The
vivo X200 FE
is designed for users who prioritise performance and imaging in a compact form factor. Weighing 186g, the phone features a 6.31-inch display and introduces vivo's ZEISS co-engineered imaging system to a more portable device.
It includes a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, with support for ZEISS Multifocal Portrait and Street Photography modes. vivo also brings its VCS True Color technology and various portrait tools, such as Stage Portrait Studio and ZEISS Style filters, to enhance versatility across shooting scenarios.

vivo has launched the X Fold5 in India, its latest entry in the
foldable smartphone
space, combining high-end hardware with a slim, durable design. Weighing 217 g and measuring just 0.92 cm thick, the device features second-generation armor architecture and a carbon fibre support hinge. It also boasts triple IP certification (IPX8, IPX9, IPX9+) and is rated for resistance against dust, water, and low temperatures, making it one of the most rugged foldables currently available.
Under the hood, the X Fold5 runs on the
Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
chipset, with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It also packs India's largest battery on a foldable, a 6000mAh unit supported by 80W wired and 40W wireless charging.
For imaging, the X Fold5 carries a ZEISS co-engineered camera setup. This includes a 50MP main sensor (Sony IMX921), a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical and up to 100x digital zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens with a 120° field of view.
The software experience emphasizes productivity, with features like Origin Workbench, Circle to Search with Google, Gemini Assistant, and vivo's own DocMaster tool, positioning the X Fold5 as more than just a foldable but a high-end device aimed at users who want flagship performance with added flexibility.

Audio guidance system for blind people launched in Mysuru buses
Mysuru: Transport minister Ramalinga Reddy on Monday launched the Dwani Spandana service in KSRTC city buses in Mysuru, a step aimed at empowering blind passengers to travel independently. Speaking after launching the facility, he said, "This technology enables visually impaired commuters to board buses without assistance, using special audio guidance devices. While 125 buses in Bengaluru have already been fitted with the system, it has now been introduced in 200 city buses in Mysuru. Gradually, the facility will be extended to 7,000 KSRTC buses across Karnataka." He further noted that all newly procured KSRTC buses will be equipped with the system at the manufacturing stage itself. Over 31 cr women availed free bus travel in Mys district
Mysuru: From June 11, 2023, to June 30, 2025, over 31 crore women in Mysuru district availed free bus travel under the Shakti scheme, said Pushpa Amaranath, vice-chairperson of the Karnataka State Guarantee Schemes Implementation Authority. Speaking to reporters after taking part in celebrations marking the scheme's milestone of 500 crore free journeys across Karnataka, held at the city's rural bus stand, where she distributed sweets to passengers, she highlighted that the Shakti scheme, one of the Congress govt's flagship five guarantees, resulted in 500 crore free journeys by women statewide. She noted the scheme's dual impact — empowering women and supporting the financial health of state transport corporations. While CM Siddaramaiah celebrated the milestone in Bengaluru by issuing the symbolic 500 crore ticket, Mysuru marked the occasion with a special decorated bus procession. Providing district-specific figures, she stated that since the scheme's inception, 46.67 crore passengers travelled on Mysuru's buses, of which 31.04 crore were women beneficiaries.
