MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are looking for a man who allegedly threatened to shoot a woman while at a Hickory Hill Chick-fil-A.
On June 4 at 7:45 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault at the Chick-fil-A located at 7072 Winchester Road.
Officers were told that the victim was traveling down Winchester Road near the restaurant when she honked her horn to alert the vehicle in front of her that the light was green.

The car, a tan Toyota Sienna, then got behind her and followed her into the Chick-fil-A drive-thru.
While in the drive-thru, the male suspect got out of the car and began to cuss at the victim.
He then allegedly threatened to shoot the victim and said, 'I got a switch on this gun,' as he pointed a handgun at her.

The crash on Sterns Road at the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing was reported around 9:27 p.m. The man, later identified as Jacob Buchele of Erie, Michigan, was driving a Honda CRF-250 towards the railroad crossing, which had a train passing through. The sheriff's office said the crossing gates, warning lights and bells were activated on both sides of the tracks. Buchele drove around one of the crossing gates, collided with the train and fell from his bike, according to the sheriff's office. The train came to a controlled stop after its emergency brakes were activated. Officials say Buchele died at the scene. Alcohol is a factor in the crash, according to the sheriff's office, which is still under investigation. Durham police are looking for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in Ajax on Friday night. The incident happened around 11:55 p.m. near Audley Road and Lythgoe Lane, police said in a news release Saturday. Officers had received multiple 911 calls about a fight in the area. When police arrived, a large number of people left the scene, the release said. Officers did not find any injured people at the time. Shortly afterwards, the boy went to a local hospital with stab wounds. Police said the victim was injured during the fight. He was taken to a trauma centre in Toronto where he is in critical but stable condition, the release said. Anyone who witnessed the incident and who may have cellphone footage from Lakeside Park on Friday between 11:30 p.m. to midnight is asked to contact police or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers.

A man has been charged with second-degree murder and a suspect is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after a fatal shooting in Scarborough last Monday, police say. The shooting happened near Eglinton Avenue E. and Cedar Drive at around 8:30 p.m., Toronto police said. When they arrived, officers found a man lying on the ground who had been shot. He was taken to hospital where he later died. Police previously identified the victim as Jordan Thompson, 33, of Toronto. A 24-year-old man from Toronto was arrested and charged with second-degree murder on Saturday, police said in a news release on Sunday. The accused is scheduled to appear in court at 10 a.m. on Sunday. A second suspect, a 31-year-old man from Toronto, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder.
