The Lokesh Kanagaraj Cinematic Universe (LCU) is set to level up once again with 'Benz', the much-hyped action thriller starring Raghava Lawrence in the lead. Directed by Remo fame Bakkiyaraj Kannan and co-written by Lokesh Kanagaraj himself, the film is fast gaining momentum as the fourth official installment of the interconnected LCU.
Now, a cryptic social media post has sparked speculation that Malayalam star Nivin Pauly may be joining the cinematic universe as its next big villain.
'You are 'N'ot Ready for this'
On the last day, the official handle of G Squad — the creative team behind Benz — dropped a mysterious update teasing the reveal of the film's antagonist. The post read, 'You are 'N'ot Ready for this. That's it. That's the clue. #BenzCastReveal Tomorrow.' Accompanying the message was a shadowy image of a villainous figure, adding to the suspense.

Netizens speculate
Fans were quick to connect the dots, interpreting the emphasis on the letter 'N' as a nod to Nivin Pauly. Reddit users kickstarted a discussion around this. One commented, 'Benz or Bentley, hope the movie is good.' Another one commented, 'We got nivin Pauly in lcu before gta 6.' Another comment read, 'Better be a Rolex kinda cameo.'
While no official confirmation has been made, the announcement of the villain's identity is set to drop on June 4, and all signs point to the Malayalee actor making his LCU debut in a negative role.
If confirmed, taking on the mantle of the main antagonist in 'Benz' would not only mark Nivin Pauly's most prominent role in Tamil yet but also place him alongside a formidable list of LCU villains.
Powerhouse cast and a fresh soundtrack
Apart from Raghava Lawrence in the lead, 'Benz' also stars Vaathi actress Samyuktha as the female lead. Adding to the excitement, viral sensation and AA22 composer Sai Abhyankkar is onboard as the music director, making his film debut.
With Lokesh Kanagaraj also co-producing the project, Benz is expected to be a stylish and intense addition to the LCU legacy.

Former Rashtra Sevika Samiti Chief Pramiltai Medhe Passes Away at 97

1 2 3 Nagpur: Pramiltai Medhe, former Pramukh Sanchalika (chief) of Rashtra Sevika Samiti, the women's wing of Rashtriya Svayamsevak Sangh ( RSS ), passed away at the age of 97 on Thursday morning at Devi Ahilya Mandir in Dhantoli, where she resided since 1965. She had been unwell for the last three months and critically ill for over a week. She breathed her last at 9.05am. According to her final wishes, her body will be donated to AIIMS Nagpur on Friday, August 1, at 8am. Her mortal remains were kept on the ground floor of Devi Ahilya Mandir on Thursday, where hundreds paid tributes.
