Motorola Edge 60 Pro has launched in India this week, making it the latest sub-Rs 30,000 phone in the market. The new phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity chipset, comes with a triple camera system and the Hello UI based on Android 15 version. It features a pOLED display and packs a fast-charging battery. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. On the imaging front, Motorola is offering a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 10MP telephoto lens. Motorola has launched the Edge 60 Pro smartphone in India. Priced from Rs 29,999, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme and features a 6,000 mAh battery. The Edge 60 Pro is among the first smartphones in the country to offer users a choice of three AI assistants — Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. For imaging, the smartphone includes a triple-camera set-up at the rear — a 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP telephoto sensor. At the front, there is a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls. On the software front, the Edge 60 Pro runs Hello UI based on Android 15. Motorola has committed to three years of operating system updates and four years of security updates. It packs a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 15W wireless charging. The phone is IP68 and IP69 certified for dust and water resistance and is rated MIL-STD-810H for durability. It also features Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection and is offered with a leather or nylon-inspired textured back. Audio is delivered via stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. This successor to the popular Edge 50 Pro features the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset and a triple rear camera setup. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro costs ₹ 29,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM variant, whereas the 12GB RAM and 256GB ROM variant will cost ₹ 33,999. Notably, the handset is available in Pantone Sparkling Grape, Pantone Dazzling Blue and Pantone Shadow colours. Interested customers can purchase the device from Flipkart and the official Motorola website. The phone is currently available for pre-order and will go on sale on 7 May 2025. That said, it will compete directly with other value flagships, including the iQOO Neo 10R, which is priced at ₹ 28,999 in India, as the Motorola Edge 60 Pro is reportedly expected to cost around ₹ 30,000. With that in mind, here's how the phone stacks up against its immediate rival. Read on. The Motorola Edge 60 Pro is confirmed to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset, paired with either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The iQOO Neo 10R, meanwhile, is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, with up to 12GB of RAM.
