
Riteish Deshmukh reviews Aamir Khan and wife Genelia Deshmukh's film Sitaare Zameen Par trailer: ‘Extraordinary'
After several delays, the highly-anticipated trailer of Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh starrer Sitaare Zameen Par is set to release today, May 13. The makers have already created a lot of buzz with the movie's poster, which is a spiritual sequel to Aamir's 2007 hit film Taare Zameen Par. Now, an early review of Sitaare Zameen Par's trailer is out, by none other than Genelia's husband and actor Riteish Deshmukh.
After watching the trailer, he expressed his admiration on social media. When a fan asked about the trailer being out today, Riteish wrote on X, 'Extraordinary trailer #SitareZameenPar.' Genelia Deshmukh is playing a significant role in the film. Sitaare Zameen Par will mark and her and Aamir's big screen comeback after a hiatus of three years as both of them were last seen on the big screen in 2022 – Ved and Laal Singh Chadha respectively.

Aamir Khan Productions is introducing 10 debutant actors with this film, including Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. Sitaare Zameen Par is helmed by R. S. Prasanna, who has also directed the blockbuster hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
Produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, Sitaare Zameen Par will feature Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in lead roles. The lyrics of the songs are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The screenplay is written by Divy Nidhi Sharma. The film is produced by Aamir Khan, Aparna Purohit, and Ravi Bhagchandka. The movie will hit the theatres on June 20, 2025.

Sitaare Zameen Par first reviews: Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is currently busy promoting his upcoming sports comedy-drama Sitaare Zameen Par. The actor recently hosted a special screening of the film. A video of Aamir visiting a theatre and personally interacting with the audience has surfaced online, showing moviegoers showering praise on the film and sharing their positive feedback.
