As a picture of Kim appeared on the screen, Lorraine said: 'Kim Woodburn, who I'm sure you know well, she's died at the age of 83. Famous, of course, for How Clean Is Your House and her controversial time on Celebrity Big Brother.
'A representative for Kim said: 'It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.''
The short and emotionless announcement saw Lorraine attacked on social media with many finding that the piece lacked empathy.
That pathetic 'tribute' from Lorraine Kelly to our Kim was an insult. She didn't sound the least bit bothered… how disrespectful. pic.twitter.com/wjWeRoL1WU — Rich J (@richyj1504) June 17, 2025

Another shared: 'I can't stop thinking about Lorraine Kelly apathetically announcing Kim Woodburn's death.'
A third commented: 'Why does Lorraine Kelly actually sound happy that the fact Kim Woodburn has died? Also about time she hosted her own show.' Princess Andre reveals why she'd never call out mum Katie Price over ‘rift' amid accusations star ‘tried to overshadow'
THE teen has just launched her own TV show - but her relationship with her mum has taken centre stage keeping mum Princess Andre reveals why she'd never call out mum Katie Price over 'rift' amid accusations star 'tried to overshadow' PRINCESS Andre has revealed the reason she never calls out her mum after a disagreement or issue. The 18-year-old admitted 'it's not worth' bringing things up with Katie Price in a telling comment amid reports of ongoing tension between the pair. 3 Princess Andre has revealed she doesn't bother to call out her mum Credit: Getty 3 Princess is now the star of her own reality TV show Credit: Instagram Advertisement In an interview over the weekend, Princess - whose dad is Peter Andre - addressed her recent birthday party, which Katie wasn't invited to. Speaking to The Guardian, ITV's The Princess Diaries star, said it was 'interesting' her mum had told the media about not attending the bash. And when asked why she didn't call Katie to ask her about it, Princess said 'it wasn't worth it', adding: 'Mum can be annoyed about something and then we send each other a message and we're fine.' She candidly explained that Katie would never have been invited because her parents 'don't like each other.' Advertisement 'It would be quite strange for my mum and dad to be in it at the same time, just because that's never been the case in my life since they split up,' she said. Princess turned 18 back in June, and at the time Katie claimed she wasn't invited because she had been banned from appearing in The Princess Diaries. Speaking on her The Katie Price Show podcast at the time, she said: "Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. "Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me." Advertisement Her sister Sophie chipped in: "You aren't on brand Katie. You are too risky Katie that's why." Katie then said: "It's pathetic. I'm her mother. Princess Andre breaks silence on Peter and Katie's bitter feud after his blistering statement "I'm just saying, Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming.'" Sources at the time told the Mirror that Katie has been trying to "insert herself" into Princess's career and her "attention-seeking" behaviour just 24 hours before her new ITV show aired was to "overshadow" the launch. 'It was all in the diary but then Katie claimed she couldn't make it as she was abroad. It was disappointing," a source told the publication. Advertisement 'For Katie to then say she was banned from the afternoon's filmed party when she was the no-show in the morning is just beyond belief.' 3 Peter Andre appears in his daughter's doc but Katie does not Credit: Splash Katie admitted her frustrations, saying: 'I'm not making money off my daughter. So I am fuming about the situation, but at the same time, I want Princess to do well and I back her in every way. "The family, we're all fuming about it. How, again, not one member of our family or anything are involved in anything Princess does." But the source insisted that Katie should not have "made it all about her" the eve of her daughter's show, regardless of what's happened. I'm loading up on the 15-1 Aidan O'Brien-Ryan Moore treble I can't see losing on day one of York
It promises to be a big day for the Ballydoyle duo MATT CHAPMAN I'm loading up on the 15-1 Aidan O'Brien-Ryan Moore treble I can't see losing on day one of York BANG. Bang. Bang. That could be Aidan O'Brien at York on Wednesday as Ireland's super trainer bids to take top billing on the super Knavesmire as he sends out the exciting Italy and monsters in Derby hero Lambourn and Eclipse demolisher Delacroix. 1 I fancy Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore to bang in a tasty treble to get punters off to a flyer on day one of the Ebor festival from York Credit: Sportsfile Oh yes, the Juddmonte International fixture gets off with a bang, with DELACROIX trying to follow up his victory over Royal Ascot hero Ombudsman in a messy Coral feature at Sandown. And the big Group 1, live on ITV, is not just about familiar names at the top level. Challenging from Japan is Danon Decile, who when last seen defeated the brilliant Calandagan in the Sheema Classic at Meydan in April. Back in fourth that day was the multiple Group 1 hero Rebel's Romance. Ironically for a race called 'internationaI', it is 50 years since Dahlia's second win in the Juddmonte while Triptych scored in 1987. Meanwhile, See The Fire will try and match her dam, Arabian Queen, who was the last female horse to win the Juddmonte International back in 2015. The fairer sex don't land this prize often, although others to have done so include One So Wonderful in 1998 and In the Groove in 1990. Ryan Moore will be on top of Delacroix, who flopped in the Derby but was a spectacular winner of the Eclipse and whatever connections say (some have suggested he might be best at a mile) I think he stays this trip really well. He's the one for me. LAMBOURN goes in the St Leger trial, the Group 2 Sky Bet Great Voltigeur, although the Arc de Triomphe might be more his ultimate target. I'm not opposing the short-priced favourite. O'Brien's colt has done little wrong this season, following up his Epsom success with victory, albeit far from impressive, in the Irish equivalent. On ratings he has achieved miles more than most of these, and while some of course are open to improvement he should take all the beating again under Moore. ITALY goes in the Group 3 Tattersalls Acomb for colts and geldings. O'Brien surely knows where he is with big rival Distance Storm having sent out the horse who got closest to the unbeaten Godolphin runner at Newmarket 40 days ago. A son of Wootton Bassett, Italy looked very good on debut but ultimately was beaten by Godolphin's Saba Desert in the Group 2 Superlative. That, of course, means Charlie Appleby has a strong guide too! I'm sticking with Italy mainly because he has that bit more experience and I was left thinking he wasn't quite at his best in the Superlative. More Moore. ITV Racing start at York with a handicap over an extended 5f. TREFOR ran an absolute cracker at Windsor the other day suggesting he's bang in form for Charlie Hills. My selection can run off 1lb lower here and his traveling pace should stand him in good stead on this track. He's only run here once before and didn't do well, but on that occasion he hung badly left and just wasn't himself even though the vet found no issues. Kieran Shoemark takes the ride. Finally on telly there is a handicap over an extended 2m. A huge chance this for ALPHONSE LE GRANDE to outstay his rivals for Tony Martin and William Buick. The Cesarewitch winner has not been disgraced in 2025, running twice with a pipe opener at the Curragh follow by an eighth in the Ascot Stakes at the Royal meeting. This is not a strong renewal in my book and he has a great chance to score if there is any sort of pace at all. Good luck!
