Forget ‘Friends'. Jennifer Aniston wants to reboot this comedy classic
'Oh my God, this literally came up the other day,' Aniston said, referring to the 2011 film and its 2014 sequel. 'Jason Bateman and I were talking about it, and Charlie Day has been talking about it a lot too.'
The actress, now 56, says the idea of reuniting with the original cast to revisit those outrageous characters feels more timely than ever. 'The characters are hilarious, and we need comedy,' Aniston shared. 'I personally think comedy is a necessity. That's one we would have a really fun time going back to, seeing where those crazy cats are today.'
While her role as Rachel Green in Friends remains iconic, Aniston has built a diverse career across film and television, including hits like Marley & Me, We're the Millers, and The Morning Show, where she currently stars and serves as producer. But there's still one thing left on her bucket list: Broadway.
'I definitely want to do a Broadway play,' she said, noting that the challenge lies in finding the right story and timing.
In the meantime, fans can catch Aniston this fall when The Morning Show returns for season 4 on Apple TV+.

Jennifer Aniston describes split from Brad Pitt as a 'vulnerable time' in her life
Jennifer Aniston has spoken candidly about her past relationship with Brad Pitt, offering a rare reflection on their highly publicised split. The remarks were made in a Vanity Fair feature ahead of the premiere of The Morning Show season four, where Aniston appears as the magazine's September cover star. While discussing her 2006 film The Break-Up, which she starred in alongside Vince Vaughn, Aniston noted how closely the timing aligned with her personal life. 'I might've just gone through a separation,' she said jokingly in a video clip for the shoot. 'That little separation, I'm sure nobody remembers that.' She explained that the project had an unexpected benefit during that period. 'It was kind of cathartic to go right from that,' Aniston said. She added that producers were initially hesitant to offer her the role, fearing it might be 'insensitive' so soon after her divorce. However, Aniston recalled embracing the opportunity, saying it 'would benefit her emotionally' and help serve the character and story. In the accompanying interview, Aniston also reflected on the media attention surrounding her split with Pitt and the subsequent scrutiny of his relationship with Angelina Jolie. She described it as a 'vulnerable time,' remarking, 'It was such juicy reading for people. If they didn't have their soap operas, they had their tabloids… it was a shame it had to happen, but it happened. And boy, did I take it personally.' Aniston's comments mark one of the few times she has publicly revisited that chapter of her life in detail.

Is Taylor Swift's new song about Blake Lively?
Taylor Swift and Blake Lively, once one of Hollywood's most famous best friend duos, are reportedly no longer on speaking terms. The shift in their friendship comes at a time when Swift is preparing to release her highly anticipated new album The Life of a Showgirl, set for October, and speculation is mounting that one of its tracks may shed light on their current rift. According to People, a source close to the pair has revealed that the two have not been communicating in recent months. Their friendship, which dates back to 2014, first faced public scrutiny when Swift's name became tied to Blake Lively's legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni. Baldoni's team at one point alleged that Swift had influenced him to accept rewrites proposed by Lively, a claim later dismissed. Although Swift was eventually dropped from the case after a subpoena was withdrawn, her name had already become entangled in the ongoing feud. Swift's representatives argued at the time that her involvement was used merely to generate tabloid headlines rather than to address facts in the case. Now, attention has turned to Swift's upcoming single Ruin the Friendship, which appears on her new record. Fans online are speculating that the song is inspired by her deteriorating relationship with Lively. The timing of the track announcement, just as rumours of a fallout surfaced, has only fuelled further theories across social media. The friendship between the pop icon and the actress once seemed unshakable. Swift is godmother to Lively and Ryan Reynolds' children, and their daughter James famously featured on Swift's Reputation track Gorgeous, while all three of their daughters were name-checked on her album Folklore. While neither Swift nor Lively has directly commented on the state of their relationship, multiple sources suggest the two are not in the same place they once were. Whether Ruin the Friendship offers clues remains to be seen, but Swift's fans are already dissecting every lyric ahead of the album's October 3 release.

Women rescue rabbits abandoned after Anna Delvey photo shoot in New York park
Three women who stepped in to rescue rabbits allegedly abandoned after Anna Delvey's photo shoot are speaking out about the ordeal. According to PEOPLE, Terry Chao, Jennifer Babcock, and Jenna Goins worked together to track and capture three domestic rabbits that were found in Brooklyn's Prospect Park shortly after appearing in photos on Delvey's Instagram. The controversy began when hairstylist Christian Batty, who had helped procure the animals, admitted in a since-deleted social media post that he had abandoned them in the park. He called his actions 'wrong, cruel, and inexcusable,' taking full responsibility. Chao first spotted one of the rabbits through a neighborhood Facebook post, later realizing it was from Delvey's shoot. With the help of Goins, who had experience in catching abandoned rabbits, the women managed to rescue the animals over several days. The bunnies — later named Parker, Moon, and Joaquin — were confirmed to be domesticated and related. The women stressed that dumping domestic rabbits is a widespread issue, often peaking after Easter. 'You'll never see a wild lop-eared rabbit,' Babcock explained, noting signs that showed the animals were not wild. Goins added that the rabbits in Delvey's photos were handled improperly, warning of the risks posed by collars and unsafe positioning. Delvey has since addressed the incident on Instagram, stating she was unaware that the leashes were unsuitable and emphasizing she had no role in sourcing or returning the animals. She also shared proof of a $1,000 donation to All About Rabbits Rescue, pledging greater oversight in future collaborations. All three rabbits are now safe in foster care. 'The story may blow over,' Goins said, 'but if it teaches people that rabbits aren't toys or props, it will have been worth it.'
