Spurs assessing extent of Destiny Udogie and Kota Takai pre-season injuries
Spurs face European champions Paris St Germain in the Super Cup on August 13 ahead of starting the new Premier League season at home to promoted Burnley.

Frank, though, is likely to have to do without Italy international Udogie and revealed Japan defender Takai had picked up a foot issue.
'Destiny got a knee injury (in the warm-up at Luton on Saturday) that we are assessing at the moment, that has kept him out of this pre-season tour,' Frank said at a press conference in Hong Kong on Tuesday.
'Kota got a plantar fascia injury, unfortunately we don't know the scale of it – weeks.'

There was, though, more positive news on England forward Dominic Solanke, who missed the Luton friendly with a minor ankle issue, but has made the trip to Asia.
Spurs are preparing for Thursday's north London derby against Arsenal at the Kai Tak Stadium before heading to South Korea to play Newcastle in Seoul on Sunday.
'Dom is looking much better, progressing,' Frank told SPURSPLAY. 'We will see if it is too early for Arsenal, but we are positive about him.
'Madders (James Maddison) is looking better and better, could also be too early for Arsenal, again, we will see. Rodri (Rodrigo Bentancur) is back from illness, so that's good.'

Former Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou had to deal with several injury setbacks last season, which saw their Premier League season tail off amid a successful Europa League campaign.
Frank, though, feels there can only be so much done to try to mitigate against picking up more fitness problems down the line.
'I know about the injury issues, but it is a problem for every club in the world,' Frank said at a press conference.
'We have a good and long pre-season so we can push the players, we are aware how we want to train, we need to be aligned on how we want to play and train.
'There are gym sessions, recovery and the ability to compete in all tournaments. We are aware and we will make a few adjustments so we can compete.'
Frank again addressed issues over the future of captain Son Heung-min, who has entered the final 12 months of his contract and attracted interest from Los Angeles FC.
'Right now, Sonny is here and I'm very happy for that,' the Dane said.
'He has trained well. I said in the last press conference that he is showing great character.
'He played the last two friendlies. He is in the squad, he will train today (Tuesday). What I am focusing on is he is a Tottenham player.'

