This Morning's Lisa Snowdon on the best shapewear to wear under occasionwear

If you're heading to a summer event, and are in need of some shapewear, Lisa Snowdon has just shared her favourites styles, plus a few clever tips and tricks We always trust Lisa Snowdon's advice when it comes to fashion, I mean let's face it, she always looks amazing. But we also trust her in what to wear underneath to make us feel our most confident self. And if you've got a summer wedding, or fancy occasion coming up and are in need of some shapewear help, Lisa has just saved the day with her latest This Morning segment on what shapewear is best for each concern. From multi-way bras designed specifically for those with bigger busts, to thigh sculpting shapewear designed for low back dresses, Lisa has selected the best of the best from brands including Curvy Kate, M&S, and Skims. The Multiway Bra Available for £33 here Lisa raved about Curvy Kate's Multiway Bra, which states you can get 100 different uses out of just one bra. And priced at £33, Lisa said that's 33p way if you try out all 100. And this is the perfect bra for those with bigger busts as it goes from a 32D up until a 40J. So how does this bra work? The innovative eyeletted fold over top edge of the cup means that the straps can be positioned anywhere, which is a lifesaver if you're heading to various events wearing dresses with all different cuts. Whether you want strapless, one-shoulder, low-back, this bra does it all while also offering the support that bigger chested women need underneath their occasionwear. Backless shapewear Stick on bra available for £24 here and hourglass thigh shaper for £54 here Backless dresses are a pretty big trend at the moment, but going braless or without shapewear simply isn't an option for most of us. However, Lisa's hack has saved the day. The hack involves wearing a stick on bra, like Marks & Spencer's Wired Stick On Strapless Winged Bra. This is then combined with Wacoal's clever Hourglass Thigh Shaper, which dips at the back meaning the fabric won't be seen when wearing your backless dress. Plus the shapewear skims all the lumps and bumps you don't want showing and helps create a gorgeaous silhouette. Halterneck hack Available for £62 here Of course, we can't have the shapewear conversation wihtout talking about Skims. Lisa raves about the Kim Kardashian-founded bra for its amazing shade range, which we definitely can't fault. And Skims multi-way bra is another that geniusly adapts to different dress styles. Durign the segment, Lisa effortless showed us how to adapt this handy bra from its classic straps to a halter-neck style, making it perfect for those wearing halterneck occasionwear outfits this summer. It is on the pricier side at £62, but shoppers have raved about its high quality and seamless finish. And the sizing starts from 32A up to 42G, so it works for those with smaller chests as well.

An onlooker who saw Luke at McDonald's said: 'We heard that it was an advert and that he may have signed some sort of deal with McDonald's. "There were extras who cheered when he walked in the door and they closed the place down for three or four hours while they were shooting. "They had a close protection security guy there with him too. 'There was just one camera crew there and security made sure no one had phones inside." The Nuke was decked out in casual clothes with a polo shirt, blue jeans and black and white trainers for the shoot. He has previously bagged sponsorship agreements with the likes of Xbox, KP Nuts, fashion retailer BoohooMAN and YouTube group The Sidemen. Since erupting on the darts scene during the 2024 World Championships, Luke has been outspoken about his love of kebabs. But he made headlines when he swapped his usual post-match doner for a McDonald's in December 2023. Aged just 16 at the time, he said after booking his place in the round of 16 in the competition: 'I did say to the fans, do you want to see me getting a kebab? "All have good jobs and are trying to make money for themselves." McDonald's gave no response when the Sun on Sunday asked if it had signed a new sponsorship with Luke. The Sun on Sunday also asked Luke's rep for comment.

Annabel Croft shares what 'saved her from sinking' after husband's death

Strictly Come Dancing star, Annabel Croft, has praised the BBC dance show after reaching the semi-finals of the star-studded series in 2023 with Johannes Radebe Annabel Croft admits she was 'saved' by Strictly Come Dancing after signing up to the show within a few weeks of tragically losing her husband. The tennis star, 58, was bereft when her husband and the father of her three children, Mel Coleman, died in 2023 aged 60, just eight weeks after being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Insisting she didn't want to be a "professional widow", Annabel said yes to Strictly and wowed the audience and judges alike, reaching the semi-finals with her professional partner, Johannes Radebe. Praising the show for 'stopping her from sinking' while she navigated her grief, she said: "Literally within a few weeks [of losing him] I was on the phone to my agent. I don't know what I would have done without being busy. I would have sunk." ‌ ‌ She continues in The Telegraph: "There is so much to be positive about. I don't want to be a professional widow. I understand that a lot of people can identify with what I've been through, but I don't want grief to define me." Annabel recently revealed that her husband had heartbreakingly kept his symptoms from her before he saw a doctor. Speaking on the podcast, she said: "We were making the bed one day and he just turned to me and he said 'I haven't told you this Annabel, but I've got these funny pains in my side and they're just not going away, they're getting worse'." The mum-of-three continued: "It never dawned on me that it could be something so absolutely catastrophic." After the results of Mel's scans came back, Annabel said the doctors were "absolutely horrified because they knew that he wouldn't have much time left" She explained: "Outside before we went in, Mel had said to me in the car park 'I'm really worried about this meeting', and I said 'Oh, don't worry about it - of course it's going to be fine. You know, maybe you just have a cyst that's going to have to be removed'. "But the very first thing out of the surgeon's mouth was 'I'm afraid your life expectancy's not very good." After being dealt the devastating diagnosis, Annabel said Mel's cancer had spread to the liver and kidneys and possibly the brain before he eventually died from sepsis. ‌ She shared: "People don't realise this. He had stage four cancer. It started with colon cancer, but it could have been across everywhere at the same time. But it spread into the liver, it was spread into the kidneys, even possibly into the brain as well. But what he actually died of was sepsis and there was a perforation from one of the tumours. "We'd gone on this flight to Portugal thinking he was going to get some sunshine and some respite from all of his treatment. I think maybe on that flight it may have just swollen something and perforated one of the tumours." During the first Strictly pairing show two years ago, Annabel opened up about her husband's unexpected death and heartbreakingly admitted that Mel would have loved to have seen her on the dance floor. She said that it was always his "dream" for her to be on the show, saying she 'wished more than anything' that Mel could see her performing.
