EXCLUSIVE Brooks Nader proves how bendy she is in wild photo shoot as she reveals secret to her 24in waistline
Brooks Nader has flashed her amazingly toned body to star in the new dazzling summer Larroude campaign.
The former Dancing With The Stars competitor talked to DailyMail.com about how she stays in such incredible shape.
'I've been so busy so working out and staying healthy!' the 28-year-old shared. 'It has been hard to be honest. My favorite workout is a long power walk, that's my jam.'
The star who is a size two and has a 24in waistline also focuses on consuming nutrient-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and lean protein.
And she also touched on how much she loves the company.
'It was such a dream working with Larroude. I have been a fan and customer since they launched,' she shared with DailyMail.com.
'Summer is my favorite season, so shooting all the fun summer looks was a dream,' noted the star who will next be in a reality show with her sisters for Hulu.

Her favorite items screams summer party: 'I loved the white dress, it was the most true to me and my style.'
Brooks has been a part of the Larroudé story since the earliest days in 2021.
'Her vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and free-spirited charm perfectly embody what it means to be a Larroudé girl. That's why we named one of our signature styles, the Brooks Pump, in her honor,' the company shared with DailyMail.com.
The company shared online: 'Supermodel and entrepreneur Brooks is a busy woman. She knows that life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and own the moment, you miss it… which is why you always wear the right shoes!'
Larroudé is a fashion brand with a factory in Brazil.
It was founded by Marina Larroudé and her husband, Ricardo Larroudé, known for its playful, whimsical footwear and its commitment to ethical production and sustainability. The brand aims to deliver 'high-quality, stylish shoes that are both comfortable and affordable.'
This comes after Brooks talked her single life following her split from Dancing with the Stars ' Gleb Savchenko and divorce from ex Billy Haire.
The star's divorce was finalized from businessman Billy, 39, last month when a New York judge signed off on the judgment almost a year from when the model first filed in May 2024.
Although the terms of the settlement are not disclosed to the public, DailyMail.com can reveal that Brooks' attorney entered a proposed settlement in August 2024, but it took the court eight months to officially finalize.
They were married from 2019 to 2024, but had been living apart from months before Books filed for divorce. Billy has since moved on and is reportedly dating Southern Charm star Naomie Olindo.
While her divorce was pending, she began dating her DWTS partner Gleb, 41, while she was a contestant on the show in season 33, which aired last fall.
The Russian pro dancer and the Sports Illustrated model, although on-again, off-again, ended their relationship in April following reports that Gleb had cheated on Brooks - something he has since denied.
In a new interview with DailyMail.com, Brooks talks about being single for the first time in her life and how she's moving on from her recent relationship.
'I'm just having fun. I haven't been single ever in my entire life, so I'm just enjoying the ride,' she said while promoting her partnership with Raising Cane's.
As she was getting glammed for her appearance at the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch party in New York City, she admitted that traveling so much has made it difficult for her to settle down with someone special.
And she also touched on how much she loves the company. 'It was such a dream working with Larroude. I have been a fan and customer since they launched,' she shared with DailyMail.com
'I've been back and forth to Miami all week working,' she explained. 'So, if there's a lot of work going on, it's hard to navigate dating life with that. But I'll find time when the person is right.'
When asked what lessons she's learned from her last relationship with Gleb, she said, 'I would say honestly that life throws you so many different curve balls and you just need to have a good girl gang and support system around you at all times.
'You never know what life is going to throw your way and just stay true to yourself and your superpowers.'
Gleb and Brooks broke up for the second time at the beginning of April after he reportedly cheated on her. A source told People that she suspected he had cheated on her and called things off over the April 5th weekend.
However, the pro dancer was shocked to learn about this since he told Page Six that he learned she had ended their relationship in the news.
'The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6, asking to speak. I called her in response, but she has not replied,' he said.
In a recent interview with E!, he set the record straight and adamantly denied cheating. 'I'm not a cheater,' he insisted.
'I'm actually a family guy. I'm a relationship guy. I'm not a f**kboy who goes around and goes on all these dates. I'm not even on dating apps.'
Their messy split is still being talked about, with Brooks' sister recently revealing that the pair were allegedly intimate frequently in their trailer on Dancing with the Stars.
