THIS is the shocking moment a Magaluf doorman floors a British tourist with a flurry of punches after being bottled in a horror attack.

CCTV footage shows the Lithuanian bouncer exploding at Max Barnes, then 19, who he has up against a wall after the drinker bottled him.
He unloads a series of sharp jabs in the packed nightspot, acting in self-defence.
The customer dodges as many as he can but some of the blows land home.
They spill over into the middle of the bar, when the bouncer delivers one more clean whack that sends the customer sprawling onto the floor.
He then brings his hand to his blood-covered face and neck to inspect the damage.
The 34-year-old doorman was left with a gash wound needing 20 stitches, according to public prosecutors.
Prosecutors had demanded a five-year prison sentence for Barnes, now 25, who was held on an international arrest warrant after being bailed and going awol.
The Brit, a teen at the time of the July 2019, claimed after his arrest by Civil Guard officers that he himself had acted in self-defence following a previous assault.
But this week he was handed an 18-month suspended prison sentence after admitting the unprovoked attack as part of a plea bargain deal.
Barnes, who had already paid his victim nearly £35,000 in compensation, admitted his guilt in a trial where he spoke briefly via video conference.

The trial judges said they took into account his confession and compensation payments in their decision to keep him out of jail - as long as he doesn't re-offend.
The obtained CCTV footage did not show the moment Barnes used a broken bottle to disfigure the doorman.
But it did show the run-up to the attack when the Lithuanian man, in a tight white T-shirt, could be heard arguing with the Brit after telling him to leave due to misbehaviour.
The Brit was held in the UK on an international arrest warrant after initially paying £13,000 bail to get out of prison and flying back home.
Officials in Majorca issued the arrest order after he failed to respond to court communications.

Public prosecutors said in their pre-trial indictment they had uncovered no evidence of the previous attack Barnes had alleged took place and claimed he was defending himself against.
A female British soldier was involved in another horror glass attack in a Magaluf nightclub in November 2023.
Bus driver's daughter Sydney Cole was arrested when her pal, Scots-born Lance Corporal Sarah Garrity, was left in intensive care after losing four pints of blood and needing 14 stitches to a neck wound.
Cole was warned initially she could be jailed for three years after being charged with a crime of wounding by Spanish state prosecutors, despite her victim's refusal to press charges.
However, she ultimately escaped prison and was let off with a £780 fine.
Cole, now 25, initially insisted after her arrest that Sarah was hurt in an accident.
She claimed to have thrown the the glass on the floor during the fight, and said shard flew up and hit Sarah in the neck.
However, she later confessed to the assault as part of a plea bargain deal.

Mum-of-two warns Brit tourists after Benidorm hotel room raided by teen thugs as her kids watched on in horror
A MUM-of-two has issued a warning to tourists after her hotel room was raided by thugs. Brit Becca Farley, 27, warned tourists to "keep your wits about you" after suffering a horror ordeal while holidaying at a Spanish tourist hotspot. 4 4 Becca was staying at Magical Tropical Splash in Benidorm with her partner, six-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter when her room was raided by thugs. The mother caught the strangers entering her room on the last night of the family's £2,500 week-long holiday. With signs put up around the hotel warning of a power cut Becca headed to her room alone to charge the family's phones. She was left terrified when she discovered two thugs heading to her hotel room in a bid to rob her family. Speaking about the horror incident Becca said: "As I got in the lift these two teenagers got in the lift with me and just pressed my floor level. "I honestly didn't think anything of it because there's five rooms per floor so I just assumed they were going to one of them." The two robbers then exited the lift on Becca's floor and headed straight for her room. She said: "I thought 'oh sh*t I have obviously got off on the wrong floor, what a palaver I'm going to have to wait for the lift again.' But it was the right floor. "It happened all quite quickly and they just strolled straight into my room. "I then followed in after them, which in hindsight, I shouldn't have because you hear horror stories and I think it could have gone sour. Shocking moment creepy hotel worker sneaks into Brit mum's room and steals her knickers on Benidorm holiday "But I just didn't really think and went straight into the room and shouted 'what are you doing in my room?'" Becca says one of the intruders then started screaming at her in Spanish. She responded by yelling: "Get the f*ck out, get the f*ck out, get the f*ck out." until the two thugs ran off. The terrifying incident was not over though with the would be thieves returning minutes later and banging on the door. Becca said she stayed in her room with the door locked as the two teens continued to bang on it, she added: "I was absolutely petrified. "I know it sounds silly and people have said you should have done this, you should have locked them in the room, you should have decked them but at that moment I think it was just that invasion of privacy. "This is supposed to be your safe place when you are away, you're away from home, we don't travel all that often so we were really shaken. "Then that night I did not sleep because I was flinching at every noise. "If it had happened earlier on in the week we would have flown home." 4 Becca went on to report the incident to hotel security after discovering another family had experienced a similar break in losing passports, watches and other valuables to the thieves. After the harrowing ordeal Becca is warning other tourists who plan to visit Spain. She said: "I would advise just to be alert. "A lot of people have said we were scaremongering people not to go away, not at all. "We will certainly go on holiday again, it's not a case of us never going abroad again but I think it's just having that awareness that if you are a lone woman, please be careful. "I'm very lucky that I'm OK but I think it's just a case of having your wits about you a bit more. "When you go on holiday you tend to relax and become a little bit naive to these situations." She also recommended tourists travel with padlocks so they can secure their valuables inside suitcases. She added: "Obviously keep your valuables safe. "I know some people say don't use the safes, we personally lock all of ours and padlock them in our suitcases. "I think it's just a case of having your wits about you and knowing not to get comfortable in somewhere you've never been before." Although she plans to continue travelling, Becca said she'll now take extra precautions. "I'm considering getting a webcam that you can put in your room next time we go away. I will carry on locking my stuff away. I would never take the kids away on my own. "I certainly wouldn't have cleaners in my room ever again, not to say it definitely was them but they have access to your room. "I don't know if I would feel comfortable going up to a room on my own again." Everything you need to know about visiting Spain Brits must have at least three months left on their passport from the day they plan to leave the country. Tourists do not need a visa if visiting for up to 90 days in an 180-day period. Make sure your passport is stamped on entry and exit. Travellers may be asked to show hotel booking confirmations and that they have enough money for their stay at the border. Spain is one hour ahead of the UK. The country uses the euro with around €10 working out to £8.55. Flights to Spain from the UK take between 2-4 hours depending on the destination.

