Bombshells Billykiss, whose given name is Bilikis Azeez and Martin Akinola agreed to kiss while sitting outside on the sofas after talking about the status of their relationship.
They spoke about "living in the moment" and she asked Martin, "where is your head at?" to which he told Billykiss, "getting to know you more."
She agreed that she also wanted to get to know him more and Martin then told her "I don't want this chemistry to go to waste," before asking if he could kiss her.
"Do you know what, because you've said it," Billykiss told him and laughed, as Martin leaned to kiss her in what viewers described as "so awkward."
Martin gave her feedback after the snog telling her, "that was a good kiss."
TikTok influencer, Sarel, who has gone viral for her Love Island recaps reacted to the kiss on X, formerly Twitter.
"Guys the Billykiss kiss with Martin was honestly traumatising. I'm still thinking about it. Ofcom will be hearing from me," Sarel joked.
Another Love Island fan wrote on X: "That Martin and Billykiss, kiss was so awkward that when he asked her if the kiss was good she avoided answering hahaha no I'm scarred and need emotional support HELLO OFCOM."
And a third commented: "I feel so uncomfortable I might need to call ofcom."
However, Billykiss has since held her hands up and said "it's my fault"
Love Island fans slam girl for shock snide remark during tense Couple Goals challenge - did you spot it-
On Love Island's The Morning After Podcast, she told hosts Amy Hart and Indiyah Polack: "I refuse to watch any clips of that kiss, but it's my fault."
She then went on to explain what led up to the kiss.
"Essentially, on the first night, Martin was keen for a smooch and I turned him down.
"By the second day, I'd shared a kiss with Boris and then Martin asked me again.
"I felt compelled to say 'yes', even though I didn't really want to. I felt awful," she confessed.
"It's my own doing - if you're not interested, just say no again. My actions and energy were saying no."
She admitted: "It's my fault though, it's my fault, I'll take full responsibility."
Martin found himself kicked to the kerb after Casa Amor when Billykiss chose to pair up with Boris.
The Irish stunner later kindled a new romance with Cach Mercer, but soon found herself embroiled in a love triangle when he rekindled his romance with Toni.
Then in a later episode, Yasmin Pettet, Ty Isherwood, Toni Laites and Cach Mercer were forced to make a big decision as Billykiss and Angel were up for the chop.
This was as Yasmin and Toni were voted the top favourite girls, and Cach and Ty the top boys by a public vote.
In the end, Angel was saved and Billykiss left the villa in emotional scenes.

Why I Stuck a Flare Up My Arse for England review – when macho match-day exuberance goes viral
Football is coming home for Alex Hill's one-man play for a third and final season on the fringe and you can see why it has proved such a hit. The setting is the delayed Euro 2020 tournament, the one in which Gareth Southgate's England beat ancient rivals Germany, then Ukraine and Denmark before facing Italy at Wembley. For an obsessive fan such as Billy Kinley, someone who lives for football and its attendant culture of booze and thuggery, it is an excitement almost too great to bear. That is as close a reason as he can come up with for pulling down his shorts and shoving a flare between his bum cheeks on match day. It is an act of exuberance that turns him into a viral sensation. It also gives him cause to wonder how his life has reached such a place, especially now he has been abandoned by his childhood pal Adam and dumped by his previously tolerant girlfriend. If he knew the phrase toxic masculinity, he would have to use it; a once sweet-natured boy, he has traded his old stability for the camaraderie of the terraces and the excesses of drugs and violence. The flare is his way of belonging. Under the direction of Sean Turner, Hill plays Billy with gusto. In the working-class tradition of Steven Berkoff and John Godber, he gives a have-your-cake-and-eat-it performance that revels in macho exuberance even while it delivers a sobering message about communication breakdown. The details of that breakdown are slipped in teasingly. It feels like there is more to be said about Adam's fate and the degree to which Billy should be held accountable for failing to listen to his friend. It is a boisterous play about boisterousness, one that will keep knocking in the goals for audiences, even if it says more about the thrill of the hooligan lifestyle than the emotional inarticulacy behind it.
