'My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah,' he wrote.
Here's everything you need know about BBC Radio 1 host Vick Hope.
Vick Hope is a TV and radio presenter, and author. She was born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, before moving to Cambridge for university, where she studied French, Spanish and Portuguese.
In an interview with A-List, Hope explained she took night classes to help her get into Cambridge. 'I was so determined,' she told the outlet. 'I'd read about Cambridge University and my teachers said it was a risk and told me to go to another uni but I'm very hard working and my school didn't do the subjects I needed and wanted to do, so I taught myself Spanish at adult education classes to do my A-level exam and same with further maths, which I taught myself in a year.'
She continued: 'I wanted to stand out from the other kids who had gone to Eton. I was strong willed and my parents instilled this notion of hard graft.'
Vick currently hosts three shows a week for Radio 1 - Going Home with Vick and Jordan, Life Hacks and Official Chart: First Look.
In recent years, Vick has also become a regular face on our TV screens. She has hosted kids shows including CITV's HOW , and worked as a roving reporter for This Morning. She also led Channel 4's coverage of the Paralympic Games in Tokyo last year.
Vick Hope was born on 25 September 1989, making her 35 years old.
Vick and Harris' relationship actually goes as far back as 2007. In an interview with You Magazine, Vick revealed she rejected him when he asked her on a date.
'It's something that we laughed about on our first proper date,' she told the outlet. 'We still laugh about it now.'
It wasn't until 2022 that rumours of a romance began circling between the pair, after they were seen together at Chelsea Flower Show - marking their first public appearance. This appearance also sparked engagement rumours, with Hope telling Hello Magazine 'You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I'm keeping my private life private. I've never really experienced this before about my private life, but it's just for us.'
It wasn't until 2023 that the pair went Instagram official on a trip to Ibiza, before getting married in September that year. It's thought that they celebrated with a Glastonbury style wedding, with reports even suggesting that Nile Rodgers and his band Chic were flown in from the US to perform for the star-studded guest list.
In their adorable Instagram post, the couple shared they'd chosen the name Micah for their son.
'20th of July our boy arrived. Micah is here!' Harris wrote on Instagram. 'My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah.'

Bruce Liu Plays Ravel – NCPA Orchestra Usher Hall, Edinburgh ★★★★☆ China's National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra chose an eclectic mix of mainly French repertoire for the opening concert of their first European tour with conductor Myung-Whun Chung. Bruce Liu Plays Ravel | © Andrew Perry Qigang Chen's Wu Xing (the Five Elements) displayed a variety of influences, not least from his teacher Messiaen, and a penchant for vibrant orchestral colour writ large. Although the movements were short, the orchestra animated each element's distinct character. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Drawing on Basque and jazz music, Ravel's Piano Concerto in G major never quite settled despite the best efforts of soloist Bruce Liu in this underwhelming performance. However, there were some nice passages such as the breathy harp glissandi in the allegramente and the piano's slightly off-key meanderings in the hypnotic waltz tethered by the lilting cor anglais. It was only in his encore, Chopin's Fantaisie Impromptu Op 66, that Liu's considerable talent shone. The highlight of the evening was the orchestra's consummate reading, under Chung's exacting command, of Saint-Saëns's third 'organ' symphony. There were stand out contributions from the oboe, bassoon and not least Hansjörg Albrecht on organ. He had to settle with moody underpinning chords initially before announcing the grandiose theme that brings the work to a rousing conclusion.. SUSAN NICKALLS Hugh Cutting & George Ireland Queen's Hall ★★★★★ In pulling together a programme of a dozen or so songs and a handful of complementary solo piano pieces under the title of 'Untethered', countertenor Hugh Cutting, with pianist George Ireland, gave a uniquely personal response to the EIF's 2025 theme, The Truth We Seek. While too often used as a clichéd analogy, the duo actually did take their audience on a journey through the strength of their curation of a hand-picked variety of different pieces, with all of them calling the listener to be in their moment. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Cutting's is a beautifully focussed voice, dynamics deployed and controlled with consistency across his high voice range. Running each song into the next gave natural and authentic flow to each of the morning recital's two sections, with Monteverdi and Handel opera extracts offering a glimpse of Cutting's unaffected flair for the stage. In the second half, the vulnerability of emotion ran deeper and darker, being particularly reflective in Hahn's A Chloris. Specially written for Cutting, two of Piers Connor Kennedy's Rough Rhymes from 2017 were both sorrowful and redemptive, and encouraging of hearing more from his setting of words by English poet Geoffrey Studdert Kennedy. 'We are so bad at talking about death': Kelsey Parker shares her experience of loss

