Emmerdale teens targeted by villain in dark new story

Metro6 days ago
If anyone was unsure that Ray (Joe Absolom) is a shady character, the way he is about to target a vulnerable Emmerdale teen will help solidify things in any questioning mind.
The fact he's a menacing drug dealer is a clue to this man's darkness, but he'll demonstrate just how deep his levels go when his young employee Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) tells him no.
Dylan was last seen leaving the village heading for rehab with the promise of an improved life but returned by doing over Moira Dingle's (Natalie J Robb) barn on Ray's say so, only to end up getting stabbed by Kyle (Huey Quinn) brandishing a pitchfork.
Now he's in a bad way with an infected wound hiding out in the Cricket Pavillion and it's dawned on him that working for Ray isn't the smartest move. April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) tries to get him to see a doctor, but he refuses, so they go with the next best option – to raid the vets for medical supplies.
In their mission to do their own surgery, Paddy (Dominic Brunt) catches them, but takes pity on the pair and helps Dylan himself. He even offers him a bed for the night.
Ray catches up with Dylan and tells him about some future jobs he's got lined up and in turn Dylan shows him the stash of drugs he's got. But that's as far as Dylan wants to take it. More Trending
The next morning while at breakfast with Paddy and Mandy, Dylan ignores texts from Ray.

He can only ignore him for so long though and later he has to run rings around April to get her off his back so that he can make the drugs drop. He thinks it's his last drugs drop for Ray.
But you don't say no to a thug like Ray, so when Dylan turns down a job and Ray is happy to accept it, things become unsettling. While the teen thinks he's finally getting out of it, Ray absolutely intends to keep him well in.

EastEnders confirms devastating new ordeal for Stacey as the police are involved

EastEnders is lining up more turmoil for Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) next week. Just weeks after finally grappling with the grief felt for late husband Martin Fowler (James Bye), a fresh new story is being lined up – and it harks back to 2023. In upcoming scenes, Stacey is thrilled to learn that daughter Lily (Lillia Turner) is making her way back to Albert Square after staying with her dad Ryan Malloy (Neil McDermott). Unfortunately, the happiness is cut short when mum Jean (Gillian Wright) and cousin Freddie (Bobby Brazier) are forced to break the news that her SecretCam content has been leaked online. As viewers will recall, Freddie introduced Stacey to the OnlyFans dupe when she was looking for a way to make some quick cash. Under the username IceSKater95, she uploaded feet pictures to the site to pay off her bills and a loan shark. Her uploads became more risqué at the request of a subscriber, who she later realised was Walford High teacher Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis). He subsequently stalked Stace', attempting to rape her and was handed a 10 year stretch in prison. But who has found the content this time? Well, Stacey's convinced it's troubled teen Joel Marshall (Max Murray), who we'll see her cross paths with later this week. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Love Island host Maya Jama shares true feelings over Shakira and Harry reunion

Love Island 2025's Harry was surprised to hear what host Maya Jama really thought of him and Shakira reuniting and making it to the final after recent comments on the series Love Island host Maya Jama wasted no time in telling runners-up Shakira and Harry what she really thought of their romance during the live final on Monday night. The pair have been on and off and in multiple triangles throughout the series. ‌ But in the last week or so, the Love Island pair reconciled against all odds and seemed to be in it for good this time. Despite dividing viewers and co-stars with their latest reunion, host Maya surprised Harry with what she had to say on Monday. ‌ The presenter gave her true thoughts on the pair, having called out Harry for his behaviour towards Helena and others in a previous episode. It comes as Toni and Cach were announced as this year's winners, beating Shakira and harry to the prize money. ‌ Harry shared his shock though, as Maya admitted this time it felt different between them. Having seen clips of them together for the final week and the final day, she said watching them she could see it was genuine. She shared: "Well you both look very happy with each other. It's nice to see you two together in the final. You both look really... I dunno. The last couple of days I've been watching you like, this is cute. This is cute." ‌ Harry couldn't hide the shock on his face as he said: "Yeah? I never thought you'd say that to me, Maya." Agreeing, she replied: "I know, can you believe it? Me calling you cute. "But you are here in the final. There is obviously something the public have seen that is obviously giving love story." It comes as the All Stars series was confirmed to return to ITV2 and ITVX for a third series in 2026. Speaking on the renewal, Mike Spencer-Hayter, Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment, said: 'Love Island: All Stars has quickly established itself as a stand-alone hit, keeping fans of the show gripped by iconic Islanders from the past 10 years returning for another chance to find love. ‌ "We are very excited about series 3 and you can expect the twists and turns to continue in All Stars, after an incredible smash hit summer series.' The second series of Love Island: All Stars aired earlier this year, and was won by Gabby Allen and Case O'Gorman. The series also saw the reunion of Ronnie Vint and Harriet Blackmore - but it didn't come without complaints. In February, the show lodged over 2,000 complaints to Ofcom in its final week, as fans fumed at various stars for their "bullying behaviour". On February 12, there were 1,347 complaints, followed by 820 on February 11, 63 on February 13 and 57 on February 16. The February 12 episode saw Ekin-Su and Elma clash over the latter's comment about Ekin-Su and Curtis having the weakest connection. Things only got worse between the group when Ekin-Su had kissed Sammy during the heart rate challenge. During the argument, an angry Elma swore at Ekin-Su and Curtis and told them to "shut their mouths".
