The unexpected colour trend to come out of the Bezos-Sanchez wedding - with some of the best dressed celebs including Sydney Sweeney and Oprah opting for the chic shade

However one standout fashion trend that stole hearts was pulled off perfectly by some of the best dressed celebs including Sydney Sweeney, Oprah Winfrey, Khloe Kardashian and Ivanka Trump.
While butter yellow was known as the fashion industry's colour of summer 2025, blush pink was the color of the day among the celebs at the Bezos wedding.

From the ceremony to the after‑party, a host of A‑listers embraced the delicate pink hue, with the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress turning heads in a pink vintage-inspired strapless gown designed by Oscar de la Renta.
The flowing fabric and romantic cut of the gown was perfectly suited to the Venetian setting.
For the wedding after party the beauty changed into yet another blush pink gown, as she sizzled in a plunging floral dress featuring a sweeping frilled skirt by Elie Saab.
She added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of pink satin heels and let her outfit do all the talking as she exited the glitzy venue.
Meanwhile media mogul Oprah also joined the trend, in a refined off‑the‑shoulder blush‑pink wrap dress, earning her a spot among the wedding's best‑dressed guests.
The structural draping of the gown helped accentuate Winfrey's hourglass shape, while the frothy chiffon sleeves and skirt added a soft touch to the designer frock.
Elsewhere Khloe Kardashian, who celebrated her 41st birthday on Friday during the star-studded affair, wore a strapless baby pink sequin gown paired with a matching feather wrap.
While Ivanka Trump donned the jaw-dropping Oscar de la Renta pink mini dress as she prepared to celebrate the couple at their rehearsal dinner.
Her outfit of choice, which can be found in the bridal selection on the website, is called the Cherry Blossom Sequin dress. It is sold out online but retails for $9,990.
The stunning dress is covered in ombre sequins, cascading down from an almost-white pale pink to a slightly darker hue.
Meanwhile for the wedding she stayed with the pink colour scheme and opted for a another stunning sequin gown which featured a leg split.

I love celeb-spotting. Even if it's standing on Mick Jagger's foot
I liked the story about Liam Neeson hitting it off with (and possibly, we all want to believe, having it off with) Pamela Anderson after making a film together. It reminded me that a couple of years ago I saw Liam Neeson in the flesh. It was in Broadway Market in Hackney and he was with what looked like his son, although I don't know which one. They were browsing a stall selling vintage coats. It was definitely Neeson. I thought about asking him to recite the famous 'very particular set of skills' speech from Taken but I thought: nah, leave him be. That got me thinking about other celebrity sightings. I don't mean professionally, as an interviewer; I mean as a punter, off duty as it were. I've racked up a fair few. Jimmy Hill, for instance. Although I did also interview Jimmy Hill, now sadly no longer with us, he makes this list because I also once saw him in the street. Or, should I say, dans la rue, in Monflanquin, southwest France, on market day. I remember Jim's skinny white legs poking out from his baggy scoutmaster shorts, the classic Englishman abroad. That must be 20 years ago.

AMANDA PLATELL: My sneaking suspicion that there IS another 'party' in the end of Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty's marriage
When the golden couple Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty announced that they were separating after almost 13 years of marriage and two children, their careful presentation was as anodyne as Cat introducing some minor celebrity flogging a new cookbook on 's This Morning. In a joint statement, the couple said: 'We have taken the decision to end our marriage. There is no other party involved. We continue to be united as loving parents.'
