The brave woman who was allegedly choked, beaten and harassed by the brother of a top Australian influencer has lashed out after her hopes of delivering a victim impact statement in court were dashed.
Henri Thynne, the musclebound 21-year-old sibling of high-profile fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow, is currently refused bail at Queensland 's high security Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre.
Thynne, a bodybuilder who boasted that he 'hasn't missed a set of curls in three years', was charged with 17 domestic violence-related offences involving a young woman last year.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal those allegations include allegedly grabbing her by the throat and throwing her onto a bed where she struck her head.
Thynne's victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons - appeared at Brisbane 's District Court on Wednesday where she expected he would formally enter guilty pleas to seven charges that were elevated to the higher court.
She had expected that Thynne would be sentenced by Judge Jennifer Rosengren, bringing some closure to what has been a year-long saga - but what unfolded led her to issue a distressing message online.
Thynne's defence barrister Greg Maguire told the court his client was 'not in a position to be called up today' and the case was adjourned for sentencing on Thursday next week, with bail formally refused.
Thynne's victim - seen folding up a piece of paper and looking upset in the public gallery - later erupted online: 'Court has been adjourned again, Thursday next week again. So sick for this s***.
'No one cares about my mental health in this.
'So so fed up with this.'
Thynne was charged with DV offences including assault with intent to commit rape and choking, suffocation or strangulation in March 2024, plus further charges of assault occasioning bodily harm, bail breaches and unlawful stalking.
The allegations against Thynne have caused difficulties for his high-profile older half-sibling Tammy, 31, who faced fierce public backlash last month after publicly denying rumours she was supporting him.
In a TikTok clip that has since clocked more than two million views, Hembrow denied that she bailed out her younger brother, stating she's not involved in 'any of the legal situation'.
'I don't usually address things like this, but this is a very serious topic, and what's being said about me is just not true,' she said.
'Firstly, I have had no involvement whatsoever in ever bailing my little brother out of anything.
'I'm not involved in any of the legal situation. I've [had] no contact with my brother. I haven't seen my brother.
'I'm not involved at all, in any way. So I wanted to make that clear.'
She then explained that she doesn't condone 'violence in any form' and reiterated that her 'heart goes out to everyone involved'.
Hembrow posted this week that she had been going through some 'heavy stuff ... I definitely don't like to pretend I am okay when I am not' - but did not go into detail.
Thynne missed Hembrow's wedding to husband Matt Zukowski in a lavish ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay last November.
He had been following in his older half-sister's footsteps on the road to the fitness industry - and has only ever obliquely addressed his followers' claims he must be using steroids or performance enhancing drugs to improve his physique.
In a social media Q&A on December 29, Thynne was asked if his musculature was 'natty', or natural.
Instead of answering yes or no, Henri replied with a meme that read: 'That's a nice argument you have there. Unfortunately my muscles are bigger than yours.'
He added that he had been 'tired of being a small sad nerd c***' and boasted that his buff physique was a result of 'hard work paying off'.
'Not gonna stop 'till I'm number one,' he said.
Thynne did not appear in court this week. His businessman father, Nathan Thynne, declined to comment when approached by Daily Mail Australia.
The sentencing will resume next Thursday.
