Chef recalls making zero calorie noodles for Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, reveals how the 'Om Shanti Om' actress love the 'spice' quotient in her food

Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt may be serving fitness goals, even after they become mothers now, the actresses are big foodies. Of course their profession may not allow them to indulge in cheat meals often but the actresses make sure to indulge in their taste buds every now and then. Their go-to private chef, Harsh Dixit, recently opened up on how he prepared custom ramen creations for the two actors—as per their taste and demands. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Harsh shared that he's been perfecting his ramen recipe for over ten years. 'I have made this chicken and pork ramen for Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone. Alia told me it transported her to her travels. That's the power of intentional food,' he revealed. Breaking down the anatomy of his dish, Harsh said, 'There's the tare (the seasoning base), often soy or miso, the broth, noodles, protein, and toppings. But I've started seasoning the broth directly instead of using tare. That trick has been a hit with all my clients.' When it came to Deepika, the chef turned up the heat—literally. For her, he crafted two types of broths: Tori Paitan, a rich, creamy blend, and Shio tare, a lighter, clearer option. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 40+ Celebrity Couples When They First Got Together vs. What They Look Like Now BridesBlush Undo She was offered a choice of noodles too, including the classic alkaline variety and the calorie-light Shirataki noodles made from konjac. 'They're called Miracle Noodles, virtually zero calories,' Harsh noted. But the real challenge? Meeting Deepika's demand for spice. 'The actor requested for her noodles to be 'ultra-hot, extra spicy, with Miracle Noodles.' It hit the spot for her, and she asked for seconds,' he recalled with a smile. Alongside Alia and Deepika, he has curated meals for stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, Nagarjuna, Janhvi Kapoor, Mahesh Babu, Athiya Shetty , Suniel Shetty, and KL Rahul, among others—blending fine dining with personal preferences, and always staying true to his mantra of intentional food. On the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Rohit Shetty 's Singham Again and is set to appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan in Siddharth Anand's much-awaited King, due in 2026.
