Missing teen last seen in West Englewood: CPD

CHICAGO (WGN) — A search is underway this week for a missing teen boy who Chiacgo police say went missing on Monday.
Officers said 17-year-old Kevin Johnson has been missing since around 2:25 p.m. on Monday afternoon.

According to police, Johnson was last seen near the 6300 block of South Ashland Avenue in West Englewood, on the city's Southwest Side.
Johnson, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs around 160 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.
Police said the missing teen was last spotted wearing a gray sweatshirt and white jeans.

Authorities provided details about the missing teen's disappearance in a news release sent out on Tuesday.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 17-year-old Kevin Johnson is asked to contact the CPD Area One detectives at 312-747-8380 or dial 911.
