Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Looking At Luxury Homes In Cleveland? What We Know
Pop icon Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce may be adding a surprising location to their list of properties: Cleveland, Ohio. According to local news outlet Scene, the couple, both 35, recently toured 'at least two opulent homes" in one of the city's upscale suburbs. Their visit coincided with a lunch date at JoJo's in the nearby village of Chagrin Falls.
'Multiple sources have confirmed to Scene that Swift and Kelce visited at least two opulent homes currently for sale in Northeast Ohio's tony eastside suburbs on that visit," the publication reported. The area is known for grand estates and quiet, exclusive communities.
Neither Swift nor Kelce has addressed the rumours, but Kelce's ties to the region are well known; he was born and raised in Cleveland Heights, just a short drive away.
A Return To Travis Kelce's Roots?
While Cleveland's median list price in June this year was just $139,000, the neighbourhoods Swift and Kelce reportedly visited are a different story, as per Realtor.com.
In these high-end suburbs, million-dollar homes are the norm, with some listings topping $4 million. One standout property in Hunting Valley is on the market for $18 million, Realtor.com states.
Chagrin Falls, where the pair enjoyed their lunch date, also boasts several multimillion-dollar homes, with many priced around $2.5 million and above. Local real estate agent David Ayers described the area's elite suburbs as 'very stealth wealth" and 'old money," calling them 'an amazingly kept secret" as quoted by The New York Post.
News of the house-hunting trip has set social media buzzing, with some fans wondering if Travis Kelce could be planning for life after football. However, the tight end quickly shot down retirement talk at the Chiefs' training camp on August 6.
'Man, ask me that when I retire," he told reporters when asked about his 'fondest training camp memory" in the event this season was his last, an Associated Press report stated.
Travis Kelce has been laser-focused on the upcoming season, even spending the summer in Florida for an intense training program aimed at bringing the Chiefs another Super Bowl win.
During his Florida stay, Kelce reportedly lived in a $20 million gated-community mansion, dedicating his time to fitness and recovery. Chiefs coach Andy Reid has been impressed, telling reporters, 'He's svelte right now. He looks like he's 20… He's worked hard to get to this spot here," as per The Associated Press.
Taylor Swift's Own Home Project
While Travis Kelce trains, Taylor Swift has been enjoying some downtime since wrapping up her record-breaking Eras Tour in December. Alongside spending time with Kelce, she is also focused on a major renovation of her Rhode Island mansion, which she purchased in 2013 for $17.75 million.
The planned upgrades include adding a new bedroom and converting another into an expanded suite, increasing the home's total space by 400 square feet. Work is being carried out by Rhode Island–based contractor David W. Shafovaloff, who specialises in 'high-end residential and commercial construction."
Whether their Cleveland visit was a serious house-hunting mission or just a casual look remains unknown, but the buzz it created among fans suggests that wherever Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce go next, people will be watching closely.

Taylor Swift Makes More From One Concert Than BlackRock CEO Larry Fink Earns in a Year
Taylor Swift's concert earnings can outshine the yearly paycheck of one of the most powerful executives in finance. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, who has led the global investment firm since 1988, took home USD 36.7 million in total compensation in 2024. Yet, the pop superstar can make more than that from just a single performance. Fink's pay package includes a USD 1.5 million base salary, alongside cash bonuses and stock awards. According to Fortune, his 2024 total was 33% higher than the previous year. BlackRock, founded in 1988, is one of the largest asset management companies in the world, serving clients like Microsoft and Credit Suisse. How much does Taylor Swift make per concert? Swift, who has 12 No. 1 hits and 59 top-10 Billboard tracks, continues to set records in the music industry. Her Eras Tour reportedly grossed over USD 3.2 billion, making it the highest-grossing tour in U.S. music history. Reports estimate she earned around USD 13.6 million per show during the tour, nearly nine times Fink's base salary. In 2024, Taylor Swift also performed six exclusive shows in Singapore, earning about USD 3 million for each. Even at that lower figure, her per-show earnings still doubled Fink's annual base salary. Here's how Taylor Swift's tour earnings compare to CEO pay Comparing Fink's full USD 36.7 million package to Swift's tour earnings still places the pop singer ahead. Her debut Fearless Tour in 2009 grossed USD 66.5 million, over USD 30 million more than Fink's total annual compensation. While Fink has built a USD 1.3 billion net worth over decades leading BlackRock, Swift has already surpassed him. Forbes reported in 2024 that she holds a USD 1.6 billion fortune, making her the world's richest female musician. Swift began her career in country music before successfully transitioning to pop, amassing a global fan base. Her ability to draw massive crowds and deliver record-breaking tours has made her one of the highest-paid entertainers in the world. For Fink, running a company with a presence in 30 countries comes with substantial rewards. For Swift, stepping on stage for just one night can match, or even surpass, the earnings of a top Wall Street CEO for an entire year.

Kanye West' YEEZY store shut down for a while; came back with slashed prices - here's why
Kanye West's YEEZY store was shut down by Shopify this week after it broke one of the platform's rules. The website, which works via Shopify, stopped working on Tuesday morning. The store was selling T-shirts with Swastika symbols, which many people and groups have spoken against. Someone from Shopify argued that the store was not following 'real business practices,' which goes against Shopify's rules, as reported by PRIMETIMER. Sisak)(AP) YEEZY drew renewed attention after a controversial 30-second ad aired in select local TV markets during the Super Bowl. Filmed by West on his phone in a dentist's office, the ad simply directed viewers to visit the store's website. Shopify allowed the sale to continue for over a day before removing the offensive merchandise. This delay prompted backlash from advocacy groups like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which condemned the use of the swastika due to its deep associations with Nazi Germany, anti-Semitism, and white supremacist ideologies. Also Read: Pro-Palestinians programmed, voted against Trump: Watch Kanye West's rant Kanye West's store returns with reduced prices The YEEZY store controversy coincided with the rapper's antisemitic, homophobic, and misogynistic rants on X, where he has over 32 million followers. While his posts were limited by X, 33& West, which is a talent agency based in Los Angeles, cut ties with him following West's rants and Swastika merchandise. However, the YEEZY store has made a return with a new line of products and reduced prices. Currently, customers can find items like YEEZY Slides for $20, and other clothes, with the most expensive item going for $100. This shows a stark contrast for the store, as West's products were earlier priced way more than the current price list, as reported by PRIMETIMER. The relaunch of the store with slashed prices comes after a very controversial period for the rapper and his being dropped from several partnerships across music, fashion, and business. In 2022, major talent agency CAA (Creative Artists Agency) dropped West after he allegedly made a series of antisemitic comments. The return of the store signals a more restrained comeback, offering a limited selection of products at noticeably reduced prices. This scaled-back approach comes amid severe public scrutiny.
