Erin Andrews says her son shows interest in following in dad's hockey footsteps
While co-hosting 'Today With Jenna and Friends,' Fox Sports reporter and podcast host Erin Andrews took some time to talk about her 1-year-old son, Mack. Andrews shares son, Mack, with her husband of 7 years, former professional hockey player Jarret Stoll. While talking with Jenna Bush Hager, Andrews shared how Mack's not even 2 years old yet and he's already learning how to move around in skates. 'The thing in our house right now is my son, Mack, almost two, getting him to walk in skates, hockey skates, because when we get him on the ice, he's already got the balance,' Andrew explained. And as the proud mom shared, Andrews said Mack has really started enjoying wearing the hockey skates around their house. 'Apparently, Daddy put the skates away in a drawer. I got the old, 'Hey, babe, I was watching the playoffs, hockey playoffs, for a couple minutes.' The old, 'I turned my head for one minute,'' Andrews shared, admitting she was concerned before Stoll explained that Mack got the skates out of the drawer on his own. 'He goes, 'Mack, opened up the drawer, grabbed his skates and brought them over to dad, and dad goes, you want me to put him on?' So that's, like, a big deal. So he likes it.' Andrews shared a video of Mack walking around in the skate, much to Hager's surprise. 'Wait, he's a toddler?' Hager asked. 'Yeah, he's not even two. Look at him. I mean, he's crushing being on those skates. So we just want his ankles to be strong, right? Look at his little legs,' Andrews shared. Fans were also impressed, like Hager. 'Omggg! So cute! He has such amazing balance,' one person wrote. 'This is adorable,' another added. 'Jarrett is soooooo proud!!!! Look at his face when Mac walks over to him,' another commenter wrote. According to Project Play, there are many benefits for kids who play sports, noting that it can help 'children develop and improve cognitive skills.' Sarah Michelle Gellar reveals secret behind marriage to Freddie Prinze Jr
Having a successful decades-long marriage isn't all that complicated, according to Sarah Michelle Gellar. When Jenna Bush Hager and Tiffany Haddish asked Buffy the Vampire Slayer star the secret to her 22-year marriage to Freddie Prinze, Jr. during a recent interview, she gave a pithy response. 'Separate bathrooms!' 'That's it? It's that simple?' an incredulous Hager asked during Thursday's episode of Today With Jenna and Friends. 'It's that simple,' Gellar confirmed, reports Page Six. Haddish, however, had a different theory. 'See, I was thinking it was like the ['I Love Lucy'] thing where [Lucy and Ricky had] twin beds, and then when y'all want to get together you push them together, and when you want to be apart, you push them apart,' Haddish, who was Hager's temporary co-host, said. 'I had not thought of that,' Gellar conceded. 'That is actually a really good idea.' Gellar, 48, met Prinze, 49, on the set of iconic '90s slasher flick I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997. However, they wouldn't go on their first date until three years later, in 2000. 'We were friends for a very long time,' the Cruel Intentions actress recalled during an interview with People in 2020. 'We'd had many dinners before. And we were supposed to go with someone else, and the third person didn't make it out and we decided to still go.' After that first date, Prinze knew she was the one. 'I didn't go on dates with other girls, nor did I even want to pursue dates with other girls,' he told the outlet. They married in a star-studded ceremony in Mexico in 2002 and subsequently welcomed two children — daughter Charlotte in 2009 and son Rocky in 2012. Gellar shared a more serious take on what goes into a successful long-term relationship during a 2024 interview with Fox News Digital. 'I think everything takes work in you, whether it's a friendship or a work relationship or a marriage,' she said at the time. 'You have to put the work in,' she added, noting that 'we live in an extremely disposable society now.' 'Your phone breaks, you don't fix it,' Gellar continued. 'You get a new one. And I think that's a lot of the attitude toward relationships.'

Sarah Michelle Gellar's 'simple' advice behind 22-year marriage with Freddie Prinze Jr.
