Sia, 49, fuels romance rumors with mystery man at Katy Perry concert in LA... after divorcing Dan Bernad

Camera-shy pop star Sia made a rare appearance at Katy Perry 's Lifetimes Tour concert, which was held at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA on Tuesday night.
The Australian 49-year-old further fueled romance rumors by being joined by the same bearded mystery man she was pictured strolling in LA with on March 21 - just two days after filing for divorce from her second husband Dan Bernad.
Sia (last name Furler) helped write the 40-year-old 'astronaut's 2017 songs Chained to the Rhythm and Hey Hey Hey as well as her 2013 song Double Rainbow, but the ladies did not get along at first.
'That's what was interesting about writing with Katy Perry because, again, it's her voice at the end of the day. She's also quite dominant, and she's extremely analytical,' the nine-time Grammy nominee told Rolling Stone a decade ago.
'I actually quit within the first hour of our first session. I was like, "Can we both agree this doesn't work? Like our whole songwriting dynamic?" And she was like, "I love it. It's like a puzzle to me. It's like a crossword." And I was like, "But this is boring for me. The analysis is totally boring for me. It feels like the enemy of creativity."'
Sia continued: 'It was so cool to be able to have that conversation on why we wrote in such entirely different ways. I'm glad I didn't give up on it because I actually did get a song out of it, and we also really had a laugh because we were able to be authentic.'

The Beautiful People belter is enjoying the single life after ending her two-year marriage to the Modern Medicine Services CEO, during which they secretly welcomed 15-month-old son Somersault Wonder Bernad.
In divorce docs obtained by DailyMail.com, Sia requested primary legal and physical custody of little Somersault, but she will consider 'visitation rights' for Dan whom she originally began dating in 2021.
Back in 2019, the Dance Alone singer legally adopted two 18-year-old men who aged out of the foster care system, and one of them has since fathered twins - making her a grandmother-of-two.
Before meeting Bernad, Sia declared to GQ in 2020 that she had 'decided to be single for the rest of my life' following her 2017 divorce from golf documentarian Erik Anders Lang after just two years of wedded bliss.
Career-wise, the two-time Golden Globe nominee is executive producing the West End debut of Burlesque the Musical, which runs July 22-September 6 at the Savoy Theatre in London, and she even reworked her 2010 song Bound to You for it.
It's the stage adaptation of Steven Antin's backstage musical film Burlesque starring Cher and Christina Aguilera, which amassed $90.5M at the global box office in 2010 despite dismal reviews.
Sia also composed the music and lyrics for director Whitney White's new off-Broadway musical Saturday Church, based on Damon Cardasis' 2017 film, which runs August 27-October 12 at the New York Theatre Workshop in Manhattan.
Rehearsals officially began on Monday for the ballroom-inspired gospel production, which will feature additional music by DJ Honey Dijon.
The I Forgive You songstress' music will also be featured in the Queensland Ballet's world premiere of Elastic Hearts, which runs November 6-8 at Home of the Arts in Australia.

Last year, Sia executive produced Paris Hilton's second studio album Infinite Icon, which impressively reached the No. 38 spot on the US Billboard 200.
However, the queer vegan's own 10th studio album Reasonable Woman only climbed to the No. 153 position on the US Billboard 200 last year.
Sia - who gets 66.5M monthly listeners on Spotify - has sold over 41M records worldwide, and she was originally discovered by an Italian DJ while singing karaoke in a bar.

WNBA All-Stars dazzle fans with stunning fashion on the Orange Carpet

The WNBA All-Stars tipped off the weekend by showing off their best fashion fits Thursday, turning the orange carpet into their own catwalk. They walked across a stage at the Indianapolis convention center with hundreds of adoring fans cheering them. It was a fun new wrinkle to the WNBA All-Star weekend, showing off for the fans on stage. 'This was definitely a lot of fun,' said Los Angeles Sparks guard Kelsey Plum, who wore a shiny long-sleeved red dress and heels. Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston, who wore a long, dark gown and heels, agreed. 'I think it just kind of gets the fans a little bit more excited about seeing all the outfits,' she said. WNBA players have been amping up their clothes game over the past few seasons, garnering attention off the court for their pregame fashion choices. Tunnel Fits — as the players arrival to the arena is called — is not new to the league, but it has risen to a whole new level of fashion. Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky wowed the crowd in a leopard print coat and stylish sunglasses. 'I missed this last year because of flight issues, but was so glad to be here this year for it,' Reese said. Reigning league MVP A'ja Wilson, of the Las Vegas Aces, wore a Di Petsa-designed maroon sleeveless gown that exposed her left leg from the hip and sported stunning gold Saint Laurent earrings. The New York Liberty's Natasha Cloud, who will compete in the skills competition on Friday night, admitted she was a little intimidated walking across the stage. 'It took me out of my comfort zone,' she said, sticking with pants and shirt. Napheesa Collier of the Minnesota Lynx loved the chance to walk across the stage, but as a mom of a young daughter, wished she knew that there was going to be kids in the audience, as she might have chosen a different, less revealing outfit, she said. ___