Grace Ann, 24, spilled on the Chicks In the Office podcast, 'I can tell you firsthand. Every time I visited Brooks's trailer, the trailer was shaking every single time. I never wanted to go in there. I was always knocking.'
Brooks told DailyMail.com that her sister 'wasn't lying,' but that she is 'not even speaking' to her sibling right now because of her 'outing' and because she 'doesn't trust' her after sharing with the world about her sex life.
Despite not having a long-lasting relationship come out of her experience on DWTS, she called it 'one of the best experiences in my life' and said she would 'encourage anyone who has the opportunity to go on the show to definitely say yes.'
The Louisiana native is in the midst of filming a reality show, Love Thy Nader, with her sisters Grace Ann, Mary Holland and Sarah Jane Nader.
The Hulu show is expected to be released this summer and follows the siblings as they chase their dreams in New York City as they navigate balancing their fashion and modeling careers and sisterhood away from their southern roots.
'It is a dream come true. I mean, I didn't know how working every day with family would be, but it's honestly just how it was growing up.
'It's chaotic, it's fun, it's energetic, it's a lot of freaking drama and a lot of late night Raising Cane's and gossip sessions,' she told DailyMail.com.
Although there were rumors that her breakup with Gleb was for the show, the model said, 'I can tell you with a hundred percent certainty, I wish it was dramatized because that would make my personal real life a lot easier.
'But it is all real, and you'll see that when the show comes out. You cannot make this sh*t up.'
Unlike The Kardashians, Brooks said that the Naders are 'very different.'
'We're from the deep, deep south in Louisiana, and we're all living in New York City, so it's kind of swamp people meet Sex in the City sort of situation,' she explained.
'We're all in our 20s. We're all dating and navigating that in the modeling industry together. And so it is going to be, I think, unlike anything anyone's seen before.'
Ahead of attending the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch party on Thursday night - where DailyMail.com has learned that her ex Billy Haire also attended - Brooks chowed on Raising Cane's chicken finger combo - something she called her 'guilty pleasure' but says she 'has no shame in the game.'
'I am not a healthy eater, whatsoever. I'm not like that girl. Raising Cane's is a huge major food group for me,' she admitted.
'I am from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and actually went to the same high school as the founder, Todd Graves, so I literally grew up on Raising Cane's.

As the first born, am I the smartest? Maybe – but siblings shape us in far more interesting ways
A new book about sibling relationships, The Family Dynamic by Susan Dominus, examines how things like birth order and the specific achievements of your siblings affect a person's life trajectory. As such, some of my favourite research is back in the public eye: the studies that suggest that I, as the eldest of three children, am the cleverest. I'm kidding. I don't actually think this is true in my own sibling group, but sure, I'll take it, and say so in the national press: I'm smarter than you guys, science confirms. I am very interested in siblings and their influences, though. So much so that I wrote my first novel about a brother-sister relationship. Siblings shape you in ways that are less deliberate than parents, which means their influence is less discussed, though just as important. That said, birth order has remained a public fascination, with parents agonising over whether a middle child is overlooked or eldest is overburdened. I definitely have classic 'eldest daughter syndrome': the tendency for the oldest girl in a family to take on roles of responsibility. Planning of family matters has generally fallen to me in the past, and I remain a planner. I like control to the freakish degree that I eat the same breakfast and lunch every single weekday and run my to-do list with the iron fist of a navy Seal commander. Still, I have often thought that some of the well-worn sibling birth order archetypes – the type-A eldest daughter, the laid-back middle sibling, the rebellious youngest child – must be too simple. They sat in my mind alongside things like star signs: fun but ultimately baseless ways to parse the eternal puzzle of why people are the way that they are. But it seems, as Dominus found, that the studies do bear this stuff out. Eldest children apparently outstrip their younger counterparts in cognitive tests by as early as their first birthday, probably due to the increased parental attention they receive during the however-brief period they are an only child. And sibling influence can be incredibly powerful. Dominus interviews families in which each child went on to achieve success in very different fields, and were spurred to do so specifically by what their siblings were doing. My brother was a quiet little boy, either naturally or because I did all his talking for him. We were very close as children – I would get my hair cut short like his, and enjoyed it if people mistook us for twins. But we grew into quite different people, and that is probably no accident. For instance, he went on to pursue Stem subjects, and I pursued the humanities: the boy whose sister spoke for him went for numbers and concepts, and I went for words. Age gaps between siblings can also complicate the effect of birth order. My sister is nearly 10 years younger than me, whereas my brother is only 18 months my junior. She told me: 'I feel like being the youngest, with two siblings quite a bit older than me, meant that I sculpted my perception of what is 'cool' on a