In 2004, a film of Shah Rukh Khan left the audience stunned. With a different storyline and moving performances, the movie Swades is still loved by audiences. Though the movie did not work on the big screens at that time, it received heavy appreciation for SRK and the co-actress. Do you remember the woman who played the role of Gita in the film? Yes, we are talking about Gayatri Joshi, who said goodbye to the film industry just after her debut and left fans wondering why. Gayatri Joshi Now Lives a Life Like
After her performance in Swades, Gayatri decided to leave Bollywood, and she never returned as an actress. Just a year after Swades, on August 27, 2005, Gayatri tied the knot with the CEO of Oberoi Realty, Vikas Oberoi.
After her wedding, Gayatri focused more on her family. Born in 1969, Vikas is the son of Ranbir Oberoi, the founder of Oberoi Realty Ltd. Growing up, Vikas closely observed his father manage the real estate business, inspiring him to follow in his footsteps. After completing his education, he joined his father in the family enterprise. This project has many luxurious 4BHK and 5BHK apartments, in which Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, and Akshay Kumar have invested. In the same place, Gayatri also lives with her husband Vikas.
Recently, YouTuber and real estate enthusiast Enes Yilmazer gave a special glimpse of both the towers of the high-end complex, the same place where the Swades actress lives.
The place has all the luxurious amenities, starting from a bowling alley, rock-climbing wall, squash, basketball and cricket courts, a top-notch gym, multiple swimming pools, and more. View this post on Instagram

He had to drop out of school because they could not afford an education. Every film has a message that can resonate with its audience. Some films are just made for entertainment, while most films present the opportunity to inspire young people to set a new perspective in their own lives. Watching a motivational film can inspire hope, persistence, or creativity in a viewer's ideas about pursuing dreams and taking on challenges. A similar incident happened in Raja Nayak. Raja Nayak, the owner of companies such as MCS Logistics, Akshay Enterprises, Jala Beverages, Purple Haze Wellness Space, and Nutri Planet, had his entire life changed after watching a movie starring Amitabh Bachchan. Raja grew up in hunger, deprivation, and poverty. By the age of 15, he realized that he would have to drop out of school and not continue his education due to his family's poor economic situation. By the time he was 17, Raja left home. While in these exhausting situations, Raja once watched Amitabh Bachchan's Trishul, a film that changed everything he had ever known, reported ZeeNews. He was inspired by how Amitabh Bachchan's character went from nothing to being a real estate king despite being born into the tough life of poverty and hardships. He decided to take control of his life and move to Mumbai to pursue his dreams as well as carve out his future. Raja Nayak was born into a poor family in Bengaluru. He had to drop out of school because they could not afford an education. At 17, he moved out to Mumbai to search for work; given these obstacles, he was unable to find a job and had to return home. Not discouraged, he borrowed money from his mother to buy cheap shirts from Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu. Raja began selling these shirts from the streets of Bengaluru. He mainly focused on buying white and blue shirts because he noticed that workers from the factory next to his house wore shirts only in those two colors. Raja used this insight and sold all of his shirts in a single day. Raja profited Rs 5,000 on the very first day. He saw that if he put in the effort within that same market, he could achieve success. He began to diversify his business, selling shoes, slippers, and household items, alongside shirts. Seeing his improvements in work and business, in 1991, he crossed into the packaging sector and created his first company, Akshay Enterprises. Raja Nayak began with packaging, then expanded into logistics in 1998. He proceeded to move to beverages with Jala Beverages, then into beauty and grooming with Purple Haze. With Nutri Planet, he then entered health food and energy bars. Whenever he made these moves, Raja Nayak simply kept making progress, and soon his business had a turnover of Rs 100 crore. Son Of Sardaar 2 BO Day 6: Ajay Devgn's Film Struggles Amid Saiyaara Craze, Earns Rs 1 Crore

Last Updated: After its sixth day in theatres, the film's domestic collection stands at around Rs 31 crore. Son of Sardaar 2, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur, continues to face a lukewarm response at the box office. The comedy film, which serves as a sequel to the 2012 hit Son of Sardaar, is expected to gross only about half as much as the original. According to Sacnilk, early estimates suggest the film earned just Rs 1.65 crore on Day 6. This brings the film's domestic total to approximately Rs 31.5 crore. Despite a decent five-day opening with earnings of Rs 29.85 crore, Son of Sardaar 2 has struggled to maintain traction. It collected Rs 2.35 crore on its first Monday and Rs 2.75 crore on Tuesday (Day 5). However, the sharp dip on Wednesday reflects its underwhelming hold at the box office. Ajay Devgn's Son Of Sardaar 2 Fails To Win Audience Ajay Devgn's performance in 2012's Son of Sardaar was well-received, and the film allegedly grossed Rs 150 crore globally on a Rs 40 crore budget. However, the sequel has been unable to match that success or attract audiences to theatres. Son Of Sardaar 2 Faces Multiple Competitions Son of Sardaar 2 continues its underwhelming run at the box office, facing stiff competition from Saiyaara, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, which remains strong even in its third week. The Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur-starrer is also contending with newer releases like Dhadak 2 and Mahavatar Narsimha, making it difficult for the film to gain steady momentum. In the film, Ajay Devgn reprises his role as Jassi Singh Randhawa, while Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead. The plot revolves around Jassi's turbulent voyage to Scotland to reconcile with his divorced wife, only to become embroiled in mafia rivalries, a chaotic wedding, and a hostage crisis. Ravi Kishan, Roshni Walia, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Neetu Bajwa, and Sanjay Mishra are also part of the ensemble cast. The late Mukul Dev also makes an appearance in the film Jio Studios and Devgn Films present Son of Sardaar 2. Son of Sardaar 2 was initially slated for release on July 25, 2025, but the date was later shifted to August 1. First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
