The wedding reportedly took place at Hackney Town Hall in London on Saturday, with the pair being spotted taking pictures with friends and family outside the venue, on social media.
The pair first shared photos of their engagement in 2023, and have worked together on a number of occasions, collaborating on Charli's track Spinning, before Daniel was credited as a co-producer and co-writer on two songs on Brat.
Daniel has also performed the viral "Apple dance" at one of his wife's London shows.

Instagram Reposts launches in new app upgrade
Almost 15 years after launching, social media giant Instagram has taken pages out of TikTok and Snapchat's books — adding three new features to their app. The changes were announced by parent company Meta on Wednesday, with roll-outs for the new features within Australia happening on Thursday. The new features have Aussies talking, with Instagram trending as a top Google search in the country throughout Wednesday and Thursday — so what are the new features, and how do they work? Instagram Reposts The new Repost feature allows users to share content in their feed - with a tab on their profile letting them see everything they've reposted. Credit: Meta The biggest change that Australians have seen to their Instagram feeds allows users to share public reels and feed posts with their followers – with the app following TikTok's lead and branding the function 'reposts.' The Meta team behind the update explained friends and followers can see any repost made, with any shared content crediting the original creator. 'Reposts will be recommended to your friends and followers in their feeds, and they'll also be in a separate tab on your profile, so you can always go back to revisit your reposts,' the Meta team explained. Users also have the option of adding personal notes to reposts by typing a message in the thought bubble that appears. New 'Friends' tab in Reels Users can choose to watch only Reels friends have made or interacted with. A new 'Friends' tab has appeared on Instagram's Reels page, allowing users to view videos that friends have like, reposted, commented on, and created. 'Friends will help you see which reels the people you care about most are creating and engaging with,' Meta said in relation to the new tab. Officials at the app have also confirmed they are working to upgrade features of the Friends tab over the next couple of weeks, allowing users the ability to hide content they've liked and commented from appearing in this section. Instagram Maps The new Maps feature lets users see what friends are nearby and view content within their area. Credit: Meta A new-US exclusive feature on the app has caused waves online — allowing users to share their location with others in real time, letting them to see content posted nearby from friends and other creators. Similar to the map feature on Snapchat, users are given the option to opt out of location-sharing but will still be able to view the map and people who have chosen to share. The maps feature also includes a parental supervision update, allowing parents to receive notifications if their teen has shared their location and allowing them to control the feature's availability. While this feature has not hit Australian's accounts yet, the Meta team behind the update promises Maps will have 'global availability very soon.'

Prominent Perth salon owner Sharlene Lee has gone viral after sharing a video of her meeting up with UK rockstar Yungblud in Italy. The Circles of Hair owner shared a video on social media that showed her catching up with the global superstar while both happened to be visiting Capri at the same time. The English singer was celebrating his 28th birthday at a lunch next to Lee, but found time to give the popular Subiaco and CBD hair salons a quick shout to Lee's friends and family back home. 'Circles of Hair is the best salon in the f***ing world,' he said in her video shared to TikTok and Instagram. The pair acted in an excited, hyped manner as they both yelled and wooed before Lee said: 'This guy is a legend.' 'You're young blood and I'm old blood,' she played on his stage name. Yungblud's ex Jesse Jo Stark also featured in the video with the former lovers seen leaving in a speedboat together while waving goodbye to Lee. From BookTok to New York Times bestseller: How Aussie teacher defied the odds

Passionate about education as well as authoring, she worked hard to juggle both careers. That ended in early 2025. (Stacey McEwan/Facebook) "Due to the critical teacher shortage , I was told 'you either need to come back to teaching full time or you need to quit,'" McEwan told "So I quit the department altogether, and just went full throttle on authoring." Contact reporter Maddison Leach at mleach@ Fortunately, her latest release A Forbidden Alchemy released to rave reviews in July and even earned a spot on the New York Times bestseller list. But McEwan is painfully aware that her success (and income) as an author is not guaranteed, even with one of the most powerful online communities behind her. Born and raised on the Gold Coast, McEwan spent 11 years in the classroom. She wrote fantasy novels on the side and tried getting a few published but was rejected again and again. "I didn't really know what I was doing," she admitted. Knowing that, McEwan focused on teaching until the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Like millions of Aussies, she downloaded TikTok as a way to pass the time during lockdown and was immediately sucked into BookTok, the app's reading community. There she racked up thousands of followers "almost overnight". It was her husband who suggested she leverage that budding internet fame to self-publish her first novel, a fantasy book she'd already written. Instead, British-based publisher Angry Robot "swept in" and offered to buy it. McEwan planned to self-publish her first novel, Ledge, until a publisher "swept in" and offered her a book deal. The Aussie mum of two admits she owes a lot of her initial success to TikTok and timing. "I'm not too proud to say that if I hadn't have put my idiot face online, that this wouldn't be happening right now," she said. There's no doubt the Angry Robot book deal was influenced by her BookTok popularity and the fact that she was pushing a romantasy (romance and fantasy) novel right as the genre was exploding. And romantasy is its hottest subgenre right now. "It was really just a case of perfect timing," McEwan said. Her first three novels became bestsellers, boosting her social profile even more. But in the age of online hate mobs and celebrity 'cancellations', being a big deal on social media doesn't always have a happy ending. All it takes is one move – legitimate, or perceived – for an author to get 'cancelled' these days. It can make the career feel precarious, especially for breakout authors like McEwan who owe so much of their fame to online popularity. McEwan signed her first book deal during the pandemic and is now a bestselling author. (Instagram/@staceymcewanbooks) "Being of any kind of public figure on social media feels a lot like putting your head on a chopping block and just hoping that no one swings the blade," she said. "It's the wild, wild west out there and one certainly does have to be careful." It's up to most authors to run their own social media accounts, promoting their books and interacting with fans while also making sure they don't say or do the wrong thing. Because being 'cancelled' can tank book sales and slash an author's income in an instant and most don't have huge advances or established fortunes to fall back on. "I got an advance for [my first book], but it was a small amount and it certainly wasn't anything that was going to set me up for the future," McEwan said. "I really had to rely on how well the book was going to sell." Back then she had her teaching career to fall back on but that's gone now. While she was still teaching part-time, McEwan landed a global deal with publishing powerhouse Simon & Schuster for her next duology. The advance alone was enough to finance her for a year, so she took unpaid leave from teaching to write A Forbidden Alchemy. The novel follows Nina Harrow and Patrick Colson, childhood friends who find themselves on opposite sides of a war fuelled by class inequality. "I like the idea of the lower classes questioning why it is that they must remain so," McEwan said. McEwan took unpaid leave from teaching to write A Forbidden Alchemy. McEwan just returned from the very successful US leg of her A Forbidden Alchemy book tour and you can walk into bookstores all over Australia and find her name staring back at you from the 'bestseller' shelves. "I have a lot of people that I went to school with, that I used to work with, past teachers, students, [and] employers going, 'what's happening?'" McEwan said. "'Is this you, or is this just someone with your name?' ... those reactions only fuel me."