Podcaster Kelsey Parker speaks to ITV News' Bairbre Holmes about her devasting loss and the need for people to be more open about death Having suffered the loss of her husband three years ago and her third child in June, podcaster Kelsey Parker has decided to speak out, calling for the British to be "more open and honest" about death. Kelsey, who announced she was expecting her third child in January, shared an Instagram post in June with the sad news that her son Pheonix was 'born sleeping'. His stillbirth came just a week before his due date. The baby was Kelsey's first with her new partner Will Lindsay, whom she met after the death of her husband, The Wanted star Tom Parker, from an inoperable brain tumour. At the time of Pheonix's death, Kelsey, who has a six-year-old daughter Aurelia and four-old-son Bodhi with the late singer, asked for space and time to process this "devastating and earth-shattering news". Asked why she had decided to speak out now, the 35-year-old podcaster told ITV News on Thursday: "Because I think as a nation, we are so bad at talking about death. "Everyone's so scared of the word. Everyone's scared to die. But there can be beauty in death. And I just want to share my experiences with everyone." She said people needed to be more open and honest about death and not to shy away from those who are bereaved. "I think that we just need to be more open about it because we are going to die - that is one thing we're guaranteed in this life, that we are going to die," she explained. "And to not be afraid to talk to that person who's gone through loss. "Because, you know, when Tom died, people used to actually cross the road to not talk to me because they don't know what to say. But I think there is no wrong or right. You just need to speak to that person." She said being open and honest with her children after the loss of Pheonix was even more important because they were experiencing grief for the second time. "It's brought everything to the surface," she said. "Losing their dad and now obviously losing their brother. So it's just making sure that they're able to talk and have the space for us to listen." She said she reminds them that, although they have experienced "the most extreme loss" they are actually okay. As for her? "Today I'm okay. Other days I'm not. But I'm just trying to get through each day." Kelsey said she was drawing support from her family, Will's family, Tom's family and her online followers. "I think people are so devastated for me, but they know that I am strong and that I'll be okay," she told ITV News. "I think people wanted the happy ending for me, and it hasn't worked out that way. "But, yeah, the love I've received has been absolutely incredible." Kelsey has previously spoken candidly about how trolls have made her feel guilty for having a new partner. She said in March: 'I'm always going to have guilt but what's so hard is that Tom's not here any more, so what do people want me to do? 'Our house was full of so much sadness but now it's full of happiness, the kids deserve that more than anything.' Following Tom's death, Kelsey raised money for a brain tumour charity by organising annual charity football matches in his memory. Her latest campaign is called Community Calling. "It's such a lovely campaign, which is getting people to get their old devices that are in their dusty drawers and to get them out, go on to Community Calling and back up your pictures, save everything that you want to save and then send your device off to someone in need," she explained. "Because there are so many people out there that haven't got access to a device and it's just so important to help others." The campaign also encourages participants to save their photos in a physical album. The first 500 people to sign up will get a free photo book, like one that Kelsey showed to ITV News. "My children absolutely loved this when this came through the door because they don't sit there and flick through the phone," she said. "I think a physical album is just so lovely. There's so much magic in just flicking through these pictures." Kelsey hosts a podcast with model Georgia Jones called Mum's the Word! where the pair share parenting advice with celebrity guests. She recorded several episodes before going on maternity leave, which will air in the coming months. "They were part of my journey so I didn't want to not share them, and they all have incredible guests with really important stories and messages," she said on Instagram.
