Influencer, 30, receives death threats after going on trip with Lamine Yamal
Lamine Yamal has been enjoying a holiday in Italy after a long season with Barcelona but fans have speculated he has been joined by influencer Fati Vazquez after the pair both posted near-identical pictures by the pool
Influencer Fati Vazquez, 30, has revealed she has received death threats after reportedly going on holiday with Barcelona's teenage starlet Lamine Yamal.
The 17-year-old winger posted a picture of himself next to an infinity pool next to a canopy, with trees and a scenic view seen in the background of the image.
Vazquez then shared a photo which appeared to show the same pool, canopy and scenery.
That caused social media users to speculate that the two were on holiday together and romantically linked - with some critical of that possibility given the age gap between them.
In a post on social media, she wrote: "It's sad to see people who have such darkness inside that they wish death on someone they don't even know.
"What others project, speaks more about them than me. I choose to live with the purpose of continuing to grow and surrounding myself with light.
"To those who wish me ill, I wish them healing, because nobody who is well in themselves wishes the destruction of another."
Another influencer who is close to Yamal, Javi de Hoyos, has debunked the claims of a romantic relationship between the pair after speaking to the player himself, insisting he had others with him on the trip.
"Lamine would not have gone alone to this holiday place but with other Barca team-mates," De Hoyos said. "Fati probably does have something with another Barca person or is a friend of another team-mate."
Yamal has been enjoying some time off in Italy this summer as he winds down from a hectic season that saw Barcelona win La Liga and the Copa del Rey.
The teenage star was crucial to that success as he scored 16 goals and assisted another 16 to underline his incredible ability for someone of such a young age.
He has already played 106 times for Barcelona, scoring 25 times, and has 20 caps for Spain - helping the team win Euro 2024 last summer.

EasyJet cabin crews in Spain to go on strike next week
EasyJet cabin crews in Spain will go on strike over their pay for three days next week. The USO union in Spain said the industrial action would take place from Wednesday 25 June to Friday 27 June. It said more than 650 flight attendants – based in Alicante, Barcelona, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca – could be involved. However, the airline said it intended to operate normally and hoped to avoid any disruption. The union said easyJet cabin crews earn much less in Spain than in other countries. It added that the aim of the strike was "to level the crews' working and wage conditions in Spain with the ones at other bases of the company in Europe". A spokesperson for the airline said it would do everything possible to minimise the impact of the strikes. They added that easyJet employed crews in eight different countries "on local terms and conditions".

Liverpool owners FSG considering massive deal with Michael Edwards involved
FSG, the owners of Liverpool, could gollow the example of some other Premier League clubs' ownership groups and invest in another club in one of Europe's big five leagues Liverpool owners FSG are considering a swoop to buy La Liga club Getafe. The Boston-based group are looking to build a multi-club profile in football with Michael Edwards a key man in the project. The Reds are now assessing the Madrid-based club after looking at Bordeaux and Malaga in the past. The club is currently improving their Estadio Coliseum ground and could be open to selling in the near future. A spokesperson for FSG said: 'FSG routinely engages in conversations and evaluates opportunities across global sports, a common process to assess ventures that align with the organisation's strategic priorities.' Liverpool could use relationships with other clubs to help with the development of players in the way Manchester City has with City Football Group, which owns numerous clubs around the world. How far the Reds will cast their net is unknown at this stage but it is clear they are looking to start with one club and the La Liga outfit, who finished 13th last season, are of serious interest. Edwards' involvement comes more than a year after he returned to Anfield. The former sporting director came back as chief executive officer of football, linking up with the club's current sporting director Richard Hughes. "It was vital for me that, if I did return, it had to be with renewed vigour and energy. In practice, this means having fresh challenges and opportunities," Edwards said in 2024 when his return was confirmed "As such, one of the biggest factors in my decision is the commitment to acquire and oversee an additional club, growing this area of their organisation. I believe that to remain competitive, investment and expansion of the current football portfolio is necessary. Getafe only won promotion to La Liga for the first time in 2004, but have been near ever-presents since. They were relegated in 2016 but bounced straight back, and haven't finished lower than 15th since climbing back to the top flight. The club welcomed Pepe Bordalas back for a second spell as manager in 2023. finishing 12th in the 2023-24 season and 13th last term. They also reached the quarter-finals of last season's Copa Del Rey, losing to Atletico Madrid. If Liverpool's owners complete a deal for Getafe, they would join a number of Premier League rivals with multi-club ownership interests. Chelsea owners BlueCo added French side Strasbourg to their portfolio in 2023, while City Football Group have several clubs across multiple continents, including Manchester City, Girona and New York City FC. FSG already own teams in other sports, and owned the Boston Red Sox before completing their Liverpool takeover. They agreed to buy the Premier League club from previous owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett back in 2010. Join our new WhatsApp community and receive your daily dose of Mirror Football content. Mbappe doubtful for Real Madrid's Club World Cup opener against Al-Hilal
June 17 (Reuters) - Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappe is a doubt for their opening Club World Cup match against Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal on Wednesday, after missing training on Tuesday due to illness. Club sources told Reuters that Mbappe woke up with a high fever. While he has not been officially ruled out, the source said his availability for the clash at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium was in 'more than reasonable doubt'. The potential absence of Mbappe leaves newly-appointed Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso facing a selection dilemma, as the Frenchman is currently the only recognised centre forward in the squad. Brazilian teenager Endrick, who could have provided an alternative, was left out of the travelling party following a leg muscle injury sustained during Real's LaLiga fixture at Sevilla last month. Mbappe has been instrumental for Real Madrid this season, scoring 31 LaLiga goals since his high-profile summer move from Paris St Germain. Real Madrid enter the tournament as one of the favourites, having dominated European football over the last decade, winning five of the last 10 Champions League titles. Al-Hilal secured their place in the competition by triumphing in the AFC Champions League in 2021 and will look to capitalise on any weakness in Madrid's lineup.