CBS cancels Stephen Colbert's late-night show, calling decision 'financial'

LOS ANGELES, July 17 (Reuters) - "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," the most-watched late-night program on U.S. broadcast television and a frequent platform of satire aimed at President Donald Trump, will end its 10-year run on CBS in May 2026, the network said on Thursday. The show will be retired and Colbert will not be replaced. New episodes will air until the end of the broadcast TV season in May 2026, a network statement said. "This is purely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night. It is not related in any way to the show's performance, content or other matters happening at Paramount," CBS executives said in a statement. Paramount Global (PARA.O), opens new tab, the parent company of CBS, is seeking approval from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission for an $8.4 billion merger with Skydance Media. This month, Paramount agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by Republican President Donald Trump over an interview with his former Democratic challenger, Kamala Harris, that CBS's "60 Minutes" broadcast in October. Colbert told his audience on Thursday that he was informed of his show's cancellation the night before. The audience booed, and Colbert responded: "Yeah, I share your feelings." "I'm not being replaced. This is all just going away," the 61-year-old comedian said. "The Late Show" debuted in 1993 with David Letterman as host after he was passed over for NBC's "The Tonight Show." Colbert, a regular on "The Daily Show" before he hosted "The Colbert Report" on Comedy Central, took over "The Late Show" in 2015. "It is a fantastic job," Colbert said on Thursday. "I wish somebody else was getting it, and it's a job that I'm looking forward to doing with this usual gang of idiots for another 10 months." He thanked executives at CBS, his show's audience and the 200 people who work on the show. Senator Adam Schiff of California, a Democrat, was a guest on Thursday's episode. "If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better," Schiff wrote on X. Late-night shows have seen their audiences shrink as viewers have shifted from traditional television to streaming. "Our admiration, affection, and respect for the talents of Stephen Colbert and his incredible team made this agonizing decision even more difficult," said the statement from Paramount Co-CEO and CBS CEO George Cheeks, CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach and CBS Studios President David Stapf. CBS canceled another late-night show, "After Midnight," in March. That show had run immediately after the "Late Show." During the second quarter of 2025, the most-watched late-night program was "Gutfeld!" on Fox News Channel with an average audience of 3 million, according to Nielsen data. "The Late Show" drew roughly 1.9 million viewers, ahead of 1.5 million for ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and NBC's "The Tonight Show" hosted by Jimmy Fallon with 1.1 million.

Taika Waititi to take on new Judge Dredd movie

Oscar-winner Taika Waititi is set to take on a new Judge Dredd movie. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the writer-director will take the reins of the latest attempt to bring the comic book character to the screen with Drew Pearce set to take on the script. Pearce's credits include Iron Man 3, Hobbs & Shaw and The Fall Guy. He has also written the script for a new take on The Thomas Crown Affair led by Michael B Jordan. Sources tell the Hollywood Reporter that both Waititi and Pearce were childhood fans of the character. In a 2022 interview, Waititi name-checked Judge Dredd as an influence on his Marvel films. Judge Dredd is a law enforcement officer working in a dystopian society who first appeared in the British publication 2000 AD in the late 70s. In 1995, Sylvester Stallone played him in a film that underperformed at the box office and received negative reviews. The character was brought back in 2012 and played by Karl Urban in the Alex Garland-scripted Dredd which received stronger notices, but was also a commercial disappointment. The new version is reportedly more faithful to the original comics and will lean into dark humour. The aim is to kick off a new universe that could expand to both the big and small screen. New Zealand-born Waititi won the Oscar for best original screenplay for his second world war comedy Jojo Rabbit and has also directed two Thor sequels. His last film, the fact-based football comedy Next Goal Wins, was a critical and financial failure. His next is an adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro's Klara and the Sun starring Amy Adams and Jenna Ortega. Last year saw reports that he was looking to team up with Steven Spielberg for an adaptation of Percival Everett's Pulitzer prize-winning novel James.
