Centenary gymnastics to host Midwest conference championships; tickets on sale
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Centenary Gymnastics program will serve as the host site for the upcoming Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) Championships.

MIC Championships will be held on Friday, March 2,1, at 4 p.m. inside the Gold Dome, and tickets are on sale. Ticket prices are $20 for general admission, and children 12 and under are $10.
2025 Centenary College home games schedule
Fellow MIC members Illinois State University, Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), and Texas Woman's University will join the Centenary Ladies to compete for the championships. Live results and live video will be available during the meet.
Centenary finished fifth in last season's event in St. Charles, Mo., with a 188.550 team score.
The Women's Collegiate Gymnastics National Invitational Championships (WCGNIC), which will also be held at Gold Dome in April, will feature more gymnastics and competitions.
The WCGNIC meet is:
April 11 – semi-finals, 2 sessions at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
April 12 – team finals at 7 p.m.
April 13 – Individual event finals at 1 p.m.

Liam Parker finished 52nd overall to lead SUNY Orange golfers at the NJCAA Division III championships held at upstate Chautauqua Golf Club. The Colts finished last among 11 full teams, with 1,431 strokes, 295 behind champion Sandhills Community College, which shot 16-under-par over four rounds at par-72 Chautauqua Golf Course in western New York from June 3-6. Advertisement Parker posted seven pars and nine bogeys on day one; one birdie, seven pars and four bogeys on day two; two birdies, seven pars and seven bogeys on day three; and, two birdies, five pars and nine bogeys on day four. Family of sprinters come together for successful athletic weekend
INVERCLYDE Athletic Club seniors celebrated a successful weekend. At Crownpoint Stadium in Glasgow, Millie McClelland-Brooks won the U20 Women's National 3000m Championship, finishing more than 10 seconds ahead of the second place. Grace Barry secured sixth place in the U17 Women's 3000m, an impressive feat given this was her second attempt at the distance and first year in the age group.
