Whitney Houston tribute concert coming to Island theatre
The concert, titled Symphonix Whitney, will take place in May.
It will feature the Symphonix Orchestra, the Million Dollar Band, and Kieshia Chun as Whitney Houston.
The event will showcase some of Whitney's iconic songs, along with a few surprise arrangements.

As the first show of its kind in the UK, Symphonix Whitney is set to entertain audiences with Whitney Houston's timeless hits.
The concert, which is expected to draw music lovers and Whitney Houston fans alike, will celebrate the legacy of one of the most recognisable voices in music history.
Following the Shanklin Theatre debut, the show will tour around the UK.
The concert will feature classics like I Will Always Love You, Greatest Love Of All, and One Moment In Time, among others.
The event is set to create a unique atmosphere, blending the sounds of a full symphonic orchestra with the energy of live band performances.

I'm the Problem scores its milestone tenth turn ruling the competitive roster, and as the most recent full-length from the biggest name in country music keeps at No. 1, Wallen joins a very exclusive club of some of the most successful artists of all time. Morgan Wallen May Not Be Done Ruling Despite the fact that it has now lived on the Billboard 200 for 12 weeks, I'm the Problem easily fends off the competition to hold at No. 1. When Whitney Houston passed away in February 2012, many fans were surprised to see her Bodyguard co-star, Kevin Costner, conduct the eulogy. They had no idea that the two celebrities still shared such a close bond 20 years after the film came out.
