Scarlett Johansson dazzles in figure-hugging gown as she smooches co-star Jonathan Bailey
Scarlett Johansson commanded attention in a snug-fitting white dress as she led her co-stars at the Jurassic World Rebirth premiere in New York City on Monday.
The 40-year-old actress, who stars as Zora Bennett in the upcoming science fiction film, put on a busty display in the low-cut look, which cinched at the waist and boasted ruffle accents.
Johansson greeted co-star Jonathan Bailey, 37, with a peck on the lips as he joined her on the red carpet.
For his part, Bailey looked spiffy in a light gray, subtly striped jacket and trousers which he teamed with a white tank.
His look was rounded out with a pair of black leather Margiela loafer mules and purple-tinted eyeglasses.
There to support Scarlett was her longtime husband Colin Jost, 42, who coordinated with her in a monochrome white outfit.
The new sci-fi/action movie is the seventh film in the Jurassic Park franchise and stars a new ensemble cast, with Scarlett in the lead role.
On a top-secret mission, the characters fight for their lives in a battle against much larger and dangerous foes.
Johansson — who previously admitted it was her 'childhood dream' to star in a Jurassic Park movie — leads the charge as she protects her teammates on their life-threatening mission to obtain the DNA of the most ferocious beasts at the site of the now-destroyed research facility for the original Jurassic Park.
The movie is set several years after the 2022 film Jurassic World Dominion, which starred Bryce Dallas Howard alongside Chris Pratt, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill, and more.
The synopsis reads: 'Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, the planet's ecology has proven largely inhospitable to dinosaurs.
'Those remaining exist in isolated equatorial environments with climates resembling the one in which they once thrived.'
Last year, Scarlett told ComicBook.com that the 'script is so incredible' and gushed about how David Koepp wrote it.
'He returned after like 30 years to write the script. He's so passionate about it, which is so awesome,' she raved. 'I'm such an enormous fan of the franchise and a huge nerd for it. I'm just like, I can't even, I'm pinching myself.'
Scarlett added, 'I've been trying to get into this franchise in any possible way for over 10 years.'
Steven Spielberg has returned as executive producer, which is a joint-venture production between Amblin Entertainment and Universal.
Principal photography began last year in mid-June in Thailand and went on for about a month.
Production later moved to Kalkara, in the island country of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea, located in Southern Europe for another month.
From there, the shoot went to Sky Studios Elstree in London, England in August before moving on to New York City in late September.
Jurassic World Rebirth is scheduled to hit theatres in the UK and the US on July 2, 2025.
Another Jurassic World Rebirth star, Mahershala Ali, had the same idea as Scarlett, as he arrived to the premiere in white.
The 51-year-old Oscar-winning actor was joined by longtime wife Amatus Sami-Karim and their eight-year-old daughter Bari Najma Ali.
The family-of-three matched each other in a simple white-and-black color palette.
Amatus was clad in a black crew neck dress with a white graphic accent at the chest.
Meanwhile, their only child looked adorable in a frilly white dress with pale pink bow details.
Young actress Audrina Miranda wore a green dress to the starry event.
Speaking to E! News amid the cast's press tour, she said about filming with Ali, 'He's really good at getting in the zone to get into the scene that we're about to go in.'
Rupert Friend, who also stars in the upcoming movie, was accompanied by wife Aimee Mullins.
The 43-year-old British actor wore a light gray suit with a white shirt and gray tie, adding black lace-up boots.
His light brown hair was arranged in a neat cut and he looked handsome with a trimmed up goatee.
His wife Aimee, 49, joined him on the red carpet, wearing flared white pants and sheer green blouse with a floral pattern.
Another UK-bred actor, Ed Skrein, 42, looked great in a beige suit with pleated trousers.
Actress Philippine Velge, 29, went for an edgy look with a pale pink, white, and black color scheme.

