Superhit film of 2025, made producers rich, earned 2x its budget, has a 7.1 IMDb rating, lead actors are..., film is...

In a year teeming with cinematic spectacles, one film cut through the noise, not with grandeur, but grit. Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, the long-awaited sequel to the 2018 hit Raid, didn't just storm the box office; it shattered expectations. Directed once again by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film brings back the razor-sharp IRS officer Amay Patnaik, now posted in Rajasthan. But this time, the stakes are deadlier, and the villain far more dangerous. This actor is no longer the comic relief… Bollywood's much-loved comedy star, Ritesh Deshmukh, is no longer the comic relief; he slips into the menacing skin of Dada Bhai—a corrupt politician and the shadowy power Amay must dismantle. The battle is no longer just about black money; it's personal, political, and packed with psychological warfare. As the cat-and-mouse game intensifies, the real twist arrives in the climax, one that audiences didn't see coming. Fatally layered and sharply written, the narrative punches hard. And while Ajay plays his part with his signature restraint and intensity, it's Ritesh who turns the tide. As a calculating and charismatic villain, he goes toe-to-toe with Devgn, earning massive praise from audiences and critics alike. Raid 2's IMDb rating Backed by a budget of Rs 120 crore, the film has already paid off handsomely. According to Bollywood Hungama, Raid 2 grossed Rs 176.93 crore in India and raked in Rs 241.68 crore globally—more than double its cost. IMDb users have given it a respectable 7.1 rating, reflecting both the film's mass appeal and narrative strength. Raid 2 streaming on… Now streaming on Netflix, Raid 2 continues to grab eyeballs beyond theatres. And while its intense storyline and sharp performances make it memorable, it's the music that adds edge. Tamannaah Bhatia's sizzling performance in the viral track Nasha became a crowd-puller in its own right. About Raid 2 With a hard-hitting storyline, a stellar ensemble cast—featuring Vaani Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Govind Namdev, and Supriya Pathak—and a villain you'll love to hate, Raid 2 has delivered more than just numbers. It's made honesty thrilling again.

Watch: Punjabi Mom Uses Tortillas To Make Samosas, Foodies React

You may have come across viral videos featuring various types of samosa stuffings. But have you ever seen a different type of samosa covering? Recently, a reel showing tortillas being used as samosa pattis grabbed many eyeballs on Instagram and led to a foodie debate in the comment section. It was posted by Sonia Kaur (@lovelightsonia), who revealed that she had asked her Punjabi mother to make samosas "for an intimate summer solstice potluck." Rather than opt for the traditional method, the mom relied on a quick hack and used tortillas to make the samosas. In the now-viral video, we see the tortillas being briefly cooked on a pan with oil on both sides. The mom then cut the tortilla into two halves using scissors. She spread a paste (probably made by combining flour and water) on the surface of each semicircular tortilla piece. She folded it to form a cone and filled it with a cooked mixture of peas and potatoes. She sealed all the edges of the triangular pocket carefully so that the stuffing would not come out later. Finally, she deep-fried the treats until they turned crisp and golden-brown. In the caption, Sonia wrote, "She used tortillas to make samosas - I asked her if that was cheating. Lol, what do you think?! They were so good, though - the potatoes with spices were out of this world." A few people recommended using completely uncooked tortillas for this purpose. Certain foodies were not at all convinced by this cooking hack. Read some of the reactions below: "Best samosa hack. Used to do this in college all the time." "Love the idea." "Just call it a Mexican samosa." "Such a neat idea! They look awesome." "This is genius!! Will definitely have to try this!" "I've used tortillas to eat curry." "Nah, gotta do what you gotta do." "Yes, it's cheating!" "I use uncooked tortillas from Costco. It tastes pretty much the same as a real samosa. I kind of like it better than the whole thing from scratch." "Wow, using tortillas? As long as it tastes the same, that's what counts. We Mexicans also cut corners." "I did the same with chicken kheema. You don't need to cook the tortilla or put the paste in it beforehand. Just make the cone shape and glue it, fill it and seal it, then fry. Best hack I tried and it's so quick." Want to discover more viral kitchen hacks? Click here to read one of our compilations.

Throwback video: Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's epic 2017 wedding reception dance-off

In December 2017, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma pulled off the most talked-about celebrity wedding of the decade. After their small ceremony in Tuscany, they came home and threw two blowout receptions: one in Delhi, other in Mumbai. From high-energy dancing to surprise performances and a guest list full of stars, these parties were anything but ordinary. Years later, fans still can't get enough of the photos, the outfits, and the over-the-top fun. Bhangra, Gurdas Maan, and the bride with a money note The Delhi reception had all the makings of a blockbuster Punjabi party. Held just days after their return from Italy, the event featured a live performance by none other than Gurdas Maan. But here's the twist: Maan didn't even know he was performing for Virat and Anushka. In an episode of The Bombay Journey with Mashable India, Maan revealed that the cricketer had planned it as a surprise. 'Virat had called everyone, but even though he loves me, he hasn't called me,' Maan recalled in Hindi. He stated that 'the organisers were specifically told not to tell Gurdas Maan;' he was only told he had an event in Delhi. At the reception, once he realized where he was, he jumped into the set — and Virat even whispered Punjabi lyrics into Anushka's ear as he sang. Meanwhile, the dance floor was in chaos in the best way. Anushka was also seen letting loose on the dance floor. Virat wasn't far behind. He pulled his mother, Saroj Kohli, into a spontaneous Bhangra session that had guests cheering and phones filming. That clip? Viral within hours. Who attended the Mumbai bash? From Ranbir and Rahman to Big B If Delhi was for family, Mumbai was made for the cameras. As per the Republic, the reception was hosted at the St. Regis Hotel on December 26, and had every A-lister imaginable. Photos show the newlyweds posing with the Bachchans, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, AR Rahman, and the late Sridevi. Anushka wore a golden Sabyasachi lehenga, finished with traditional red bangles. Virat looked sharp in Raghavendra Rathore. The reception's ambiance was almost like a pure red carpet event. According to the mentioned publication, Amitabh Bachchan even bowed to Anushka in a gesture of congratulations in a photo that still does the rounds online. Today, the couple has two kids, a global brand presence, and a fan base that grows by the minute. But for many, nothing tops the joy, chaos, and star power of those unforgettable December 2017 receptions.
