Sonija Kwok denies marital woe with husband

Yahoo17 hours ago
28 Jul - Sonija Kwok was shocked and flabbergasted after a new rumour has emerged that she and husband Zhu Shaojie are no longer together.
The whole issue started with a video she shared on social media, where she and her daughter Kylie went on a holiday to Maldives together without her husband.
She wrote, "It's time to get moving and go see the world. I was in Maldives last year at this time. Our destination is Vietnam this year. Btw, happy birthday to me."
The absence of Zhu had since sparked a speculation among fans that the two have ended their marriage.
Sonija immediately released a response on Instagram, writing, "Thank you all for your concern. Never thought of a mum and daughter adventure would lead to rumours. My husband's movie in the mainland is in full swing, and it's really impossible [for him] to find time to leave and come with us."
"My daughter and I both understand and thank my husband for his hard work so we can travel, eat, drink and have fun," she added.
Looks like Sonija and Kylie had a wonderful mother-daughter quality and bonding time on their holiday:

Miss the Xperia Play? A new Android gaming phone is coming, and it slides like it's 2011

Nick Fernandez / Android Authority TL;DR AYANEO announced it's making a gaming phone with a physical sliding design, similar to the Xperia Play. The phone was teased during a livestream, but no specs, images, or release date were revealed. The move follows the expiration of the sliding phone patent and comes amid several other AYANEO hardware announcements. AYANEO is branching out in an exciting way. At the end of a four-hour livestream packed with announcements, the company revealed it's working on its first smartphone, which will have a physical slider in a similar concept to the old Xperia Play. There's no release date, no specs, and no images of the actual device yet, but AYANEO teased the gaming phone concept with a few slides and slogans like 'you'll feel the difference' and 'the magic lies in the slide.' The announcement came in a segment called 'One more thing III,' which pretty much tells you how packed the event already was. AYANEO The company didn't show anything beyond a silhouette, but the implication is that this will be a gaming phone with physical controls that slide out — something we've been waiting to see since the Xperia Play or, more recently, the ANBERNIC RG Slide. That device launched soon after the patent for sliding phones expired, and AYANEO now seems to be following suit. AYANEO has been busy lately. Earlier in the same livestream, it showed off the dual-screen Pocket DS Android handheld, as well as a Game Boy-style vertical console and a new budget sub-brand called KONKR. The new phone feels part of a broader push into different form factors. It's not a huge leap, considering AYANEO already makes high-end Android handhelds. For now, there's not much to go on besides that it exists and is in development. But if the final product delivers, it could be a big deal for mobile gamers. We'll watch for more details as they arrive, and it's worth keeping an eye out for a blog post about the livestream on the company's news center. Follow

Ateez Scores A New No. 1 Smash — And Dominates One Billboard Chart

Ateez lands a third No. 1 on the World Digital Song Sales chart with 'In Your Fantasy,' while five ... More more tracks debut inside the top 10. SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA - JUNE 12: ATEEZ attends ATEEZ's the 12th mini album 'GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3' press conference at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery in Mapo-gu on June 12, 2025 in Seoul, South Korea. (Photo by The Chosunilbo JNS/Imazins via Getty Images) Ateez continues its winning streak this week as the K-pop boy band surges north on several Billboard charts. The group's EP Golden Hour: Part 3 was recently reissued, and it has once again become one of the bestselling titles in the United States. The short set gains ground and reappears on multiple tallies, and the newly added tracks become bestsellers in their own right. As several tunes debut, the South Korean superstars even manage to score another chart-topper. Ateez Returns to No. 1 With 'In Your Fantasy' Ateez returns to No. 1 on the World Digital Song Sales chart as 'In Your Fantasy' opens in first place. The track serves as the lead single from the In Your Fantasy edition reissue of Golden Hour: Part 3, so it makes sense that fans of the K-pop act flocked primarily to this one cut. Ateez Earns a Third World Digital Song Sales No. 1 'In Your Fantasy' gives Ateez its third No. 1 on the World Digital Song Sales tally. The group earned its second champion just a month ago when 'Lemon Drop' also opened in first place, though it quickly vanished. Ateez first conquered the Billboard ranking, which is often associated with K-pop figureheads, in the summer of 2024, when 'Work' launched in first place. The band has now collected a total of 27 top 10 hits, which makes Ateez one of the most successful acts in the history of the tally. 'In Your Fantasy' Also Cracks the Digital Song Sales Top 10 In its first full tracking frame, 'In Your Fantasy' sold just under 2,800 copies throughout the United States, according to Luminate. That sum is large enough for the single to debut inside the top 10 on the Digital Song Sales ranking, which includes all genres and languages. Ateez claims just its second placement ever on that list, and both tunes have cracked the top 10. Ateez Dominates the World Digital Song Sales Chart Ateez commands 60% of all the spaces on the World Digital Song Sales chart this week, as half a dozen tracks launch on the roster. 'In Your Fantasy' leads the charge, followed by 'Sagittarius,' 'Skin,' 'Slide to Me,' 'Legacy,' and 'Roar,' which open one right after the other, coming in at Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, respectively.

Twice Ties BTS With A Big New Album

Twice's This Is For debuts at No. 6 on the Billboard 200, helping the girl group tie BTS, Ateez, and ... More Seventeen for the most top 10 albums among K-pop acts. SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA - JANUARY 23: Girl group TWICE performs on stage during the 8th Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards on January 23, 2019 in Seoul, South Korea. (Photo by Chung Sung-Jun/Getty Images) Twice has ranked as one of South Korea's preeminent girl groups for years now, and the band's popularity around the world — especially in the United States — isn't dwindling, but rather, growing. The group recently released a new album titled This Is For, which comes at the perfect moment. The many-membered singing troupe seems poised to reach the Hot 100 in a day or so with "Takedown" featured on the KPop Demon Hunter soundtrack. This Is For doesn't quite match the same heights as some of Twice's past projects, but its arrival helps the girl group tie some of the biggest names in K-pop history for a very special record. Twice Follows Justin Bieber and Travis Scott This Is For launches at No. 6 on the Billboard 200. The project opens with 80,000 equivalent units, which would normally be enough for the group to approach the No. 1 spot, but this frame is particularly busy with new arrivals from stars like Justin Bieber, Travis Scott, and Clipse launching in loftier positions. Twice scores a seventh career appearance inside the Billboard 200's top 10, and this latest collection is an important one for the group. Twice Ties BTS, Ateez and Seventeen With seven top 10 projects on the Billboard 200, Twice ties three other acts from the K-pop space for the most appearances inside the highest tier of all time. The girl group is now on the same level as Ateez, BTS, and Seventeen, all of which have also managed seven wins — although this ranking is sure to change soon. BTS Will Soon Push Past Twice When Billboard republishes its charts on Tuesday (July 29), BTS will pull ahead of Ateez, Seventeen, and Twice. The group, which recently reformed after all seven members completed their mandatory military service, recently released Permission to Dance on Stage (Live). That full-length is about to open at No. 10 on the Billboard 200, giving the troupe its eighth top 10 performer. Twice Reaches the Top 10 on Multiple Charts Twice's This Is For hits a trio of Billboard charts this week, and it's a top 10 win on all of them. The project opens at No. 3 on the Top Album Sales ranking and No. 4 on the Vinyl Albums list, bringing the girl group back to the highest region on both tallies and adding to an already historic cumulative total.
