The actress, 30, will reportedly provide evidence in a deposition in connection with a lawsuit she brought for the death of her dog Nala.

The couple's beloved Chihuahua fell ill and passed away after a trip to the groomers last year.
Nicola would then file a lawsuit against Houndspa in the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Westchester County.

Nicola will reportedly have to authorise the release of medical records concerning the pooch's death. It's thought all parties involved will be involved in the deposition.
