
UAE conducts Gaza airdrop in joint mission with Jordan
It marks the resumption of the "Birds of Goodness" initiative and the 54th airdrop to provide humanitarian aid to civilians trapped in isolated and inaccessible regions.
The aid is part of a strategy to deliver relief by land, sea and air in partnership with regional and international nations.
Since the launch of the initiative under the UAE's Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, more than 3,725 tonnes of food and relief supplies have been airdropped using 193 aircraft. These include food items and materials aimed at alleviating the suffering of families affected by the catastrophic conditions in the Strip.
Since the conflict broke out in October 2023 until November 2024, the UAE has contributed $828 million (AED3.04 billion) in Gaza aid, making the UAE one of the leading global contributors in this crisis.

UAE sends 38 aid trucks to Gaza through Rafah crossing
A convoy of Emirati humanitarian aid trucks has entered the Gaza Strip via the Rafah border crossing, as part of the UAE's ongoing 'Operation Chivalrous Knight 3' relief mission.
