Erin Andrews says her son shows interest in following in dad's hockey footsteps
Andrews shares son, Mack, with her husband of 7 years, former professional hockey player Jarret Stoll.
While talking with Jenna Bush Hager, Andrews shared how Mack's not even 2 years old yet and he's already learning how to move around in skates.
'The thing in our house right now is my son, Mack, almost two, getting him to walk in skates, hockey skates, because when we get him on the ice, he's already got the balance,' Andrew explained.
And as the proud mom shared, Andrews said Mack has really started enjoying wearing the hockey skates around their house.
'Apparently, Daddy put the skates away in a drawer. I got the old, 'Hey, babe, I was watching the playoffs, hockey playoffs, for a couple minutes.' The old, 'I turned my head for one minute,'' Andrews shared, admitting she was concerned before Stoll explained that Mack got the skates out of the drawer on his own.
'He goes, 'Mack, opened up the drawer, grabbed his skates and brought them over to dad, and dad goes, you want me to put him on?' So that's, like, a big deal. So he likes it.'
Andrews shared a video of Mack walking around in the skate, much to Hager's surprise. 'Wait, he's a toddler?' Hager asked.
'Yeah, he's not even two. Look at him. I mean, he's crushing being on those skates. So we just want his ankles to be strong, right? Look at his little legs,' Andrews shared.
Fans were also impressed, like Hager.
'Omggg! So cute! He has such amazing balance,' one person wrote.
'This is adorable,' another added.
'Jarrett is soooooo proud!!!! Look at his face when Mac walks over to him,' another commenter wrote.
According to Project Play, there are many benefits for kids who play sports, noting that it can help 'children develop and improve cognitive skills.'

As much as we're all eagerly awaiting the Baltimore Ravens' regular season and a Week 1 primetime affair vs. the Buffalo Bills, we'd be willing to place a wager. No one would love to get back on the field and wipe the slate clean more than Mark Andrews does. The conversations about him have gone on since time ran out on the Ravens in the AFC Divisional Round. Most know why. That angle has been overmentioned. Three months later, it's still hard to bring him up without someone mentioning what happened during the most recent Ravens playoff push. Here's what some don't understand. No one feels worse about the Mark Andrews drop than Mark Andrews himself. What's worse is he'd better be ready. As he enters his eighth season, he's probably going to hear more about it. No, wait. He already has. An unfair spotlight returns to Ravens veteran as a recent theory gains traction ESPN recently offered 2025 NFL power rankings. That attached an intriguing question. Who is under the most pressure on each team this season? Jamison Hensley is among the NFL Nation reporters who contributed. You've probably already guessed who he mentioned, correct? Here is what he had to say about tight end Mark Andrews. "He is entering the final season of his four-year, $56 million contract after dropping a critical two-point conversion in a 27-25 division round loss to Buffalo. Andrews led all TEs with 11 touchdowns last season, but he averaged 39.6 receiving yards per game in 2024, his worst total since his 2018 rookie season." It's easy to agree with and against this theory, but for different reasons on both sides. Make no mistake. Andrews is under a lot of pressure, but so is everyone else. This team is too talented to endure early exits during every postseason. Baltimore's longtime tight end is also in a contract season, along with fellow TEs Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar, but being at the end of his current deal isn't why Andrews is mentioned here. If we're being honest, sure, Andrews' drop and fumble in last January's Divisional Round game are just as much a part of this team's history as missed field goals in Foxborough and bombs in the Mile High City. It still isn't fair to describe those low moments as if they are the only parts of his legacy. He has been a great Raven. Three Pro Bowl mentions since 2018 and a First-Team All-Pro nod aren't on his resume for no reason. No one wants to redeem himself more than Andrews. Many believe he will, and for good reason. Cue the season-long revenge tour.

