Mel B's wedding gets underway as two Spice Girls 'too busy' to attend
They will finally say their 'I dos' at St Paul's Cathedral after their three-year engagement. Mel and family friend Rory, 37, have known each other for years, and he has worked as her hairstylist.
Things are thought to have turned romantic between the pair in 2018 and Rory proposed to Mel back in 2022. It won't be the pop star's first time walking down the aisle as she has been married twice before.
However, it hasn't stopped Mel from planning the ultimate wedding as it has been said Scary Spice and her new husband will enjoy a meal, drinks and dancing after their nuptials at the luxury Shangri-La at The Shard in London. An insider said the wedding will be "huge" and the "most memorable event" but two of her Spice Girl bandmates are "too busy" to attend.

Mel and Rory McPhee have known each other for years and it is thought things turned romantic between them back in 2018. Hairstylist Rory has worked in his industry for more than a decade and is described as a curly hair specialist.
He's co-founded salons such as Rory James, which is located in Horsforth, close to Mel's own home city of Leeds. Rory is listed as an artist for Lee Stafford, with him credited as training others in the industry and acting as an ambassador in the educational role.
Mel's fiance also said to be an artist for the brand Redken, which is part of the L'Oréal Group. His celebrity clients have included actor Christian Cooke, who is Mel's cousin.
Rory and Mel are said to have even met through Christian, who has reportedly been close pals with her soon-to-be husband since they were in school.

Victoria Beckham has proved there is no bad blood between the former bandmates as she shared a touching message to Mel. She took to her Instagram Stories where she shared a gushing post and settled rumours of a fallout between the pair.
Posting a photograph of her and Melanie together at a recent event, Victoria sent her well-wishes. In the caption she gushed: "Sending love to you @officialmelb! @rorymcphee is a very lucky man! xx"
Mel B hasn't held back on treating her guests as she is set to splurge out thousands to make her day perfect. After saying 'I do' at St Paul's Cathedral, the guests will head to the Shangri-La at The Shard in London.
The Shangri-La charges approximately £280 per person, which could cost Mel £28,000 just for the food and a number of drinks. It has been claimed the singer will bus her guests from St Paul's Cathedral to the Shard, which is roughly a 35 minute drive.
Mel B will be walking down the aisle without all of her former bandmates present as Victoria Beckham and Geri Halliwell will not be attending the wedding.
There's also said to be speculation ahead of the wedding that either Emma Bunton or Melanie Chisholm may skip the occasion too.
Amid the rumours about her wedding, a source told the Mirror that there is "no snub" over the upcoming nuptials. They said that the group are "all on friendly terms," adding that Geri and Victoria are both just "busy".
The source said: "There's no snub, the girls are all on friendly terms with one another, but it's no secret that Geri is busy with Christian at Formula One and Victoria is extremely busy with her fashion brand."

One, hosted by Dermot O'Leary, launched just months ago, whilst the other, fronted by Jimmy Carr, debuted with its first series last year. It's been suggested that Silence is Golden and Battle in the Box aren't expected to return on UKTV. It comes amid this year's Edinburgh TV Festival, which opened yesterday, with the broadcaster among those taking part. Silence is Golden launched in May. Hosted by Dermot, the six part series saw a studio audience tasked with not making any noise in a bid to split £250,000 between them. Battle in the Box, hosted by Jimmy, debuted last year. Over eight episodes, viewers saw pairs of celebrities "battle it out" in a box. Amid speculation that both shows aren't likely to be renewed, UKTV has provided an update. A spokesperson to the Mirror this evening that "no decisions" have been made on either Silence is Golden or Battle in the Box yet. The update comes after it was reported that UKTV executives spoke about both shows at the Edinburgh TV Festival this week. The broadcaster was the subject of a panel discussion at the annual festival in Scotland this morning. According to the Sun, executives teased that they are looking elsewhere for content. They said: "[They are] both fantastic shows and maybe in another universe we might be keeping both of those shows at the moment landing shows at that budget and scale that's not where our heads are at. "We are really looking to try and do something different so we can bring it back in volume. They are great producers and we have absolutely work loved working with both of them." Silence is Golden, which launched in May, saw the studio audience, who all had microphones on, given £250,000 to split between them. They were tasked with not making any noise in order to ensure the prize fund didn't reduce. Katherine Ryan, Seann Walsh and Fatiha El-Ghorri were the team captains, who, along with special guests, were pitted against the audience. They were tasked with making them react to situations in the hope of lowering the prize fund. Every sound from the audience brought the total prize money down. If the entertainers in each episode managed to get it to reach zero through various activities on stage, they would be able to give the prize money to charity. Battle in the Box, which premiered in July last year, was described as an "outlandish game show" involving pairs of celebrities who were stuck inside a box. Each pair competed again another in a series of challenges on the show. It was teased prior to its release that they would "battle it out for pride, prizes, and floorspace while living in a box". Partnerships in the first series included Jamie Laing and Nabil Abdulrashid, as well as Ellie Taylor and Jessica Knappett. A source previously told the Sun that Battle in the Box wasn't expected to return for a second series at least at the moment. The source told the outlet earlier this year: "[It] is being rested and no more series are planned for now."

Before departing the programme, Katisha penned a farewell note to Javen, placing it beside her engagement ring on the table for him to discover upon his return. The note read: "I truly wanted this to work, we are obviously more than our mistakes but I can't marry potential. I'm sorry, all the best Katisha." Upon discovering the message, Javen confronted Megan, demanding to know what had been said to Katisha before branding it "lies" as a heated row erupted. What lies ahead for Love Is Blind UK?
