Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt expecting first child
On Wednesday, editors at TMZ reported that the Saturday Night Live comedian and his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, were expecting their first child.
A source told the outlet that Elsie is due to give birth in the winter.
And a few hours later, the model-actress took to Instagram to confirm the news.
"Welp now everyone knows we had sex," she wrote alongside a slideshow of photos of the couple.
The 29-year-old also included a short clip showing her smiling during an ultrasound appointment as well as a close-up of a sonogram image.
Pete, 31, and Elsie were first linked in March and reportedly moved in together two months later.
And while The King of Staten Island actor has not yet commented on the baby news, an insider divulged to People that he is very excited to become a father.
"They're both very nurturing people and are very, very happy together and to be starting a family," they shared with the publication. "They've been sharing privately with loved ones, and it's a really sweet time after everything Pete has overcome. He's so excited. He's always wanted to be a dad."
Back in 2022, Pete also opened up about his desire to have a family one day.
"My favourite thing ever, which I'm yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid," he stated during an appearance on Kevin Hart's talk show, Hart to Heart. "It's super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude. I'm so excited for that chapter, so that's kind of what I'm just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better, so when that happens, it's just easier."

I thought, 'Damn, a natural form of expression and a certain connection they have with music is now a ghost.' It made me wonder how much of our human spirit got killed because of the fear of being a meme, all for having a good time,' he wrote on social media. 'This album was not made for sitting still. Dancing, driving, running—any type of movement is recommended to maybe understand the spirit of it.' Chromakopia: The World Tour continues its North American leg in Montreal on July 22 before continuing on to Australasia and Asia later this summer. The tour wraps up Sept. 21 in Quezon City, Philippines.

Those with video options include many longform podcasts that last for two-plus hours, as hosts meander through interviews or share anecdotes that actually have the feel of a traditional late-night program. These podcasts could certainly benefit from less competition after 11 p.m. If you start a video podcast at 9:30, you may not even be finished by midnight—and they are the perfect thing to have on in the background while getting ready for bed. 2. Stephen Colbert's Exit Will Lift Streamers Streaming services have become the hot programmers in recent years. Less broadcast competition likely means more people binging Squid Game, Love Island or whatever current hit Netflix, AppleTV+ or Amazon Prime show is streaming at the moment. 3. Traditional News Organizations Could Get A Stephen Colbert Bump Right now it seems like every five minutes brings another significant breaking news headline. Indeed, that has led to huge viewership for cable news networks, which provide analysis and break new stories. One less option for late-night viewing could mean more people looking for news during late-night hours, turning to TV or online channels. Traditional news orgs have a large presence on social media, and that, too, could expand—a recent World Economic Forum report found that 34% of U.S. residents now list social media as their main source of news. 4. Stephen Colbert's Exit Could Help Progressive Entertainment Outlets It is probably not surprising that Colbert's audience leans liberal—anyone who has listened to his monologue knows that while he criticizes both parties, his politics lean left. He also rose to fame by satirizing conservative firebrand talk show hosts, which won him few friends on the right. And a YouGov analysis found that more than half of Colbert's audience leaned left. With one less liberal voice on the airwaves, viewers may turn to other places for that type of commentary. Whether the Stephen Colbert dismissal means more listeners for MediasTouch podcasts or late-night readers of the Bulwark Substack remains to be seen.

While UFC CEO Dana White has seen some horrifying injuries inside the Octagon, it seems the worst he's ever encountered came in a frantic call from his wife after their daughter suffered a gruesome injury. Even when White is Octagon side at a UFC event, his job never stops. He is the head of a billion-dollar company. And he can often be seen talking or texting about business while at fights. That is why during a recent chat with Candy Funhouse, he was asked what was the craziest call he has ever gotten during an event. And surprisingly, the worst of them all had nothing to do with his day job. 'I think we were in Texas. And it was a Cormier fight. I don't remember who he was fighting. But my daughter was really young, and the dog that we had at the time ripped her ear off,' White revealed. 'As you could imagine, my wife was losing her mind, and everybody was freaking out. How many kids does Dana White have? Three (Dana III, Aidan, and Savannah) 'So I ran over and grabbed [Chief Medical Director] Dr. Jeff Davidson, and we started making calls. Got a plastic surgeon. And not only did the dog rip her ear off, but it ripped her ear in half too,' he added. 'So my wife had to pick up her ear, go to the friggin hospital, and have her ear sewn back on. That is definitely the craziest call I've ever had.' Since he didn't say his daughter Savannah lost her ear, one can assume that his wife jumping into quick action and getting to the right surgeon, saved their offspring's ear. It is also likely that the pet received a permanent knockout from the UFC boss following the incident. White and his wife Anne have three children. Sons Dana III, Aidan, and Savannah.