2025 Best NFL Cornerbacks: Pat Surtain, Derek Stingley Jr. Lead Rankings
The NFL preseason is nearing its end and the regular season is right around the corner, which means it's almost time to blare the FOX NFL theme song. Entering the 2025 season, the FOX Sports NFL Staff is ranking their top 10 players at select positions. Here are their top 10 cornerbacks. Eric D. Williams: One of the more underrated players nationally, Lenoir is special as a slot defender for the 49ers but can also lock up receivers on the perimeter. According to Next Gen Stats, Lenoir did not give up a touchdown pass and totaled two interceptions in 317 coverage snaps at slot defender in 2024, holding opposing quarterbacks to a 63.6 passer rating. Over the last three seasons, San Francisco has recorded 53 interceptions, tied for the league lead over that time with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lenoir gives the 49ers an elite player at all three levels of their defense, joining linebacker Fred Warner and defensive end Nick Bosa. Carmen Vitali: Johnson got paid by the Bears this offseason with a relatively team-friendly deal while he could be on the cusp of his best season yet. Under Dennis Allen's new scheme, Johnson will be able to prove his position as a true lockdown man corner, something he's been begging for for years. Johnson's reputation as one of the best corners in the league has come while primarily playing in more zone-heavy defenses and look at what he's been able to accomplish. This year should up his stock even more. Eric D. Williams: Seattle's versatile defensive back is one of the hardest-hitting defenders in the league at just 185 pounds. Witherspoon is as effective playing sticky coverage on receivers on the perimeter and wreaking havoc as a slot defender near the line of scrimmage. A two-time Pro Bowler in his first two seasons in the league, Witherspoon has totaled 26 pass breakups and four sacks during his time as a pro. However, just one interception in two seasons is a little concerning for someone with Witherspoon's playmaking ability. The ascension of Witherspoon as a top-tier player in the league should coincide with Mike Macdonald creating one of the best defenses in the NFL in the Pacific Northwest. Greg Auman: Ward's one of the few things to be excited about in Cleveland – three Pro Bowls in the last four years, led the NFL in passes defended last season. The Browns had the No. 1 defense in the NFL in 2023 and took a major step back last season – if there's a gripe with Ward, it's that he's never had more than three interceptions in a season, and Cleveland's defense ranked last in the NFL in interception percentage last season, at 0.78 percent. If things are to turn around in 2025, it's more likely on the defensive side than with middling quarterbacks on offense. Greg Auman: Nickel corners don't get love the way their outside counterparts do, but Humphrey got first-team All-Pro honors last season as the best slot corner in the league. He had six interceptions as a key cog in Baltimore's elite defense, and that secondary is even more loaded with the additions of Jaire Alexander and Malaki Starks. With another season like last year, he'll be in the top 10 for career active interceptions, building on a resume that at age 29 includes four Pro Bowl nods in the last six seasons. Can that defense be what propels Lamar Jackson and Baltimore over the hump to a Super Bowl appearance? Henry McKenna: The secret is out. He has played just 20 NFL games. He has hidden away on an unimpressive Patriots defense for the last two years. And he has just three career interceptions. But if you know, you know. With rare size, speed and awareness, Gonzalez is one of the league's most dominant shut-down cornerbacks. He might have an even more dominant year in 2025, in part because his schedule features just three of our top 10 receivers. Henry McKenna: He was once the league's best slot cornerback before moving outside. And once there, he earned the title as one of the league's best cornerbacks. Period. That doesn't happen often. It's a testament to McDuffie's intelligence and athleticism. And let's not forget how complicated Steve Spagnuolo can make his defense for the top players with unique disguises that require immense discipline. Yup, McDuffie is a special and unique talent. Henry McKenna: For the last two years, Sauce was our No. 1 cornerback. And he fell in part because of the strong play from the other stars in the league — but also because of the systemic failure of the Jets. New York fired GM Joe Douglas and coach Robert Saleh. And interim coach Jeff Ulbrich couldn't hold up the defense in the same way. Gardner suffered ever-so slightly, which was just enough of a margin for three corners to unseat him in these rankings. Ben Arthur: It's not a coincidence that in 2024, his first 17-game season, Stingley was a first-team All-Pro selection. The superior talent has always been evident, dating back to his spectacular true freshman season at LSU in 2019. It's been his health that has come into question — he missed 14 games his first two NFL seasons (2022-23). Henry McKenna: To open the season, Surtain had DK Metcalf, George Pickens and Mike Evans from Weeks 1 to 3. They combined for seven catches for 75 yards. That is just plain nasty. There were some tough outings, including against the Cincinnati Bengals. But Surtain finished the season allowing just 40 catches on 55 targets for 396 yards for two touchdowns and four interceptions. Shaq accepts boxing match with man who 'chopped me in my neck'
Shaquille O'Neal, the former NBA superstar, says he's ready to lace them up. No, not high-top sneakers. Boxing gloves. O'Neal, 53, has accepted a celebrity fight with Charles 'Charlie Mack'' Alston, a former bodyguard for actor Will Smith and a figure in the hip hop industry who has indicated he is in his 50s. In an Instagram video challenging O'Neal to fight, Alston this week explained the two men have a beef dating back to an encounter years ago. 'We were in Dallas doing an autograph signing, and (O'Neal) came and tried to jump in front of the line,' Mack said. 'I chopped him in his neck so he could get back.'' During the interview, Alston sat next to Damon Feldman, CEO of Officially Celebrity Boxing O'Neal accepted the fight in the comments section of Alston's video then posted his own video on Instagram. 'Hey celebrity boxing and Charlie Mack, I accept,'' O'Neal said. 'You name the time and place, I'll be there. Diesel don't run from nobody.'' In the video, the 7-foot-1 Hall of Famer also referred to his beef with Alston. "You chopped me in my neck, Charlie Mack, that's why I talk so funny. Payback time," O'Neal said. 'You name the time and place, I'll be there. Diesel don't run from nobody. … You better check my police record, Charlie Mack." On Tuesday, Mack wrote on his Instagram page, 'So I call Big Fella @shaq out yesterday & he accepted as I knew he would!!!! We've been talking about it way too long, now we MUST get it ON!!!!!!!!'' The latest on Mack's Instagram: the image of a fight-style poster featuring O'Neal and Mack. O'Neal weighed about 325 pounds during his 19-year NBA career. Mack is about 6-foot-6 and 290 pounds, according to a rap song recorded by Will Smith when he was rapping as 'The Fresh Prince.''
