To make matters worse, before the contest, head coach Nate Tibbetts confirmed that Thomas, who was ruled out with a left calf injury, remains in limbo regarding her return. "I'm not sure," Tibbetts said when asked when she will resume basketball activities. Fans online were quick to react to Tibbetts comments. "Our MVP stock nooooooo 💔💔," said one fan.
