EXCLUSIVE Have Europe's hottest couple called it quits? High society reeling as Archduke Alexander of Austria and Countess Natacha Roumiantzoff-Pachkevitch 'split' a year after their wedding attended by royals
Royals came out in force as the countess walked down the aisle in a long sleeved white gown in front of prestigious guests including Prince Guillaume and Princess Sibilla of Luxembourg and Prince Joachim of Belgium, Prince Jean of Luxembourg and Countess Diane de Nassau.
Ahead of the glitzy ceremony, held in Belgium, Natacha described Alexander as 'the man of her dreams'.
But it seems just 18 months on, the newlywed dream has come crashing down - with the couple separating, according to a source.
A source close to the couple say the that Archduke Alexander and Countess Natacha - who is descended from Russian nobility - split in late 2024 and that their marriage officially ended recently, adding that she had changed back to her maiden name.
Natacha owns her own event planning business called RPZ Events and is currently based in Geneva, taking on weddings, corporate events and anniversary parties.
She has altered her name to back to Natacha Roumiantzoff, with the source claiming that she changed her title last week.
They added that Alexander and Natacha did not spend the holidays together and claimed that she instead hosted an 'anti-Valentine's weekend' in Ollons.
Neither Alexander of Natacha responded to comment.
On Valentine's Day, Natacha posted that she had 'sold out' of her ski touring weekend which was being held from the 14 until the 16 of February this year.
She wrote: 'Thrilled to announce that our event is now sold out. A huge thank you to everyone who signed up - we can't wait to share this incredible weekend with you.
'Stay tuned for more events in the future. Get ready for an unforgettable weekend.'
The event was held in collaboration with a number of businesses such as Laderach - the famous Swiss chocolate - but it is unclear whether the Archduke was invited on this holiday.
This is a stark contrast to Valentine's Day in 2024, where she posted an adorable throwback photograph of her wedding day to Alexander with the the song 'The Best Is Yet To Come' - however, it appears she made no reference to him this year.
In November 2023, a little under two months after they married, Natacha shared another picture of the couple beaming after becoming husband and wife and wrote: 'Extremely happy to have married the man of my dreams and organised my own wedding, what a beautiful personal and professional experience. Our Wedding was a Master Piece! Who's next?'
It seems Natacha - who prides herself in being able to speak five languages - has been throwing herself into her work lately, sharing an image of herself at one of the lavish parties she helped throw.
MailOnline has contacted Natacha Roumiantzoff-Pachkevitch and the Habsburg royal house for comment and clarification.
Austria was recently hit by the death of Archduchess Estelle who passed away aged 46, leaving European aristocracy in mourning last month.
The Archduchess leaves behind her husband Archduke Carl Christian and their five children, Zita, 17, Anezka, 15, Anna, 12, Paola, 10 and Pier-Giorgia, four.
Announcing the death in the Carnet du Figaro bulletin, the family, who live in Nice, wrote: 'Her husband, Archduke Carl Christian, their children, her parents, and her in-laws are deeply saddened to announce that Archduchess Estelle of Austria, née Lapra de Saint Romain, was called to God on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.'
The family laid her to rest on March 12 at the Cimiez Monastery in Nice.
Her cause of death was cancer, according to Point De Vue.
Princess Astrid of Belgium joined the mourners alongside other royals including Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Ferdinand of Habsburg, Princess Marie-Astrid of Luxembourg, and the Duke of Castro.
Estelle's coffin was decorated with white flowers and each of her five children lit a candle and placed it on the coffin.
The priest praised the mother-of-five's the 'loving lucidity', before Ava Maria played.

