Classic episodes of Byker Grove will be available to stream for free on STV Player and ITVX.
Ant & Dec featured prominently in the series, playing best friends P.J. and Duncan.
The streaming services have partnered with Ant & Dec's production company Mitre Studios - which owns the rights to Byker Grove - in order to relaunch the series.
Viewers across the UK can stream it now on STV Player and on ITVX from later this year.
Ant & Dec's characters, PJ & Duncan were among the most popular and enjoyed chart success with eight Top 20 singles - including Let's Get Ready to Rhumble.
Having launched on BBC One in 1989, Byker Grove fast became an after-school viewing staple for teenagers.
The series takes place in Byker, Newcastle - while following the lives of young people at local youth club, the Grove.
During its run, Byker Grove tackled social issues such as abortion, drug addiction and homophobia.
In 1994, it also featured the first gay kiss on UK children's TV - when character Noddy Fishwick kissed his friend Gary Hendrix.
Past cast members also include Jill Halfpenny, who featured from 1989 to 1992.

Byker Grove follows another legendary British drama, Brookside onto STV Player.
The streaming service relaunched classic episodes of the iconic Merseyside soap.
Richard Williams, STV's Managing Director, Audience: Video & Technology, said: 'Just when you thought the 90s revival might have been slowing down, we've only gone and brought back one of the seminal TV shows of the decade.
'Byker Grove was an integral part of so many British childhoods and we're delighted that those original viewers – now of a slightly more mature vintage – can relive all the nostalgic action on STV Player.
"And if any Gen Z viewers want to find out who really started the baggy trousers trend, look no further than Byker Grove!'
Craig Morris, Managing Editor, ITV Channels & ITVX, said: 'We are so excited to bring this iconic coming-of-age series to ITVX, marking the first TV appearances of two ITV stalwarts.
"Relive all the great moments with us later this year.'
Ed Sleeman, MD at Mitre Studios added: 'We're delighted to be teaming up with ITVX and STV Player to give a new generation of viewers the opportunity to watch this iconic series from the start and to see where it all began for Ant & Dec.'

Adam Collard feared Laura Woods' miscarriage was 'karma' for his love-rat past

Former Love Island star Adam Collard has admitted he blames his past "love rat" ways for bringing "bad karma" onto his relationship with sports presenter Laura Woods Adam Collard has revealed he blames his past actions for fiancee Laura Woods having a miscarriage. The former Love Island star admitted he believes his previous "love rat" persona brought "bad karma" on the pair. ‌ The Geordie star, 29, confessed he believes his dating show antics on the likes of the ITV show - where he appeared twice - and Celebs Go Dating brought negative energy onto his current relationship. The gym owner is set to be put through his paces on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, taking part in a series of gruelling physical challenges. ‌ Speaking on the new series, dad-of-one Adam explained his thought process. He told the cameras: "I know it's a terrible way to look at it, but I felt like it was bad karma for me being on dating shows and upsetting too many people. ‌ "I felt like that was some high power's way of being like, 'Well, there you go, that's what you have to carry'." He went on: "I was just a cocky little p***k, being a love rat jumping from girl to girl. I want to show I'm not that man any more." And revealing why he chose to test himself on the endurance show, the fitness fanatic explained it was the mental test he desired. "'I had a lot of stuff going on before I went on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins," he said. "And I've got to be honest but credit to the show, I actually think it had the most positive impact on my mental health." Adam began dating sports presenter Laura in October 2023. The following year they announced they were expecting their first child and in April 2025 they welcomed their son Leo. The pair have both kept their followers up to date with their family life and at the turn of the year, Adam posted a candid message on his social media. At the time, he wrote: "2024, the hardest year of my life." He went on: "I've seen lot of amazing 2024 posts over the last few days... but if you're struggling right now, remember that Instagram is a highlights reel, and if you're struggling you aren't alone. ‌ "Struggled with my mental health more than ever. Lost something important. Struggled with injuries. Suffered with addiction to painkillers and sleeping pills and justified it as 'it doesn't affect fitness' or because it wasn't booze. "Got diagnosed with depression. Prescribed anti-depressants. Lost family. Drifted from certain friends. Tried to reach out to people and failed. Felt lost." ‌ But he admitted he also had a lot to be positive about, including his son and relationship. At the time, Laura issued a gushing response. In the comments section, replying: "Proud of you. You're going to be the most amazing dad x."

Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight set to write next James Bond movie

British screenwriter Steven Knight has reportedly been tapped to write the next James Bond movie. According to Deadline, Knight recently met director Denis Villeneuve and landed the job after various other writers were also considered. Villeneuve is currently filming the third Dune instalment. The 65-year-old writer is best known for co-creating the long-running gameshow Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and creating the hit crime series Peaky Blinders. His other small-screen credits include Taboo, A Thousand Blows and The Veil starring Elisabeth Moss. On the big screen, Knight was written the scripts for acclaimed dramas Eastern Promises, Dirty Pretty Things, Locke and Spencer. He also wrote and directed sci-fi thriller Serenity starring Matthew McConaughey, which received negative reviews. The Guardian's Charles Bramesco called it 'magnificently terrible'. His upcoming credits include Peaky Blinders movie The Immortal Man and period drama series House of Guinness for Netflix. When talking about The Immortal Man in 2023, Knight name-checked 007. 'The biggest difference between a film and TV series is the budget,' he said to the Mirror. 'When you do stuff for TV, you often have to ask people to imagine it. But with a film, you can really do it. You can blow stuff up. Will Tommy be giving James Bond a run for his money? Maybe. There are parallels. We always thought of Peaky as very cinematic, so we are finally finding a screen big enough for what we want to do.' While the role of James Bond remains up in the air, a June report claimed that Tom Holland, Harris Dickinson and Jacob Elordi were top of the wishlist. The news came just after Dune and Arrival director Villeneuve was officially attached. 'I intend to honour the tradition and open the path for many new missions to come,' he said in a statement. 'This is a massive responsibility, but also, incredibly exciting for me and a huge honour.' The 26th Bond film will follow Daniel Craig's final outing No Time to Die, which made over $774m at the global box office. Earlier this year, in a reported $1bn deal, Amazon MGM bought the rights to gain 'creative control' of the franchise.

More woke madness as ITV comedy classic is slapped with trigger warning due to ‘outmoded and offensive' language

Read on for lines from the TV classic that have prompted woke warnings from channel bosses WOKE JOKE More woke madness as ITV comedy classic is slapped with trigger warning due to 'outmoded and offensive' language CLASSIC ITV comedy-drama Minder now has a trigger warning over the 'outmoded and offensive' language used by Arthur Daley and sidekick Terry. Episodes on the streaming service ITVX warn the show 'contains offensive language, outmoded sexual stereotypes and some violence'. Advertisement 2 Classic ITV comedy-drama Minder has been given a trigger warning over 'outmoded and offensive' language from Arthur Daley and Terry Credit: Rex Features 2 The show featured wheeler-dealer Arthur, played by George Cole, and his minder Terry McCann, played by Dennis Waterman Credit: Rex Minder, which ran from 1979 to 1994, featured wheeler-dealer Arthur, played by George Cole, and bodyguard Terry McCann, played by Dennis Waterman. In 1980 episode Whose Wife Is It Anyway?, Arthur instructs his muscle, Terry, to protect a gay couple who run an antique shop. Terry calls one half of the couple a 'raving iron' — a reference to a Cockney rhyming slang term for gay men. Other homosexual slurs are also used. Advertisement Terry taunts Arthur when he goes to visit one of the men in hospital, saying: 'Give him a kiss from me.' And he tells Arthur — known for his catchphrase 'Er indoors' — he will not stay at the couple's flat as he wants to 'enjoy a few drinks' and 'pull a bird'. Terry later beds an older married woman, telling her the sex was 'smashing'. And there is violence when Arthur is punched in the stomach by a thug, while Terry also gets into a dramatic rooftop dust-up. Advertisement Nineties sketch comedy The Fast Show was also recently given a BBC trigger warning for 'discriminatory language', including for its infamous Suit You Sir sketches. And classic Ronnie Barker sitcom Open All Hours also has advisories —over lusty references to Nurse Gladys Emmanuel. ITV was contacted for comment.
