Companies House has now announced the firm has been dissolved via a compulsory strike off action after its accounts were not submitted by the required deadline.
The company's first set of financial figures were due by October 26 2021 but Gascoigne failed to file any paperwork since it was set up.
Former England midfielder Gascoigne, 58, was the sole director of the Dorset-based company and owned all the shares in it.
He had staved off five earlier attempts to have it closed down for failure to file records.
Gascoigne, who also played for Tottenham, Newcastle and Lazio, has struggled with alcohol addiction for many years.
In a podcast interview last year, he revealed he was back attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and was sleeping in the spare bedroom of his agent.
He said: "I used to be a happy drunk, I ain't anymore. I'm a sad drunk. I don't go out and drink, I drink indoors.
"If I want to make it a bad day, I go down the pub. If I want it to be a good day, I get my flying rod out and go fishing."
He added: "I try not to get down because the world's already down enough and when I'm really down, that's when I pick up a drink to cheer myself up.
"I don't think I let any managers down, or the players or the fans, you know.

"If there was anyone I let down, it was myself. But more the drinking side of it, when I finished playing."
Gascoigne signed for Rangers in 1995 and spent three years with the club, quickly becoming a fans' favourite as he helped them win a record-equalling nine in a row league titles.
In his debut season, he was voted Scottish player of the year and also had memorable moments playing for England, including a goal against Scotland.
Gascoigne's representatives were approached for comment.

Thelo Aasgaard to Rangers transfer timeline as the exact fee Luton will receive revealed

Russell Martin is racing for a deal to be done before the first friendly of the new season Rangers expect to secure the £3million signing of Thelo Aasgaard from Luton Town on a four-year deal in the next 24 hours. Record Sport understands the Norwegian completed part of his medical in England on Friday before making his way to Glasgow to finalise the move. ‌ And once the paperwork is signed, Aasgaard hopes to be at Ibrox on Sunday for Gers' pre-season friendly against Club Brugge. ‌ The midfielder is set to become Russell Martin's fourth signing of the summer, following Max Aarons, Joe Rothwell and Emmanuel Fernandez. And the Rangers gaffer is determined to strengthen his squad further with moves for Leicester City defender Conor Coady and Wolves centre-back Nasser Djiga - with the Burkina Faso international on the verge of agreeing a loan deal. The fee for Aasgaard could rise to around £4 million if certain targets are met during this time at Ibrox. The 22-year-old - who scored on his Norway debut last year - only joined Luton in the Championship a year ago. But the Hatters' relegation to League One has triggered the playmaker's quick-fire exit and Rangers boss Russell Martin has moved quickly to tie him up. Aasgaard is regarded by the manager and sporting director Kevin Thelwell as a key acquisition in their Ibrox rebuild. ‌ And he could be unveiled in front of the home crowd this weekend when they take on the Belgians in Martin's first game as gaffer. Celtic complete signing of J-League defender Hayato Inamura on four-year deal

Celtic have completed the signing of Albirex Niigata defender Hayato Inamura on a four-year deal. The 23-year-old travelled to Glasgow this week after confirming he had played his last game for the J-League side. He has become Celtic's fifth summer signing as Brendan Rodgers continues to build his squad ahead of the new season. Rodgers told the club's website: 'We're delighted to bring Hayato to Celtic and we're looking forward to working with him. 'He's a young player full of promise and potential. I know that he's delighted to be taking this next step in his career by joining us, and we look forward to welcoming him into the squad.' Inamura told Celtic TV: 'Many Japanese players have had success at this club. Across the world, this is a massive club and is really well known. I am truly excited to be joining Celtic. It's a huge opportunity for me. 'So far, even the current Japanese players have been performing at a high level. I think that is why there are expectations on Japanese players. I really want to live up to those expectations and do my best. 'The reason why I chose 25 is because out of the options I was given, that one really stood out to me. 'Then obviously regarding Nakamura, I used to imitate his kicking style when I was a kid. He was one of my favourite players.' The Scottish champions have already added Kieran Tierney, Ross Doohan, Benjamin Nygren, and Callum Osmand to the roster as they look to make it five league titles in a row and make another assault on the Champions League. They will enter the top competition at the play-off stage with their first games to be played in August. Inamura played 17 games for Niigata this season, with the club currently sitting in 19th place in the Japanese top tier. Japan has proven to be a fruitful market for the Hoops, with the likes of Kyogo Furuhashi, Daizen Maeda, and Reo Hatate all helping to bring success to the club in recent years. The defender is the ninth Japanese player to play for Celtic. His signing was announced before the Hoops take on Queen's Park in a friendly on Friday. Lisbon Lion John Clark attained football immortality with Celtic, funeral told