Grand Prix of Europe review – rodents hit the road in easy-going family animation
Here is a very ordinary family animation that gets an almighty engine rev from its all-star British vocal cast. Gemma Arterton is the voice of Edda, a perky little mouse who lives with her dad (a lovely performance by Lenny Henry), who is trying to keep the family's struggling theme park afloat. But budding racing driver Edda dreams of becoming a champion like her hero, four-time Grand Prix-winning mouse Ed (voiced by Thomas Brodie-Sangster). The film has been produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Europa-Park, Germany's biggest theme park. But you have to wonder whether the park's owners have been left feeling short-changed. The theme park in the movie quickly takes a back seat to racing after Edda runs away to Paris to watch Ed compete; he is disliked by the other drivers on the circuit but adored by fans. Brodie-Sangster's vocal work as Ed is terrific, nailing a type of arrogance particular to the sporting world – equal parts diva and crashingly dull bore. The film wins no prizes for originality either. Little Edda takes Ed's car out for a joyride and crashes, injuring Ed, who reluctantly agrees to let her secretly take his place on the race tour. It's a perfectly serviceable plotline, and unlike so many animated films for under-eights, with their needlessly complicated stories, it even makes sense. There is a mystery to solve too – one of the drivers is sabotaging the other cars. Could it be the sinister crow who wears black leather? Or is there something a bit suspect about the cute cuddly Swiss bear who always comes second and pronounces muffins as 'mooofins'? This is hardly in the fast lane of family movies, but it's cheerful, unassuming fun. Grand Prix of Europe is in UK and Irish cinemas from 22 August

A source close to the pair told the Mail Online: "Particularly when [Camilla] was post-partum, she was petrified she wouldn't be able to outrun this individual. "Normally she's unbreakable, the backbone of the family, but this has reduced her to a shell of the strong woman we all know. For Chris, watching this has been heartbreaking. "They have invested in top-of-the-range security systems to keep the family safe." The duo share children Wilding, five, and 18-month-old Hunter together. The Sun were the first to reveal the heartache surrounding Chris and his family after the stalker incident left him debating whether to pull out of the BBC dance contest before it had begun. England rugby legend lined up for Strictly – and pairing with show's sexiest dancer She is understood to have left the country and is being sought by cops. With the scary incident still looming, a further source told the Mail how Camilla had asked Chris to upgrade the security detail on their leafy Surrey mansion as opposed to buying her birthday gifts. They said: "They've talked about the idea of a security guard dog because they love their animals but also Camilla especially, would feel more protected. "It's heartbreaking that it's come to this but that's how seriously they are taking it. "This stalker business is no joke. She's destroyed the lives of small business owners, families, and left others thousands of pounds out of pocket. "The claims she makes are sickening, and some of her victims have been left struggling mentally after their ordeal." Chris, who retired from professional rugby in 2022, was announced as a contestant last week. Those close to him revealed his ordeal started last July when he attended the same event as the woman. She went on to make a series of disturbing and damning allegations about Chris and his wife Camilla, 39, as well as other people she worked with. A source said: 'It's been absolutely terrible for Chris and Camilla. 'He met this woman twice, very briefly, during work events and then she started telling all sorts of awful lies about him. 'He was never alone with her and they barely spoke so he's got no idea why she targeted him." 4

Swatch sorry for 'slanted eyes' ad after China uproar
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Chinese social media users have threatened to boycott Swiss watchmaker Swatch after an ad showed a model pulling the corner of his eyes. The image prompted uproar amid accusations it resembled the racist 'slanted eye' gesture used to mock Asians. Swatch has since apologised and taken down the advert online. The company said in a post on Instagram and Chinese social media channel Weibo that it had 'taken note of the recent concerns regarding the portrayal of a model'. 'We sincerely apologize for any distress or misunderstanding this may have caused,' they added. The watchmaker's response has failed to quieten anger in China around the picture. One Weibo poster, who has more than 1 million followers, accused Swatch of 'racism against Chinese'. Another wrote: 'They make money from us and still dare to discriminate against Chinese people. We would be spineless if we don't boycott it out of China.' Swatch, whose brands also include Blancpain, Longines, and Tissot, rakes in around 27% of its revenue from China, Hong Kong, and Macau. However the company has seen falling sales in China due to the country's economic slowdown. The group blamed an 11.2% drop in net sales for the first six months of the year on poor demand in China. Other luxury brands have also faced accusations of racism from their adverts. French company Dior sparked outrage after an advert showed a model pulling the corner of her eye. More Trending The picture, posted on Instagram in 2023, was quickly taken down after criticism by Chinese social media users.
