Motorola Edge 60 Pro launched in India with MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor: Price, features, battery and more
Motorola launched the much-awaited Motorola Edge 60 Pro in India on Wednesday. This successor to the popular Edge 50 Pro features the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset and a triple rear camera setup.
The Motorola Edge 60 Pro costs ₹ 29,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM variant, whereas the 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM variant will cost ₹ 33,999. Notably, the handset is available in Pantone Sparkling Grape, Pantone Dazzling Blue and Pantone Shadow colours.
Interested customers can purchase the device from Flipkart and the official Motorola website. The phone is currently available for pre-order and will go on sale on 7 May 2025.

It sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. For imaging, the smartphone features a 50 MP Sony LYT primary sensor coupled with an 8MP ultrawide camera. At the front, there is a 32MP camera for selfies, video calls and more. Moto G86: Details The Moto G86 smartphone sports a 6.67-inch superHD AMOLED HDR10+ display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection at the front. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For camera optics, the smartphone sports a 50MP primary camera accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide sensor. There is a 32 MP camera at the front for selfies, video calls and more, it also supports 4K UHD recording at 30 frames per second (fps). The smartphone packs a 5,200mAh battery with 30W wired charging support. The smartphone is available in four colourways Chrysanthemum, Spellbound, Golden Cypress and Cosmic sky. If you're planning to buy a new smartphone right now, it may be prudent to wait a while, with June shaping up to be a month of power-packed launches, from the OnePlus 13s to the Infinix GT 30 Pro and even the Vivo T4 Ultra. Here's a look at all the phones expected to debut in India next month. The Infinix GT 30 Pro is set to debut in India on 3 June. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor — the same chipset that powers Motorola's Edge 60 Pro, which launched in India last month. The phone features what Infinix calls a 'Cyber Mecha Design', with white lighting on the Blade White variant and RGB lighting on the Dark Flare version. It also comes with shoulder triggers to offer users more control while gaming. While more details about the GT 30 Pro remain under wraps for now, its global debut has already given us a fair idea of what to expect from this new gaming-focused device. The phone may come with LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage and a massive 7,550mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging. On the camera front, the Poco F7 is expected to offer a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra wide angle lens and a 20MP selfie shooter. The OnePlus Nord CE 5 has already received BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification in India and is expected to launch in June. According to leaks, the device could sport a 6.78-inch flat Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor and pack a 7,100mAh battery. In terms of optics, the Nord CE 5 could feature a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens.

Instamart appoints Ankit Jain as Senior VP of Operations
Swiggy-owned quick commerce platform Instamart on Friday announced the appointment of Ankit Jain as Senior Vice President - Operations, including supply chain management, dark store operations, delivery experience and network expansion. Ankit recently served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Grocery and Large Supply Chain as well as Ekart Design at Flipkart. The company's operations have seen strong momentum over the past few months -- enabling its presence in more than 120 cities, expanding into new categories and scaling our infrastructure with the record addition of more than 300 dark stores and mega pods last quarter, according to a senior company official. "Ankit's deep, hands-on experience across e-commerce, retail, and FMCG will be a strong force in further strengthening our operations, leading the way in delivery speed, availability, and assortment for our consumers, Instamart CEO Amitesh Jha said. Prior to Flipkart, Ankit spent over 14 years at Unilever, holding various roles such as General Manager of Demand Planning and Director of Logistics and Warehousing, managing end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple geographies. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Earlier this week, Instamart dropped parent Swiggy from its name, in a strategic move aimed at carving a standalone brand identity.
