Florence Pugh stars as an angel-winged doctor in Yungblud's "Zombie" music video
The poignant video features Pugh working through her shift and maintaining her composure, but breaking down over the emotional job
"Zombie" is part of Yungblud's forthcoming album IdolsFlorence Pugh's latest acting gig is alongside Yungblud.
In the "Abyss" singer's new music video released on Friday, May 30, for his song "Zombie" directed by Charlie Sarsfield and produced by Untold Studios, the Oscar-nominated actress stars as a doctor in a hospital ward, juggling patients at work.
Though she powers through her shift and responsibilities through her shift, when she's off the clock, Pugh's character breaks down. Perhaps the most poignant image in the music video is when Pugh, 29, wears a set of angel wings when she is alone, crying, over the emotional weight of her job.
"Oh, I know that I can't live without you/But this world will keep turning if you do," Yungblud, 27, sings in the chorus. "Would you even want me looking like a zombie?/Would you even want me, want me, want me?"

Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Richard Harrison, revealed that the song has a personal connection to a family member. "The song was written initially about my grandmother going through serious injury and trauma, leading her to become a different person to who she was before," the singer said in a press release.
"It's about the feeling of deterioration and ugliness; shutting out the world and the people we love out of the fear of becoming a burden or an embarrassment."
He added, 'We all want someone or something to comfort us no matter how we are right now or who we become in the future. But it's f---ing scary."
The Thunderbolts* actress shared the music video on her Instagram Stories, expressing her gratitude to the musician. "@yungblud thank you for having me on your journey," she began.
"I will always be grateful for this moment and forever impressed by what you do and why you do it. Well done babe x."
The song "Zombie" is part of his forthcoming album Idols, which he announced in May. Yungblud called it a "love letter to self-reclamation … to rock music" and to life in all it's f---ing madness," per Billboard.

"We turn to others for an identity before turning to ourselves. Self-belief, self-reclamation, self-evolution and change."
Adding: "As we grow up, we lose our belief in magic and mystery. We begin to rationalize everything; our cage walls build up. We compare ourselves to 15 different people before we've even had our breakfast."
Following Idols' release, Yungblud embarks on a North American tour to promote the album.
He kicks the trek off at the Hollywood Palladium in Cali. on Aug. 23 and makes stops in cities including Dallas, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, New York and Philadelphia before wrapping up at Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on Sept. 21.
Idols will be available to stream June 20

Drake's Historic Hot 100 Record Has Been Matched — Again
Morgan Wallen ties Drake as his I'm the Problem album has now produced nine Hot 100 top 10 hits, ... More matching Certified Lover Boy — while both. stars trail Taylor Swift. TORONTO, CANADA - JANUARY 13: Rapper Drake leaves the court following the NBA game between the Toronto Raptors and the Golden State Warriors at Scotiabank Arena on January 13, 2025 in Toronto, Canada. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and or using this photograph, User is consenting to the terms and conditions of the Getty Images License Agreement. (Photo by) Drake is, in many respects, the most successful artist ever when it comes to the Hot 100. The Canadian rapper has charted hundreds of songs on Billboard's ranking of the most consumed tracks in America, and though he doesn't claim every record, his legacy is secure. One of Drake's most impressive Hot 100 showings is matched this week — not by another rapper or even a pop superstar — but by the biggest name in country music to emerge in quite some time. Morgan Wallen's new album I'm the Problem debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with the largest opening sum of 2025. Several tracks from the project reach the Hot 100's top 10 for the first time, with several opening in that space and others surging. Wallen is joined by Tate McRae at No. 1 with "What I Want," which debuts in the highest space. The brand new tune "I Got Better" opens at No. 7. At the same time, "Superman," which was released earlier in May as a promotional cut, breaks into the loftiest tier for the first time. The track originally kicked off its time at No. 16 but now rockets to No. 8 in its second stay on the tally. As "What I Want" and "I Got Better" debut inside the top 10 and "Superman" reaches No. 8, Wallen's I'm the Problem has now produced nine top 10 hits on the Hot 100. His full-length is just the fourth in history to score that many smashes, and Wallen is now tied with Drake at this figure. Drake's Certified Lover Boy also produced nine top 10 successes on the Hot 100 when it was brand new. He managed the feat in September 2021 when he occupied all but one slot inside the uppermost region on the ranking. Only one musician has conquered the entirety of the top 10 in one fell swoop — and she's managed to do so twice. Taylor Swift became the first artist to accomplish the incredible showing with her album Midnights, which sent its brand new cuts into the highest region. She repeated that showing and even expanded her reach to dominate the entire 14 highest spaces at one time with 2024's The Tortured Poets Department.

Bills QB Josh Allen and actor Hailee Steinfeld marry in Southern California
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actor Hailee Steinfeld tied the knot on Saturday, according to multiple media reports. Pictures emerged from the power couple's wedding that took place in Southern California, where both Allen and Steinfeld live. Photos obtained by 'People' magazine show Steinfeld, in a white strapless gown, walking down the aisle as well as the couple sharing a kiss. The timing and location of the wedding were closely guarded secrets, though Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins let the cat out of the bag in March by revealing the date as May 31. He later backtracked, saying he didn't know anything. Despite the pending wedding, Allen was present for the start of the Bills voluntary series of spring practices, which opened on Tuesday. The Bills return to practice on Monday, though Allen isn't scheduled to address the media until the Bills open their mandatory sessions on June 10. Allen, who turned 29 last week, and the 28-year-old Steinfeld were engaged during the Bills bye week in November, when the quarterback proposed on a California cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The two were first linked in the spring of 2023, when they were photographed dining together in New York City. Steinfeld has since begun attending Bills home games and the couple was inseparable at the NFL Awards ceremony in February, when Allen credited Steinfeld upon accepting the league's MVP honor. Allen followed suit in April in being spotted with Steinfeld arriving for an after-party following premier of the movie 'Sinners,' which stars Steinfeld. Steinfeld began her acting career at the age of 10, and earned an Oscar nomination for best supporting actress for her role as Mattie Ross in the Coen brothers' 2010 remake of 'True Grit.' Allen is entering his eighth NFL season. In March, he signed a contract extension worth $330 million.