Sarah Michelle Gellar is opening up about the secret to her long-lasting marriage. During an appearance on "Today With Jenna and Friends" the 48-year-old actress surprised hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Tiffany Hadish with her "simple" secret to achieving a long-lasting marriage. "Separate bathrooms!" she said on the show. Hager couldn't hold back her surprise, asking the actress, "That's it? It's that simple?" to which Gellar responded, "It's that simple." The couple first met when filming the hit movie "I Know What You Did Last Summer" in 1997, but they didn't start dating until three years later, in 2000. After just two years of dating, the two tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony in Mexico in 2002, later welcoming two children; Charlotte, 15, and Rocky, 12. "See, I was thinking it was like the ['I Love Lucy'] thing where [Lucy and Ricky had] twin beds, and then when y'all want to get together you push them together, and when you want to be apart, you push them apart," Haddish joked after Gellar shared her advice. Gellar admitted she "had not thought of that," but thought it was "actually a really good idea." This isn't the first time Gellar advised couples that separate bathrooms might be the key to making a successful marriage last, elaborating on the idea during an appearance on Harry Connick Jr.'s talk show, "Harry," in 2017. "I feel like there are certain things that should just be kept your own, and they never need to know," she said on the show. "Also, maybe, possibly a separate shopping credit card? Or if you're a guy, maybe a separate gaming card, so I don't have to see how much video games cost." In an interview with Fox News Digital in December 2024, the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star put the blame for the high divorce rate in America on shifting societal views. WATCH: SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR BLAMES AMERICA'S MARRIAGE WOES ON 'DISPOSABLE' SOCIETY She explained that many people don't put in the effort when it comes to making relationships work, explaining that "everything takes work in you, whether it's a friendship or a work relationship or a marriage." "You have to put the work in, and we live in an extremely disposable society now," she explained. "Your phone breaks, you don't fix it. You get a new one, and I think that's a lot of the attitude toward relationships." Prior to their marriage, Prinze Jr. appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" and made a million-dollar bet with the radio show host that his marriage with Gellar would last, after Stern suggested the two wouldn't make the distance. On their 20th wedding anniversary, Gellar uploaded screenshots of the interview on her Instagram Story, reminding Stern of the bet. According to Us Weekly, she tagged him in the post and wrote, "@SternShow, I think you owe us."

Gayle King, Lauren Sanchez hit back at Blue Origin flight backlash
Gayle King and Lauren Sanchez responded Tuesday to their critics following Blue Origin's first all-female trip to space on Monday. The 'CBS Mornings' anchor hit back at the recent backlash surrounding the the historic space flight, which also included Katy Perry, Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyen and Kerianne Flynn. 'Anybody that's criticizing doesn't really understand what is happening here, King told People. 'We can all speak to the response we're getting from young women, from young girls, about what this represents.' As for Sanchez, who is engaged to Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos, she says criticism of the trip has her 'really fired up.' 'I would love to have them come to Blue Origin and see the thousands of employees that don't just work here but they put their heart and soul into this vehicle,' Sanchez said. 'They love their work and they love the mission and it's a big deal for them.' The children's book author added, 'Trust me. Come with me. I'll show you what this is about, and it's really eye-opening.' These comments follow actress Olivia Munn calling the flight 'gluttonous' earlier this month. 'I'm just saying this. I know this is probably not the cool thing to say, but there are so many other things that are so important in the world right now,' the actress said while co-hosting 'Today With Jenna and Friends.' 'What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here?' 'I think it's a bit gluttonous.' Munn also noted, 'I know this is probably obnoxious, but like, it's so much money to go to space, and there's a lot of people who can't even afford eggs.' Another Hollywood Olivia, Olivia Wilde, shared a similar sentiment in her Instagram stories, writing, 'Billion dollars bought some good memes I guess.' The mission marked the first all-female space flight in 60 years. _____
