As J-Lo celebrates her birthday, sources reveal her upcoming album is set to unleash "scorned woman energy" inspired by her bitter split from Ben Affleck.
She's already offered a taste of what's to come with her track "Up All Night," which shares its name with her current concert tour.

It's impossible to talk about J-Lo's youthful appearance without mentioning her incredible physique, which is a result of consistent and disciplined workouts.
She typically trains four to five times a week with personal trainers like Dodd Romero and David Kirsch, incorporating strength training, core work, and, of course, a lot of dancing. Dance isn't just exercise for her; it's a passion that keeps her active and energised.
'She trains for roughly an hour, four to five times a week, focusing on different body parts each time,' Dodd told Oprah Daily.
Her workout routines are constantly evolving to keep her body and mind engaged for the full 90-minute session.
Exercises for the lower body vary from weighted rope crunches and sumo squats to hip thrusts.
David said a movement he calls the "platypus walk" is "the quickest, most effective workout for your butt."
