Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil: Yug crosses paths with Kairi; tries to create troubles for her

Time of India2 days ago

Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil focuses on Advocate Yug Sinha (Shabir Ahluwalia), a brooding lawyer from Delhi, who lives with his three brothers. Haunted by a painful past filled with betrayal, Yug harbors a deep resentment towards women — so much so that he offers a 50% discount on legal cases involving women, not as a gesture of goodwill, but out of sheer disdain.
Opposite him is Kairi Sharma (
Ashi Singh
), a spirited and independent young woman, juggling her responsibilities while caring for her three siblings. Kairi's path crosses with Yug when she receives an eviction notice from their landlord, who happens to be Yug's client. Surprisingly, Kairi manages to win the case against Yug, leaving him humiliated and determined to get back at her. His petty revenge includes cutting off her water supply and framing her for subsequent disturbances, pushing Kairi into a desperate situation where she's unable to pay the penalty imposed on her.
Just when it seems like Kairi has reached her breaking point, destiny takes an unexpected turn. Yug's mother, Mayari (Supriya Shukla), sees a glimpse of her late daughter Lata in Kairi. Moved by the connection, she persuades Yug to take Kairi into their home — setting the stage for a complicated living arrangement filled with tension, witty banter, and emotional undercurrents.
Speaking about his character, Shabir Ahluwalia shared, 'Yug is a complex character — he's built walls around himself because of his past, and the idea of having someone like Kairi in his space really shakes him.

What I love about this track is that it's not just about conflict, it's about challenging one's beliefs and prejudices. Yug's journey with Kairi is going to surprise him as much as it surprises the audience. Viewers can expect a rollercoaster of emotions, witty clashes, and unexpected moments of connection.
'
Ashi Singh added, 'Kairi is someone who never backs down, no matter how tough life gets. Landing up in the house of a man who openly hates women is the last thing she expected, but that's where her strength and resilience will really shine. This track is going to be fun, emotional, and full of sparks between Yug and Kairi.'
As their conflicting worlds collide, Ufff…Yeh Love Hai Mushkil promises an engaging rollercoaster of emotions, misunderstandings, and unexpected moments of connection.

BTS star Jungkook issues apology for 'inadequacy and carelessness' over controversial 'Make Tokyo Great Again' hat

BTS member Jungkook has issued a heartfelt apology after sparking controversy by wearing a hat with the phrase 'Make Tokyo Great Again' during a rehearsal performance. The slogan, reminiscent of former U.S. President Donald Trump 's 'Make America Great Again,' drew sharp criticism from netizens in South Korea and beyond due to its perceived 'insensitivity' amid ongoing historical tensions between Korea and Japan. The incident occurred during rehearsals for fellow BTS member J-Hope's 'Hope On The Stage' final concert at Goyang Stadium. A photo of Jungkook wearing the hat quickly circulated online, igniting backlash across social media platforms. Responding to the controversy, Jungkook posted a formal apology on Weverse on June 14 KST, expressing remorse over the incident and taking full responsibility. 'Hello, this is Jungkook,' he began. 'My heart is heavy over the fact that I am writing this right after our reunion. I sincerely apologize for disappointing and displeasing many people through the hat I wore during rehearsal.' He went on to clarify that he had not understood the deeper implications of the phrase: 'It was due to my inadequacy that I went on stage wearing a hat without checking the historical and political meaning held in the words, and for that, I am deeply reflecting on myself. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 2025 Top Trending Local Enterprise Accounting Software [Click Here] Accounting ERP Click Here Undo I'm just sorry.' Acknowledging the seriousness of the misstep, he added, 'There's no room for excuses. It was my inadequacy and carelessness which brought about this situation. From now on, I will act with greater care and consideration. I will humbly accept all criticism and judgment directed toward me for my mistake.' He concluded, 'The hat was disposed of immediately. Once again, I apologize.' Online reactions remain divided, with some fans appreciating Jungkook's swift and sincere apology, while others continue to express disappointment. 'He should've been more aware, especially considering the context,' one user wrote. Others noted that the phrase, while possibly intended as satire, was still inappropriate in light of complex regional sensitivities. The controversy comes at a significant time for BTS, as the group celebrates its 12th anniversary. Thousands of fans gathered on Friday for the annual FESTA celebration, many donning purple and carrying light sticks in honour of the group's legacy. With six of the seven members now discharged from mandatory military service, anticipation is building around the possibility of a full-group comeback.

Anupria Goenka imagines herself doing a romantic song with Ranbir Kapoor in a sari!

Anupria Goenka and Ranbir Kapoor In a recent candid chat, when we asked Anupria Goenka about the actor she wants to romance on screen, she said, 'Ranbir Kapoor.' She added, 'I have never worked with him or even met him, but I think he is a fabulous actor. He also has a charm that makes his co-actors comfortable. Imagine doing a romantic song with him in a sari!' Talking about her love for saris, the actress shares, 'I love saris, they make you feel feminine and complete. I have worn them to the most unexpected places. Once, I wore a sari to a pub. I had come from a function wearing one of those heavy saris, and I ended up going to a pub after that. I was, of course, a little conscious because I was the only one wearing it. I just grabbed the gher, tucked in my pallu and danced on Ghoomar (from Padmaavat). Later, people came up and complimented me.' In an earlier chat with us, Anupria opened up about how the digital boom gave a push to her acting career. She said, "I am really happy to have got an opportunity to play these prominent roles in films like Tiger Zinda Hai, Padmaavat, War among others. Likewise, I also got to play some promising parts in web shows like Aashram, Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side, Criminal Justice and The Final Call. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Simple.
