
Cultural evenings mark Prophet's Birthday in Al-Hasbah neighborhood, Al-Thawrah District
A cultural evening was held in the southern Al-Hasbah neighborhood of Al-Thawrah District in the Capital Secretariat, marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
During the event, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Samir Baj'ala, emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion and promoting values of benevolence and solidarity. He called for reaching out to the needy, especially with the Prophet's birthday approaching, and highlighted the need to draw lessons of struggle and dignity from the life of the Prophet.
For his part, Shura Council member Abduljalil Sinan stressed the importance of broad participation in the central celebration of the Prophet's birth.
Meanwhile, District Director Aqeel Al-Saqqaf urged active engagement in cultural events and participation in awareness programs to confront the nation's enemies.
Additionally, speeches delivered on behalf of the Association of Yemeni Scholars by Saleh Fayez, and by residents of the 'Al-Mudallal bil-Ghamam' neighborhood through Al-Mutahhar, underscored the importance of following the Prophet's example in the realities of today's Muslim nation.