Horrifying moment off-duty cop chokes ‘phone thief' to death as desperate bystanders beg him to stop
THIS is the terrifying moment a police officer chokes a suspected phone thief to death as onlookers beg him to stop. The 58-year-old Spanish cop was out for dinner with a friend on Tuesday when the alleged thief stole his phone in northeastern Madrid. 5 5 5 Disturbing footage shows the moment the off-duty cop chased the suspect down the street then slammed him to the ground and held him in a chokehold. In a desperate attempt to stop him from killing the alleged thief, locals are heard calling: "please let him breathe". "You're going to suffocate the guy, man. Let go of his neck," one shouts. Another can be heard saying: "He's not going to run away. Just let him go." Ignoring their pleas, the officer continues to press down on the man's neck before police and paramedics arrived at the scene. But despite medics' attempt at saving him, he was soon pronounced dead after suffering from cardia arrest. Emergency services confirmed in a statement that a 36-year-old man had died of asphyxiation after 30 minutes of attempted resuscitation. Officers arrested the unnamed cop who appeared in court today. The devastating incident has sparked outrage in Spain, with some drawing comparisons to the killing of George Floyd in 2020 who died after a police officer knelt on his neck for nine minutes. Sharing their horror online, one person posted: ''I can't breathe.' These were the words George Floyd uttered minutes before his death when a New York police officer killed him by asphyxiation." Another wrote: "Murdering a person for a simple phone. An off-duty municipal police officer suffocates a person. "This is how the capitalist world is, a telephone is worth more than a person's life. What a disgusting society!" Spain's progressive party Más Madrid also weighed in, calling the assault a reflection of how "institutional racism" and "abuse of power" are normalized. A spokesperson said: "Two police officers, who were apparently under the influence of alcohol, have murdered a person in Torrejón. T "This reflects how institutional racism and abuse of power are normalized, even outside of working hours. "We demand an immediate investigation into this alleged murder due to asphyxiation caused by a police officer in Torrejón." This isn't the first time a case like this has taken place in Madrid. In 2018, protests erupted in the city after a Senegalese vendor was shot dead in the Italian city of Florence. Some 19 protesters and 10 police officers were injured as clashes spread across the city. 5 5

‘Swan whisperer' banned from Hyde Park after kissing birds
A so-called 'swan whisperer' has been banned from Hyde Park after kissing the white birds and assaulting two onlookers. Anders Fernstedt was filmed by a resident as he 'stroked, cuddled and kissed' swans in the London park in March 2023. Jon Ferguson, a swan volunteer, told the 57-year-old to stop interfering with the bird because of a recent outbreak of avian flu. Fernstedt then used a bicycle to ram into Virginia Grey, who had filmed him in the act, before attacking Mr Ferguson when he tried to apprehend him. Fernstedt was convicted of assault at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday and handed a 15-month community order. He has also been served a restraining order that bans him from Kensington Gardens in Hyde Park and prevents him from contacting Mr Ferguson or Mrs Grey for two years. Fernstedt had previously become a well-known figure in Rutland Gate, Knightsbridge, where residents showered him with gifts, including designer clothes and a Fortnum and Mason hamper worth £5,000. The recorder, David Etherington KC, told Fernstedt: 'I find you to be an eccentric man but not suffering from an underlying mental illness.' He added: 'You are obviously an intelligent man, you clearly have had a responsible work history and it is unfortunate that seems to have gone away.' The Swedish bird fanatic, who represented himself, asked Mrs Grey during a cross-examination whether she considered herself 'as someone with royalist sympathies'. Mrs Grey said she had sent photos to police to show Fernstedt interfering with the birds. While she also admitted that Fernstedt never caused any harm to the swans, she said his actions had encouraged the spread of the virus. 'Two of the worst Londoners I have ever met' She also claimed that Fernstedt called her 'Hitler' and she was 'very scared' of the defendant. The defendant denounced Mrs Grey and Mr Ferguson as 'two of the worst Londoners I have ever met'. The judge said Mr Ferguson required stitches inside his mouth and suffered from bruised ribs after being attacked by Fernstedt. Mr Ferguson described the defendant as having punched him around his face and slammed his head against the floor before 'kicking him in the back and ribs'. In mitigation, Fernstedt, who has no previous convictions, said he would 'try to modulate the boiling kettle aspect of life'. He previously told a probation officer he became homeless in 2023 after being evicted from his house that was going up for sale. Westminster council determined he had intentionally made himself homeless.