pretty much even mix of your respective interests.' She's very into music (my brother) and also video games (me). I think she's also more emotionally robust than I am. We both wonder whether this is partly the result of getting a front-row seat to all of mine and our brother's chaotic decisions and teenage crises, and being able to take notes. By now, my siblings and I are, roughly, who we're going to be. We're all adults. Perhaps it is less that we are now honing ourselves consciously or subconsciously to resemble or differ from one another, but that we act as vivid mirrors for each other to really see ourselves in. Sometimes, in the company of my brother and sister, I have an ambient sense of something similar to not liking myself very much. Partly, it's that near-universal experience of regression in the family home: we start to occupy childish roles to befit the dynamics first built in childhood. But it's also that these are people who have seen every side of me. And they have not been afraid to challenge my less lovable attributes. That feeling of not liking myself is maybe more accurately a feeling of being truly, wholly known for my best and worst traits. My irritability, my belief that I know better than others, my melodrama. I see their flaws too, and they know that I see them. Not unexpectedly, some of these flaws are shared. I asked my brother about this, and he said: 'Seeing characteristics of yourself in people you love is quite helpful. Like, oh maybe I'm not that bad: I don't hate them for the way they are, but the opposite.' And for all that we bicker, it's a beautiful thing to be loved by people who, unlike your parents, are not hard-wired to love you unconditionally, but who know you just as well as your parents do, and for almost as long. Jessica Alba shows off her toned and tanned physique in a patterned bikini as she enjoys sun-soaked getaway to focus on 'friendship and selfcare'
She is never shy showing off her physique when on her many holidays. And Jessica Alba was flaunting her toned and tanned physique as she enjoyed her latest sun-soaked getaway this weekend. The actress, 44, slipped into a skimpy white and beige patterned two piece as she flashed a peace sign by the pool. Jessica had her abs and toned legs on display as she accessorised with a sunhat and shades while another shot showed her cooling off in the pool. After her divorce from Cash Warren, she penned in the caption of her post: 'Channeling chill - breathwork - friendship and selfcare.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the In her slew of snaps she also posed in a strapless leopard print swimsuit while spending time at a luxury spa where they were staying. Her holiday comes after she was recently spotted kissing and cozying up to a new mystery man just weeks after her divorce from Cash Warren. But recently an insider has shed light into Jessica 's life back on the market. While she seemed to have a potential new beau in London, a source insisted to Us Weekly that Jessica isn't dating anyone in particular at the moment and is merely 'embracing' the attention coming her way. '[Jessica has] gone on dates, but she isn't seeing anyone specific right now,' the source said. 'She's having a lot of fun going out with her girlfriends and being more spontaneous. She's embracing all the attention she's getting,' they added. Indeed, Jessica seems to be living it up now that she is single again. Her Instagram account shows her traveling to numerous destinations where bathing suits are a must, and she even celebrated her birthday with her gal pals in Las Vegas. 'A vegas birthday was not in the cards, but a time was definitely had,' Jessica mused on Instagram as she shared snaps from her travels to Sin City in early May. 'Grateful for the women who have been by my side through every season with nothing but love & support. No matter where we are in the world, we have the best time when we're together - te amo.' The post even included the L.E. Bowman poem 'A New Kind of Sexy', a telling clue of her post-divorce attitude. While Jessica may be an independent woman, she has had some company in recent weeks. Earlier this month Alba was spotted enjoying a very cosy-looking stroll with a man in London's Regent's Park. An onlooker told The Sun that the pair could be seen kissing on deckchairs and embracing as they strolled through the park. They said: 'They looked very intimate. They were hugging and holding hands as they walked through the park together. 'They rented out some deck chairs and they were sitting on them kissing. 'It looked very much like a new relationship.' Jessica cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reasoning behind her separation from Cash when it was announced earlier this year, with him soon filing afterwards. During the course of their marriage, the former couple welcomed three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, seven - and both have requested for joint physical and legal custody of their kids. Eight months before it was revealed that Jessica and Cash were 'set for divorce,' the Hollywood star uploaded her final anniversary post to celebrate 16 years of marriage. At the time, Alba shared an assortment of images to her main Instagram page of the pair from over the years. She also penned a cryptic caption to accompany the snaps while reflecting on how they have gone through 'thick and thin.' '16 years of marriage, 20 years together and forever to go… Happy Anniversary @cashwarren,' the mother-of-three began. 'I'm proud of us for making it this far. There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family.' The Honey star concluded with, 'Through thick and thin we have continually found our way back to each other and have chosen one another. Cheers to us, I love you.'

