As part of this initiative, the Group has deployed IBM Maximo Renewables across its renewable energy operations, managing a portfolio of over 1.4 GW across 73+ sites.
The full-suite Maximo solution, Monitor, Operate and Analyse, has enabled KP Group to streamline its asset management processes for both Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Captive Power Plant (CPP) services. With over 75 Open Access PPA customers and over 130 CPP clients, the Group has significantly enhanced its performance visibility, reporting accuracy, and maintenance workflows.

The application suite complements KP Group's state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre (NOC) as it ensures seamless performance of solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects by leveraging advanced technologies, real-time data, and best-in-class practices.
KP Group has reported marked improvements in several key operational areas, such as fully automated, hourly-based dashboards, eliminating manual reporting and significantly improving accuracy, over 9,000 real-time string analytics for proactive issue identification, and reduction in energy loss per corrective work order, with targeted optimisation of 2-5% annually. The 100% contractual compliance in O & M performance supports generation guarantees and financial transparency.
These results reflect KP Group's strategic focus on data-driven asset performance, addressing general challenges such as downtime, integration inefficiencies, and difficulty in root cause analysis. The company now enjoys near real-time oversight across solar, wind, and hybrid assets, ensuring smarter, more sustainable energy generation. KP Group now offers CPP clients real-time access to accurate and transparent data via web and mobile applications, reinforcing trust and confidence in the company's capabilities.

This collaboration spans three high-impact areas: Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen and EV Charging Infrastructure and Solar PV Inverters , a statement said. The Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed by Niranjan Nayak, Managing Director of Delta Electronics India, and Faruk Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of KP Group, marking a significant step toward co-developing future-ready energy infrastructure that aligns with India's clean energy ambitions. Delta Electronics India and KP Group already share a long-standing relationship. The newly signed MoUs deepen this collaboration and provide a structured framework to accelerate renewable energy and clean technology deployment at scale, the statement added. The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) MoU outlines a detailed framework for developing and deploying scalable BESS projects. Live Events In this, KP Group will help in project development, site integration, and regulatory coordination to accelerate the deployment of BESS solutions, whereas Delta will supply key power electronics, including inverters and energy management systems, along with design, integration, and commissioning support, it said. Together, the two companies will deliver energy storage projects in India and potentially overseas markets. As part of the pact focusing on integrated green hydrogen refuelling and EV charging infrastructure, KP Group will lead the development of green hydrogen production plants powered by renewable energy. Delta will contribute critical technology, including energy management systems, hydrogen compression and dispensing components, as well as EV charging hardware and software, and integrated energy management systems. Both parties will jointly design and implement green hydrogen stations and EV charging hubs across India. Under the solar PV inverter agreement, Delta will supply approximately 1 GW of next-generation grid-connected solar inverters over the next 12 months for KP Group's upcoming solar projects across India and selected overseas markets. These are future-ready, supporting both solar-only and hybrid (solar plus storage) configurations. The first MoU centers on the development of scalable BESS projects. KP Group will lead project development and site integration, while Delta will provide critical components such as inverters and energy management systems. The partnership aims to deliver energy storage projects across India and explore global markets. The second MoU targets the green mobility sector. KP Group will establish green hydrogen production units powered by renewable energy, while Delta will supply hydrogen compression and EV charging technologies. The two firms will jointly develop hydrogen refueling and EV charging stations pan-India, with Delta offering AC and DC fast chargers, along with monitoring and billing platforms.