New once-a-month drug could treat diabetes and obesity, scientists say
A new experimental drug meant to be taken just once a month could lead to 'substantial weight reduction' within a year and help overcome both diabetes and obesity, a new clinical trial suggests. Results of the trial, published on Tuesday in the journal NEJM, show that Maridebart cafraglutide, or MariTide, could reduce body weight by up to 20 per cent within a year. Even after 12 months of taking the drug, weight loss had not plateaued in the participants, indicating there was potential for further weight reduction. The drug, developed by pharma company Amgen, targets the same combination of molecules as popular weight loss jabs like Ozempic as well as another pathway involved in insulin release. Weight loss induced by the new drug was found to be accompanied by improvements in heart health measures such as waist circumference, blood pressure and blood levels of circulating fat molecules. 'The data demonstrates the potential for once monthly or less frequent dosing and are particularly encouraging as we seek sustainable, long-term treatments for people living with obesity, with and without type 2 diabetes,' Ania Jastreboff, a study co-author from the Yale School of Medicine, said. The phase 2 trial included nearly 600 people categorised into two cohorts – one with obesity and the other with obesity as well as type 2 diabetes. The obesity group received MariTide subcutaneously at varying doses of 140, 280 or 420mm every four weeks, with the doses carefully increased every few weeks or months for some. The treatment led to an average 20 per cent weight loss in people living with obesity alone and a nearly 17 per cent mean weight loss in those living with obesity and type 2 diabetes, the study found. 'MariTide's monthly or less frequent dosing has the potential to improve adherence and long-term weight control, providing the opportunity to optimise health outcomes for people living with obesity, type 2 diabetes, and related conditions,' said Jay Bradner, executive vice president of research and development at Amgen. The trial found some 'mild to moderate' gut-related side effects in people taking the drug. But these gastrointestinal events were mainly limited to initial dosing and were less frequent when the doses were carefully increased without compromising efficacy, they said. There were no discontinuations due to these side effects at any time during the study, however. Researchers are currently evaluating the drug's effectiveness in reducing weight further among those who already lost 15 per cent of their weight in the latest trial. They also hope to test the drug's effectiveness for weight loss among those with heart disease and obstructive sleep apnea.

Kevin Bacon and wife Kyra Sedgwick celebrate their rarely seen son Travis
and his wife Kyra Sedgwick celebrated the 36th birthday of their rarely seen son Travis Bacon on Monday. The 66-year-old Sirens actor - who boasts 17.3M social media followers - captioned his Instagram slideshow tribute: 'Happy birthday TSB! Boy I love my Boy.' The goth nepo baby replied in the comments: 'Thanks Dad!' The 59-year-old Bad Shabbos actress shared her mother-son Instagram tribute captioned: 'Happy birthday to my baby boy @svrtcntraclt.' Travis spent his special day in Austin, TX with his girlfriend, burlesque performer Angelina Sambrotto aka 'Battyna Sin.' Bacon has composed the scores for several films, he's the co-founder of horror production company Slashtag Cinema, and he's one half of the industrial duo Contracult Collective. Kevin and Kyra are also proud parents of 33-year-old daughter Sosie Bacon, who last acted in Eddie Mensore's drug drama Hazard having grown up on movie sets just like her big brother. Last November, Variety revealed the entire family-of-four will co-star in their own meta horror comedy called Family Movie. On June 7, Bacon and Sedgwick attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Michael J. Weithorn's Brooklyn-set rom-com The Best You Can, which they produced and starred in, marking their first film together in 20 years. In it, the Emmy winner portrays Dr. Cynthia Rand, who forms an unlikely bond with the Emmy nominee's character, home security guard Stan Olszewski, after her attempted break-in. 'I think they call it a scene partner for a reason, because you have to, in that moment, form a sort of partnership, even if the partnership is that you're two actors who hate each other,' Kevin told E! News on the red carpet. 'We've been partners for a really long time, so we take that life partnership and, you know, just kind of transfer it into our scene partnership.' Kevin and Kyra are also proud parents of 33-year-old daughter Sosie Bacon, who last acted in Eddie Mensore's drug drama Hazard having grown up on movie sets just like her big brother (pictured in 1999) On June 7, Bacon and Sedgwick attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Michael J. Weithorn's Brooklyn-set rom-com The Best You Can, which they produced and starred in, marking their first film together in 20 years The married couple of 36 years - who are ninth cousins once removed - originally met in 1978 when 12-year-old Kyra complimented 19-year-old Kevin's performance in an off-Broadway play, and they reconnected in 1987 while co-starring in PBS movie Lemon Sky. As for any lasting marriage advice, Kyra scoffed: 'Secret is don't take advice from celebrities about how to stay married.' Kevin will not be returning as resurrected bounty hunter Hub Halloran in Grainger David's The Bondsman since Amazon Prime Video canceled the supernatural series last month. But Bacon and his big brother Michael Bacon are next scheduled to bring their band the Bacon Brothers to the Warner Vineyards in Paw Paw, MI on July 16. The eighties heartthrob famously got his big break dancing in the 1984 hit movie Footloose, which amassed $80M at the global box office despite dismal reviews.
