But talented Molly has been working in showbiz for over a decade, and first shot to fame as a finalist on the sixth series of Britain's Got Talent in 2012.
Molly became BGT's youngest-ever finalist at the time, at age 11 performing Ave Maria in the final and finishing sixth.
Following the show, she won a scholarship at the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London, gifted by Simon Cowell and Sony Music.
After finishing school, Molly went on to star in the lead role in CBBC series Nova Jones and released two EPs, including her single Commitment.
It set her on the path to stardom and she continued to win big opportunties.
Talented singer Molly played the lead in Nova Jones, in the CBBC comedy about the life and adventures of a galactic pop star.
She later joined Strictly Come Dancing in 2022 and came runner up with dance partner Carlos Gu.
And talent runs in Molly's family.
She grew up in Essex living with her dad Dave Rainford and mum Sarah.
David is a former Chelmsford City FC midfielder and was an assistant football manager.
He started at Colchester United and returned to the team during his senior career in 1997.

He also played for Slough Town, Heybridge Swifts, Bishop's Stortford and AFC Hornchurch.
From 2012 to 2013, Dave was assistant manager for Chelmsford City after joining the team in 2008, and he now works for the Premier League in a top job.
Some EastEnders fans have just figured out who her famous dad is, and took to Reddit to discuss it.
'That's a lot of nepotism,' one said.
Another rushed to defend Molly, writing: 'None of it is nepotism - it isn't family connections that have helped her out she was just lucky enough to have been given a massive opportunity at a young age.'
One more said: 'You keep believing that, you're telling me she got into eastenders for her acting talent?! Everyone knows it's her dad that helped.'

Wynne Evans slams BBC in explosive live TV interview with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley Wynne Evans did not hold back on his criticism of the BBC during his interview Wynne gave "his side" of the story on This Morning (Image: ITV ) Wynne Evans has appeared on This Morning, to explain "his side" of the story behind the Strictly Come Dancing scandals. During the interview with This Morning Wynne did not hold back on his criticism of the BBC. Since the scandals which included Wynne making an inappropriate comment towards host Janette Manrara, Wynne putting his hand on his professional dance partner Katya Jones's waist and her removing it on Strictly Come Dancing and sending fellow Strictly celebrity EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick a sex toy, while on tour, Wynne has not had his BBC radio show contract renewed. ‌ After the comment incident, which took place during the launch of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour, the BBC issued an apology on Wynne's behalf. ‌ Wynne says he did not give permission for this to happen. He said: "I said 'oh God, I'm sorry', they took that as an apology, they didn't run it by me, they sent it off to the newspaper, they printed that as my apology and that's the situation I was in. I remember saying to the people at Strictly oh look, we've done this video... they said you can't put that out, that's too long, just make it 10 seconds. "It turns into some kind of hostage-style video where I am in the background going 'sorry'..." ‌ Finally, Wynne claims he has been offered no support from the BBC with his mental health following his exit. He said: "I haven't heard from them since I got suspended, to me, I haven't heard from them, they've only spoken to my lawyers." After This Morning host Ben Shephard read out a reply from the BBC, saying they had offered Wynne support, Wynne said he wasn't aware of the support. Lifting the glasses, Zoe sighed: "It looks a lot worse on camera. "I don't know if that's just because I'm so used to it now. "I'm like, 'Is this my face?' "It's not been good. It's been causing me a lot of upset but equally I'm just like, thank goodness it's sunglasses season!" Zoe went on to recall a recent "really upsetting" incident that happened during a trip to Portugal with her friend Fern. "Just as we landed in Portugal, there was a queue going behind me and a horrible woman - I don't know if she was drunk, she must have been - was trying to get past me. "She's like, 'Why you just stood there like a d**khead? "And I was said, 'Why did you just call me that?'" Then her husband came over, at which point there was a "bit of back and forth" between him and Zoe about what had actually happened, and who was in the wrong. Molly-Mae Hague's sister Zoe left 'weeping' after trying out Botox again - and the results are even WORSE than last time "He looks at me and goes 'Sort you daft eye out, you c***'," she continued. Zoe sarcastically said that it was "just what I need as I've tried to escape the situation". "I could have got angry, I could have got upset but yeah fair enough, I couldn't agree more!" she added. "But also just like, really just kick me when I'm down, you know? "At least let the dust settle - give it another week and then maybe chuck some insults at me!" Zoe added that she and her pal decided to "make a joke of it", because "otherwise it wouldn't have been a good start to the trip". Wynne Evans teary as he says 'I wanted to end my life' over Strictly scandal

