The trailer for A Big Bold Beautiful Journey has been released, showcasing Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell in a romantic fantasy adventure. The film follows Sarah (Robbie) and David (Farrell), two strangers who meet at a wedding and embark on a journey to relive defining moments from their past.
The official synopsis describes the film as a "funny, fantastical, sweeping adventure" where Sarah and David "get to re-live important moments from their respective pasts, illuminating how they got to where they are in the present... and possibly getting a chance to alter their futures," as per The Hollywood Reporter.
The trailer features Robbie and Farrell's chemistry, with David expressing his desire to 'go back to when I thought everything would work out for me.'
As per The Hollywood Reporter, at CinemaCon, director Kogonada praised Robbie and Farrell, saying they are "two extraordinary stars at the peak of their craft" who "light up the screen together."
The film marks Robbie's return to the big screen after 'Barbie' and Farrell's first role following his award-winning performance as Penguin in the HBO show 'The Penguin.'
A Big Bold Beautiful Journey is set to release in theatres on September 19, distributed by Sony.

Singer-songwriter and pianist Billy Joel opened up about the dark and painful phase of life. After the premiere of his new documentary, Billy Joel: And So It Goes, at the Tribeca Festival, the ace musician shared that he underwent two suicide attempts and fell into a coma after he had an affair with his former bandmate's wife. At the time, he moved in with Small, Elizabeth Weber -- Small's wife -- and their son, reported People. "Bill and I spent a lot of time together," Elizabeth said in the documentary, adding that it was a "slow build." Then, Small realised something was up and Joel came to him with the truth: "I'm in love with your wife." "I felt very, very guilty about it. They had a child. I felt like a homewrecker," the singer said, adding, "I was just in love with a woman and I got punched in the nose, which I deserved. Jon was very upset. I was very upset." This fight resulted in the end of Attila and the end of their friendship for some time. Years later, Elizabeth and Joel reconnected and were married from 1973-1982. "I had no place to live. I was sleeping in laundromats and I was depressed, I think to the point of almost being psychotic," he said in the documentary. "So I figured, 'That's it. I don't want to live anymore.' I was just in a lot of pain and it was sort of like why hang out, tomorrow is going to be just like today is and today sucks. So, I just thought I'd end it all," reported People. Joel's sister, Judy Molinari, was working as a medical assistant, and she gave him sleeping pills to help him sleep. "But Billy decided that he was going to take all of them... he was in a coma for days and days and days," she said in the documentary, adding, "I went to go see him in the hospital, and he was laying there white as a sheet. I thought that I'd killed him." Small added, "He never really said anything to me, the only practical answer I can give as to why Billy took it so hard was because he loved me that much and that it killed him to hurt me that much. Eventually I forgave him." After the suicide attempts, he felt like a "lost soul" and checked himself into an "observation ward." The experience was life-changing for Joel, who was released within a couple of weeks. "I got out of the observation ward and I thought to myself, you can utilise all those emotions to channel that stuff into music," he said, reported People. Nick Jonas To Play Paul Stanley In KISS Frontman's Biopic? Here's What We Know
Last Updated: The biopic will follow the first four years of KISS, before they reached superstardom. Nick Jonas has reportedly been lined up to play KISS frontman Paul Stanley in a new biopic. The pop star/actor is believed to have been tapped to portray the band's frontman in 'Shout It Out Loud', which will be directed by McG and will chart the rock band's rise to fame. The Hollywood Reporter reports Jonas is in 'final talks" to take on the role of Stanley, while movie bosses are still looking for an actor to play the singer's bassist bandmate Gene Simmons. The group is helping to develop the project while Stanley and Simmons are among the producers, along with McG. reports Jonas plans to take on singing duties in the film and needs time to train his voice to be able to emulate Stanley's signature vocals. Longtime KISS manager Doc McGhee previously revealed the movie would focus on the band's first four years together after forming in the 1970s. Speaking to Talking Metal in 2021, he explained, '[The script is] completely done … And the script is about the first four years of KISS. Basically, it's before they were famous – it was up to Cadillac High [KISS' famous gig in a high school gym in Cadillac, Michigan in 1975], that kind of thing…" He added, 'And I think it's a very interesting look at the formation of KISS, the mindset of how that came about, the social pressure that everybody was in in the '60s and '70s that brought something like KISS to the forefront, that it could actually happen. So it's a very interesting, and I think it's a well-written movie." Stanley has also previously spoken about the movie, telling broadcaster Kylie Olsson in 2021, '[The movie is] definitely happening. And that's gonna be really interesting. The script was really good. And we really waited until we felt comfortable." He also spoke about actors who could play him in the film and said, 'I will tell you this: for casting to be accurate in terms of age, we are looking at actors in their early 20s." He mentioned, 'Honestly, I don't know a whole lot of actors in their early 20s. When people get asked these kinds of questions, they'll say, 'Oh, Brad Pitt,' or this one or that one. Well, those guys are in their 50s or 60s, so you're talking about another generation of actors. And I'm the first to say I'm not up on a lot of them." 'But as the casting process goes on, I'll certainly be there and watching. It'll be interesting to see how someone else- be it the casting people or the director – how they view who I am and who they see doing that.