'I left Tottenham for Arsenal because I'm ambitious – I dreamed of playing at the top'
Sol Campbell remains among the most hated figures in Tottenham Hotspur history after opting to leave the club on a highly controversial free transfer for fierce rivals Arsenal Sol Campbell admitted it was his ambition to play at the highest level of football that drove his desire to leave Tottenham Hotspur for Arsenal. The ex- England defender came through the academy of Spurs before spending nine years in the first team, where he established himself as one of the world's premier centre backs. However, with just one domestic honour to his name and yet to grace the UEFA Champions League, Campbell sought more for his career and opted to rejected Spurs' contract offer that would have made him the highest-paid player in their history. Out of contract in the summer of 2001, some fans believed that Campbell would have moved abroad and were left shocked to their core when realising he would stay in north London to now represent their most bitter rivals in the Gunners. Nicknamed 'Judas' by much of the Spurs fanbase, who continue to lambast their former academy graduate for what they believe to be the ultimate betrayal in sports, Campbell was clear in his reasoning for signing for Arsenal. At the time of his decision, he said: "I'm ambitious, I dream about playing football at the top level and this is why I'm here." The Gunners had competed in the Champions League for the last three seasons before Campbell's arrival and had already won the Premier League during Arsene Wenger's reign. Campbell's unveiling as an Arsenal player came as a surprise to the footballing world, including the media, as just two journalists were present for the announcement at the club's London Colney training ground. For me, it was easy because everybody was conscious that I had signed a great player. But for him, it was more complicated." Man Utd ratings: Dorgu bags first goal for Red Devils to go with classy assist but Bruno Fernandes concern emerges
MANCHESTER UNITED blitzed their way past Bournemouth in the Premier League Summer Series to make it two wins from two in the USA. Ruben Amorim will have been left impressed with the fluid display his side put on, even without the presence of big-money signings Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha. 6 6 It was Rasmus Hojlund who opened the scoring and looked like a proper centre-forward throughout to remind the boss of what he can do amid Benjamin Sesko transfer talk. But Patrick Dorgu looks to be becoming irreplaceable at left wing-back after another dynamic display, which yielded a first goal in United colours. Amad Diallo was also on target in a more attacking role, while there was also some glory off the bench for teenager Ethan Williams before Matthijs de Ligt turned into his own net for a late Cherries consolation. Here's how SunSport's Martin Lipton rated the Red Devils in Chicago. Tom Heaton - 6 Rare outing in United colours for the veteran third choice and probably as easy an evening as he would have hoped for, with just one relatively comfortable save in the first half and a foot stop in the second. Luke Shaw - 7 The England man had made the case for Amorim before the game and set about making his own on the pitch as he showed why he feels he can show his best form. One outstanding tackle on Antoine Semenyo, covering across to the right when the Cherries flyer looked set to run in on goal, was textbook, although there would have been worries when he stayed down after one Evanilson tackle - thankfully not for long. Diogo Dalot - 5 The Portuguese has a fight on his hands to keep out Amad and Noussair Mazraoui to be the first choice right-sided wing-back. Nearly played Casemiro into trouble with one lax pass and looked uncomfortable when Dango Ouattara looked to explode down the Bournemouth left. Maybe he just doesn't like the wind and the rain? Bruno Fernandes - 5 Early shot from a tight angle forced a save but the deeper role restricted him from doing what he does best at the other end. By his own high standards, the skipper was somewhat ineffective yet if Mbeumo and Cunha are earmarked for the second attacking line, this is where the captain will have to play. A concern, perhaps. Casemiro - 6 No matter how quick the match might be going on around him, the Brazilian always plays the game at his own pace. There is never anything fancy or frivolous and sitting deep and shuffling across is a role he has long mastered. It's when it requires mobility and speed that he gets found out. Not last night. Patrick Dorgu - 8 The Danish raider was one of United's best players in their Summer Series opener and he was even better in Chicago. You can't ask for much more than a goal and an assist, and after creating Hojlund's opener he timed his run down the left perfectly to force through Djordje Petrovic and claim United's second. Amad Diallo - 6 The Ivorian had been the right-sided wing-back against West Ham on Saturday, but this time he was pushed forward into a more advanced and natural role. Amad is good in tight spaces and enjoyed himself as United popped the ball around with real intent in the early stages and got his reward by scoring with a scrappy finish. Mason Mount - 7 Initially struggled to get into the game, showing his frustration at referee Lewis Smith. But the England man made up for that with the clever early ball that sent Dorgu in on goal for United's second. Mason Mount has admitted he needs to pay the United fans back, although game time may be dependent on the fitness of Mbeumo and Cunha. Rasmus Hojlund - 8 Off his head? Off his shoulder? It doesn't matter when it finds the net. The Dane was desperate to find a goal and kickstart his pre-season and that's exactly what he did. You could see by the celebrations how much it meant and it was clear he had enjoyed a genuine confidence boost. Just what Amorim wanted to see. 6 Subs: Matthijs de Ligt (for Maguire, 46) - 7 Dutch defender appears in a straight fight with Maguire for that role in the middle of the back three and may be edging ahead despite that late own goal. Rest all at 70 minutes Ayden Heaven - 6 Looked composed but it's easy when your team is cruising. Diego Leon - 6 South American teenager is at the start of his United career but was involved for the fourth goal. Tyler Fredricson - 6 Dropped in on the right of the back three and looked at home. Kobbie Mainoo - 6 Time and space to thrive in the more attacking line, although did not really create. 6 Manuel Ugarte - 6 It's hard not to look in control as the holding midfielder when your team is four up. Toby Collyer - 7 Midfielder knows he will probably need a loan spell this season but showed Amorim the right desire. Bendito Mantato - 6 The 17-year-old is one of the real rookies on the tour but running out as a first-teamer will have been a huge thrill. Chido Obi - 6 Used his power to get one shot away as he looked to impress. Ethan Williams - 7 Goal with virtually his first touch would have been a dream come true for the 19-year-old. 6