More info Opera singer Wynne Evans struggled to hold back tears as he opened up about the Strictly Come Dancing scandal that left him feeling suicidal during an emotional interview on This Morning. The 53-year-old Welsh singer has faced a turbulent few months after being dropped by the BBC following an apology saying that he used "inappropriate language" during the launch of the Strictly Come Dancing tour. On Wednesday, Wynne emotionally revealed that the "relentless" scandal had pushed him to his lowest point. Wynne said: "I've had clinical depression since 2016, I was diagnosed. I want to talk about it today because I want other people to find strength from that. It took me to the darkest point in my life." (Image: ITV) Choking back tears, he recalled the devastating moment he told his girlfriend, to whom he recently got engaged to: "I remember saying to my girlfriend: 'I have to kill myself, I have to...'" Wynne's voice cracked as he fought to compose himself. He credited his loved ones for their unwavering support during his darkest hour, saying: "I was on the crisis team for a month, and they just looked after me the whole time", reports Wales Online. "My friends, family, and girlfriend had a rota so they could be with me 24 hours a day, sitting up with me because it was just so relentless." Wynne also shared a heart-wrenching conversation with his daughter: "I said to my daughter: 'I'm sorry I brought shame on the family' because even though I didn't do what they said I did, I still brought all these headlines. "She just said: 'Look, dad, I know you, you're just this kind person, and I just want you to know that I can see the video, I've seen it for myself, I know exactly what you said.' They've been utterly brilliant and my girlfriend's been fantastic as well." (Image: BBC) This Morning host, Ben Shephard, also read a statement from the BBC which said: "We provided comprehensive duty of care for Wynne that included support by wellbeing professionals. "He was also provided with direct access to a designated contact at the BBC who was available to assist him at anytime. Plus he has been offered continued support since his contract with the BBC concluded." The interview comes as the Welsh opera singer, known for the insurance advertisements, announced last month that he will no longer be a BBC Radio Wales presenter. Wynne revealed in January that he would be taking some time out from both his radio show and the Strictly tour to prioritise his wellbeing. A spokesperson for the BBC recently said: "Wynne Evans is not under contract with the BBC. He is not returning to the mid-morning show on BBC Radio Wales, and there are currently no plans to work with him." (Image: ITV) Reflecting on his journey in an emotive post on Instagram last month, he penned: "My beloved Wynners, From the very depths of my heart – thank you. "These past few months, your love has been the light in my darkest days. Every message, every word of encouragement, every moment you stood by me has carried me through more than you could ever know." He added: "It breaks my heart to say the BBC has decided not to renew my contract, so I won't be returning to my radio show. I'm gutted. "That show wasn't just work – it was home. It was us. We laughed, we cried, we sang like nobody was listening. And somehow, through the airwaves, we became a family." Wynne thanked his fans and said he would have an online programme called The Wynne Evans Show, which he called "terrifying". "This is our next adventure. And I need you more than ever," he added. (Image: Instagram) "We will have great music, my question of the day, the mystery voice, your soundtrack stories and so much more, because we have each other again. We have a new home. I'm bringing more presenters soon, and I am sure you'll recognise a few of the faces." He admitted that he was "full of nerves. Full of hope. Full of love. Because when we show up for each other — like we always have — anything is possible." Earlier this year, he apologised for language that he called "inappropriate and unacceptable" after The Mail on Sunday reported that Wynne was heard making a remark in a video filmed during the Strictly launch event. It is understood he was given a warning over the remark by tour producers. In January, he announced: "I've agreed with the BBC that I'll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing. "I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection. "Apologies to those I won't get to see at the remaining performances, and I'm grateful to my fellow tour gang for all the amazing support they have given me." *If you have been affected by this story, you can call the Samaritans for free on 116 123 or visit
