Search for Welsh man reported missing after Loch Lomond camping trip

Police are searching for a man from Wales who has gone missing while camping in Scotland.
Alfie Newton was camping in Luss, Loch Lomond, with family on May 13 but has since moved on, travelling through Ayrshire.
The 25-year-old was seen in Auchenleck and Cunmock on May 15 and in Ochiltree on May 16.
Police believe he could have reached the Minnigaff area of Newton Stewart in Dumfries and may be wild camping or looking for shelter in private huts and gardens.
Alfie is described as 6ft 2ins tall, of thin build, with dark short hair and speaking with Welsh accent.
He has been seen in various clothing however, he travels with his black mountain bike, which may be a Carrera, and has multiple bags with him.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: 'If you have seen him, spoken with him or even given him a lift, please get in touch by calling 101 and quoting reference 0254 May 16.'

Fears are growing for a missing 13-year-old girl who may have travelled to England alone after she boarded a train from a Scots train station. Ava Stewart from Kilmarnock was last seen at around 1.35pm on Friday, June 6, at Glasgow Central Station. ‌ Following enquiries, officers believe she may now be in Birmingham. ‌ Ava is described as slim, around 4ft 11in tall, with long brown hair. When last seen, she was wearing white tracksuit bottoms, a grey crop top, a blue denim jacket, and blue and cream Nike Air Jordan trainers. She also has a lip and nose piercing, as well as a distinctive coloboma feature in her left eye.
