvy, appearance-conscious population aged 25-40, India presents the ideal market.
