The safety board says one person was involved in the incident that happened in Dugald, a community about 25 kilometres east of Winnipeg. RCMP later confirmed in a news release that they responded to a small, single-engine, two-seat aircraft crash around 11 a.m., and a man's body was recovered at the scene.