Aaron Taylor-Johnson smoulders as he flashes a glimpse of his hairy chest in an open shirt alongside Jodie Comer and director Danny Boyle at 28 Years Later event in NYC
Aaron Taylor-Johnson joined co-star Jodie Comer and director Danny Boyle at an event for their new zombie movie 28 Years Later in New York on Sunday. The British actor, 34, who sported a bushy beard, smouldered as he flashed a glimpse of his hairy chest in an open shirt while taking to the red carpet. Aaron cut a stylish figure in beige ensemble and teamed the shirt with a matching sports jacket, trousers and suede shoes. He completed with a gold necklace and flashy Omega watch, after signing a deal with the brand which provide timepieces to the James Bond franchise - in what fans believes was a hint he would soon be announced as the new 007. Meanwhile Jodie, 32, was the epitome of chic in a flowing black blouse which was worn with bell bottoms and pointed heels. DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The much-anticipated release of 28 Years Later is just weeks away, with fans left waiting two decades to discover the next instalment in the film series. And with the nation devastated by the Rage virus nearly three decades ago, this new film - released June 19 - will show insight into the vastly different ways humanity has adapted to survive. For one such community, this means complete isolation from the outside world, and in a new clip ahead of the film's premiere, star Aaron shares insight into this new addition to the 28 Days Later universe for the first time. In this new land, known as The Holy Island, humans are entirely self-sufficient, and only leave the community to hunt on the mainland, when the tide is low. Aaron plays Jamie a scavenger who is tasked with training his Spike to survive in the wilderness, before they embark on a deadly mission to the mainland. In an exclusive featurette, Aaron offers a glimpse at this new Holy Island, explaining: 'My character is part of this community that survived 20-odd years because they live on the Holy Island, disconnected from the mainland. 'They don't have doctors or medicine, can only eat what they can grow, they can go hunt, but they have to go hunt on the mainland.' 'And we have rules, if you leave the island and you don't return, there's no one going out to look for you, they're going to assume you've been infected and you're dead.' Aaron then explains that for his character's son, it's a 'rite of passage' to learn his father's hunting skills, in the hope that they can survive when they leave the island. The film is set on the real-life island of Lindisfarne, which is only accessible through a causeway during low tide. Jodie Comer also stars in the film as Jamie's wife Isla, while Ralph Fiennes plays Dr. Kelson, a survivor of the outbreak. The original film 28 Days Later starred Cillian as a bicycle courier who wakes up from a coma to discover the accidental release of a highly contagious, aggression-inducing virus has caused the breakdown of society. But despite frenzied speculation that he would be reprising his role in this sequel, when the trailer came out in December, with one character appearing to resemble a zombified form of Cillian's character Jim from the first film. However, this theory was quickly shut down when a London art dealer and model revealed he was the one playing the zombie character. Danny has since teased that viewers may get to see Cillian, 48, return after all, in one of the later films in the trilogy. Speaking during Sony's presentation at 2025 CinemaCon, the filmmaker hinted: 'Like all good things in life, you may have to wait a little while for [Cillian] to make his appearance'. 28 Years Later was filmed back-to-back with the second film, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, by director Nia DaCosta, which is being released in January 2026. Producer Andrew Macdonald previously confirmed that Cillian would not be appearing in 28 Years Later, but also suggested he could return for a future film. He told Empire: '[On] this, we wanted him to be involved and he wanted to be involved. He is not in the first film, but I'm hoping there will be some Jim somewhere along the line.' He added: 'He's involved at the moment as an executive producer, and I would hope we can work with him in some way in the future in the trilogy.' With a budget of $75million, 28 Years Later is the biggest film to be created with an iPhone and follows in the footsteps of a new Apple TV show. 28 Years Later hits UK cinemas on June 19, 2025.
