Kyle is a state and local tax (SALT) attorney with nearly two decades of experience providing strategic value to clients across a broad range of industries. He draws on his extensive background at a Big Four accounting firm and in private legal practice to deliver sophisticated counsel on the full spectrum of SALT matters, from compliance and planning to dispute resolution and transactional support. Kyle also has particular experience in multistate indirect tax issues, including complex post-Wayfair sales and use tax matters.

Kyle represents clients in connection with state tax compliance strategies, audit defense, and dispute resolution. Kyle also provides strategic counsel on the state and local tax implications of a wide range of business transactions, including entity restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, and conducts related due diligence.

These students who excelled in 2024 Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) examination received the flagship Petronas Powering Knowledge education sponsorship drawn from nearly 9,000 applicants, and they were selected for their academic excellence, leadership potential, and active involvement in co-curricular activities. State Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah welcomed the national oil corporation's continuous commitment to developing Sarawakian talent. "By investing in the education and development of Sarawakian youth, PETRONAS is helping us lay the foundation for a future that is resilient, competitive and inclusive," she said at the sponsorship presentation ceremony here on Tuesday (July 29).