The defender from Lanarkshire, who played more than 300 times for the Glasgow club, died last month at the age of 84. His most famous match was undoubtedly the 1967 European Cup final in the Portuguese capital when Celtic defeated Inter Milan 2-1 to become the first British side to lift the European Cup – a victory that ensured a place in footballing folklore for the players and manager Jock Stein. Celtic stars past and present gathered in the east end of Glasgow on Friday for the funeral mass at St Mary's Church in Calton – a setting synonymous with Celtic, with the club's formation traced back to a meeting in the church hall in 1887. One of the last surviving Lisbon Lions, Jim Craig, attended, as did current manager Brendan Rodgers, club captain Callum McGregor and several other members of the first-team squad. Roy Keane and Ian Wright, who both played for Celtic, and former club captain and manager Neil Lennon were among the many well-known footballing figures in attendance. Portuguese flags hung from the balconies inside the church during a service that also heard the Celtic anthem You'll Never Walk Alone played on the organ. At the start of the mass, priest Father John Mulholland extended his sympathies to Clark's widow, Eileen, his children Mairi and Martin, his three grandchildren and other family members. He then reflected on the legacy created by Clark and his team-mates from 1967. 'How many people would be able to name those 11 men without even thinking, they are second nature to all of us, simply because of what they did that afternoon,' he said. 'That immortality has gone with them for what is now nearly 60 years – wee boys at school can rhyme off the names of the Lisbon Lions.' Delivering the homily, priest Father Mark O'Donnell described Clark as a 'happy and quiet man' who was known for his displays of 'authentic kindness'. Clark's association with Celtic extended long beyond the end of his playing days. He also served spells as coach, assistant manager and kit man. As well as his European Cup winners' medal, Clark also won four league championships, three Scottish Cups and four League Cups during his playing career. In a 25-minute eulogy, renowned Scottish football commentator Archie Macpherson hailed Clark as the 'most modest and genial footballer' he had ever encountered. The broadcaster also shared his memories of the final whistle in Lisbon. 'I remember the scenes well. I remember the scenes of the players at the end, utterly exhausted and the supporters pouring on. The goals themselves you all know about, you've seen them so often,' he told mourners. 'And, yes, the word has been used – immortal – about Stein and the others, and that is the case. 'For myself, personally, I am simply a privileged man to have been there and rubbed shoulders with the greats, saw in that glorious sunshine a Scottish victory that nobody will ever forget. 🍀 The Funeral Mass for Lisbon Lion, John Clark, took place today (July 4) at St Mary's Church, Calton, as his family and many footballing friends and former colleagues gathered to pay tribute to a great Celtic man. — Celtic Football Club (@CelticFC) July 4, 2025 'And John was part of that, the wee Lanarkshire boy who grew up wanting to be an aristocrat in football, and attained it. 'But, he showed his other side by becoming the kit man at Celtic Park. And I remember so many times from different players talking about how this man could suddenly do that, and he did it simply. 'He wanted Celtic still to be a success, and although he wore his boots magnificently, he also carried other people's boots and their jerseys just to keep Celtic going. 'That gives you an idea of another side of his personality. Yes, I'm honoured to have met him, honoured to have been in Lisbon and certainly honoured to be with you today.' After the service, hundreds of fans braved wet and windy weather outside Celtic's Parkhead stadium to pay their own tributes as the cortege passed. The mourners gathered at Celtic Park in response to an invite to send a 'final farewell to one of the club's greatest ever servants'. The fans applauded as a cortege passed by the stadium.
